I have purchase a boat 10000 mah power bank in augest-2020 and after a 30day the power bank is not working.
I have a one year warranty card.

    I bought boat rockers from flipcart with a week it stooped working.i bought them grom flipcart they have 7 days replacement offers so thwy regused to exchange and suggested me to call for service to boat service centre but till october they are not reveiving calls and not replying mails.i want to replacement nw but not receiving any co operation from boat.must say boat have worst products with worst service.

      So I bought my boat airdopes from Amazon in the mid August and at the beginning it was working fine with good sound but had very poor mic, and within a month it started showing the issues like connectivity issues, mic problem etc. By the end of September o e bud was completely not working so after getting fed up with it I tried to apply for warranty and by the grace of luck my earbuds were not being accepted for door to door service. Then I thought there must be some confusion and contacted the boat support who were so helpful that I have to call them every 2-3 days how is my issue taken care of and there was just confusing statement from their side.
      Highly disappointed just bought them because it was a Indian brand and nothing else.
      I hope someone find it helpful my 3 k was wastes

        I registered a complaint on 19 june 2020
        And my replacement product dispatched on 17 july 2020. When i checked status it showed that delivered back to shipper. It has been more than 3 months i am still waiting for my headphones.
        They are not replying to mails. Customer care phone number is not working.

        My Old complaint id is 1198848

        Now they have created new ticket . And They provided wrong tacking no.
        The tracking no. Does not exist.

        My new Id is 1590640

            Its charging is worst very difficult to charge the power bank, sometimes it does not work properly. Its worst power bank i have seen.

              I ordered an Energyshroom PB06 - Blue Power Bank (order number # 42238) from your website on August 24, 2020. On 30 August 2020, I received this product at 2.25 pm. I noticed that one of its portion has very minor physical damage. I complain it through the email. after some days as per company request I raise a same product exchange request. after that it pickup from me on 9 Sep, 2020 amd WHHandover by Xpressbees on Tuesday, 22nd Sep 2020, at 07:09 PM. after that on 25 Sep, 2020 I have got a product receive confirmation email by company. and after that confirmation till yet I have no update regarding my product. I request to the company replace product or refund my amount asap. bcz its too much delay.

              From my side after many emails or calls on helpline numbers to the Boat company they not able to track my refund product (in which location my product reach) or replace my product with new one because of very poor quality service across the nation. So i give an option to the company that they replaced or refund my full amount within somedays. After my suggestion they refunded my full amount within two days. Thank You consumercomplaints.in team for your support.

                I claimed warranty on my boat rockerz 235v2 Earphones, I bought them only 2 months ago and they start to malfunctioning so I put a request for replacement and an agent came and picked up the product from me on 2 or 3th of September 2020 and the product received at the Mumbai for testing on 9-11 the of September so I checked the status again.On 16 of September 2020 it was showing that replacement product has been issued but today is 13 of October I didn't get it and no updates from boat.So I tried to call them but no response also I sent an email but no response there.If that's the customer service I'm disappointed from boat I have been using their products from a long time. I don't know what to do??

                  Hey team,
                  I'm junaid ahmed and i had ordered a Bluetooth tws earbuds (boat airdopes 441) on the boat lifestyle website, and paid 1, 800 after getting a discount! but i had to cancel the order one tge same day due to some problem, and the company said it would take around 5-7 days for getting the refund, but now its almost 14 days and i haven't received my refund amount of 1800, i tried contacting the customer support more than 50 times, and no one received the call, even tried to mail them, worst customer service i have experienced, i request you to refund my money back!

                      My boat bassheads 225 earphones were giving distorted sound so I registered a complaint with boat. They picked up the faulty earphones from my house on September 25, 2020. On October 9, 2020 they sent me a message that replaced product is issued. Its October 13, 2020 today still there is no information about my earphones. The customer care does not answer. They don't even reply to my emails. Please help me.

                          My boAt Stone 200 speakers stopped working, Few weeks after I bought it . I registered a complaint regarding the issue and proceeded with the warranty claim. The reverse pickup was done by Xpressbees Couriers. But I didn't receive any mail with the ticket number for my compliant. The compliant was made in June. It's been more than 4 months and I am yet to receive the replacement for those speakers. I even sent many mails regarding this issue and also tried calling customer care but all efforts were in vain.

                            Replacement Product Issued Ticket status updated on 5th October after that didnt get any update. I am mailed didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.

                            I had registered complaint on 21 September with a ticket number 1564354. The product was collected from me on 22th September and the service center received on 27th of September, when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 30th the agree for replacement but till now there is no change in replacement
                            Till now i didn't receive my product,
                            I called service center 100 times no one answers my call, no one replied my mails.

                              I have been complaining since 2th October 202 but they were not responding. On 7th they updated my status that it will get dispatched but till today they haven't dispatched it yet. They are just making fool. On 2nd October the status was replacement issued. And on 7th October the same status was updated as replacement issued..
                              My ticket number is 1570404. Please take strict action against them.

                                  I have bought a boat but now it does not sound like 2nd side, if I report it to you online for repair, it does not happen due to lockdown, it does not happen, but you are accepting the complaint of other models, then what is the problem

                                  My sister has taken boat 235 bluetooth it was damaged so she complained online for repair it was taken but for my bluetooth boat rockerz i have been complaining for last 2 months is it not taken? My sister and I have the same address, so what's the problem?

                                    My product was picked up for repairing purpose on20th sep. 2020 as its nearly 1month now there is no response from boat team very poor service they are saying product dispatched and with courier partner & will ne updated once they feed up the info...very cheap kind of behaviour from boat service.customers are really bugged up from complaining boat no actions are taken please take corrective actions else please dont make people fool who have trust on brand...

                                      I have brought Boat rockerz 225 wireless headphone 5 months back in jun and started facing issues with one side so i gave them for replacement and i received a email regarding revert back in 4 day but instead days have passed...they nor picking up their phone and nor replying to emails...i m very much disappointed. It has been 3 months that my product isnt delivered. I am tired of sending emails .My ticket no. is 1323685.

                                        My boAt rockerz 255 were not working and since they were under warranty i registered for a replacement of my earphones. The earphones have been received by the service center but they still haven't got back to me about anything related to return of my replacement product. Its been two weeks as of today and i want to know what's the status and when will i get my earphones replaced.
