    Hi,
    I have bought the boat earphone (boat rockerz 255 sports wireless headset ) on Dec 1, 2019 but one of the ear bud has stopped working. The warranty is still valid (Attaching the photo for reference). Please let us know how I can get this exchanged.

        One side of wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 21 august 2020 and product is picked on 23 august 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover .i dont know the status of my product . i still did not recived my product its been 20 days and yet i didnt recieved my product.

                I made a replacement boat earphone on 26/06/20. And last status shown on ticket number - 1221681 that "replacement product issued" on 13/07/20, after that no status updated on ticket number and no mail or message update. I tried to call several times on customer service support number on but no one answer the call after long long waiting time. It is almost 3 months they dispatch the product through blue dart awb no [protected] but parcel or delivery not received me at location i made call customer service of blue dart he said me our parcel return back to shipper. Whenever i call customer care they didn't respond. Please help me my ticket no 1221681. I am facing lots of problem regarding this.

                      I have bought a boat rockerzz 255 earphones from Myntra on 22 Oct 2019 and got the warranty for 1 year but my earphones are not working now and it is not being charged .when plugged in charger it used to heat but no indication of charging.

                          We have purchased boat avante bar 1550 on 30th sep 2019 and got installed on 4th oct 2019. Suddenly it stopped working in july 2020. We complained and person came and check. And informed us that ic need to be replaced. However its been 1 month still the person has not come and not repaired the same. I am facing worst customer service from boat.                             I have ordered boat bassheads 100 in-ear wired earphones with super extra bass, in-line mic, hawk inspired design and perfect length cable (Black), on 18 october 2019 from amazon. Now one side of earphone is not working. They have given one year of warranty. I want it to be replaced.

                              Firstly i registered my complaint than ticket no. Is 1117604 and after this from your side xpressbees member came and pick my product.
                              Till than now no information about my product, where is it?

                              Inform me about this. Otherwise i think that boat company is fraud, i will claim.
                              And never suggest to anyone that they buy your products even refuse them.

                                    I bought the boat's stone grende bluetooth speaker just 2 weeks ago but it's not working properly. It's on/off button isn't working so i am unable to turn it off. It seems like there isn't any button over there. If was working properly in starting but now it isn't. Please sort out this problem.
