I would like to bring your kind notice on the harassment, I am facing these days. I think that the biggest mistake of my life is to buy any Boat product. I purchased Boat Rockerz 255F on 3rd September 2019 through flipkart(Order ID: OD[protected] and the warranty of this bluetooth is for one year. I was facing the issue with this bluetooth since last one month that one side of this bluetooth is not working. I tried many times to contact your customer care number but every time I failed to connect. No one was there to assist or help me, I don't understand why this number is given on this website. I registered my issue online as well but I did not get any revert.
Now when i visited the service centre they said that they can not replace this product. Even though I said that warranty is going to end on 2nd Sep 2020 so please help me to replace or repair it before expiry. But they said that they can not help me because of a stupid reason. I am sharing the images of the bluetooth and please let me know why you are delivering such bad quality products. Please understand that this is my hard earned money and I can not waste on such bad products. My warranty is going to end on 2nd Sept 2020 and I am writing to you on 1st Sept 2020, I would again request you to get it done earliest else i will complain in consumer forum as well. Rs. 1399/- might be a small amount for you people but it matters a lot for me.

How did you get this Legal customer reference ticket number. Could you just tell me the process so that i can also raise the issue regarding my order.It will be so helpful for me if you do that so.

I dont know your exact issue to guide but the ticket number will be the registered complaint number of boat and regarding the customer care there is a way to connect them which cant be listed here.
