Its been more then 1 month and i have not received my boat earphones which were sent for repair, there is no update on website too on checking status of ticket, and even customer support is not available and reply to emails sent to boat.

Earphone were picked up on 18 June ticket number is 1185442
boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Still no Update from Boat, This has become worst experience ever.

      I bought the Houseofmarley product through Amazon. I got a problem with wired earphone product name is House of Marley smile jamaica my left side earphone stopped working suddenly after one year. i complained to House of Marley they said contact to boAt support team so, I did that. I submitted my invoice and they took the product from 1 month ago they and now they cancelled my ticket. This is really a fake promising for customer.

        I bought boat rockers 510 and it suddenly stopped working and I claimed my warrenty 2 months ago they took the damaged product but they are not returning the replaced product I called customer care so many times but no response please help me to get my headphone back.

          My boat earphones were not working and i registered the complain for the same on 7th August 2020. They picked up the product on 11 August 20 and now they are showing WHHandover as shipment status. It has been 3 weeks and yet I haven't received my replaced product.
          Please do something

            My ticket number is 1350772, i haven't received my replacement boat stone 1500 bluetooth speaker yet, it has been more than almost 30 days past and i still not getting any updates regarding the replacement. My product has satisfied all warranty conditions and i want my product asap. Hope you will consider it or i had to take a legal action against you, unfortunately.

            Neither I have been informed nor have I received anything from your side.i have not been updated about my query. The query is not resolved yet .please get my query resolved at the earliest.
            My complaint was registered under complaint no 1338869, and as per the status replacement product issues on 14th Aug..but till 30th Aug..there is no update...I have sent multiple emails but no one is replying from boat side..I hope this is not the cheating from the customer and expecting positive reply from boat

                    I bought a boat rockerz 450 in the month of june.in the middle of july it started showing bluetooth issues. I sent the product back as per the directions given by the company, but now even after a month of waiting the haven't sent my product. I tried to contact the company many times but never got a reply. My ticket no. Is 1329900. I want a full refund if the company is not able to process my replacement request as the product was not more than 12 days old.

                        I have registered a complaint with boat for my headphone to get a fix or replacement in June 2020. Ticket number is 1172866.
                        They took my headphone and never returned back. No updated status to track since they received the product (11 june). I sent many mails, numerous calls but they never responded.
                        Now I am going to file a case against boat.
                        Please help me providing my product back or refund money. I already chased enough and my patience has ended.

                          Im this lockdown my earphones stop working from both side it is been 33 or 34 days and i didn't get my product yet.
                          I call customer service but they did6 answer and everytime i call it says it is busy. And i did lot of mails bit they didn't reply me.

                          Please Deliver my earphones in 1 week.
                          If y don't do anything i will take legal action.

                            I have given my boat rockerz 255 active black headphones for the replacement on 17 June and on 24 June the product picked from. My address and within 15 days it's time to deliver my product but I have not received my product yet my ticket no is 1216916 I have checked the status of ticket it's shown that after 18 July no future status is available...deliver my product as soon as possible else I have to complaint in cusumer ..and I have called boat rocks service center many times but they are not receiving the calls ..I have called on this no [protected] but they are saying our employees are busy now... please do deliver product as early as possible. thank you

                              Im from palakkad. And i have i slight issue. I claimed my replacement of my boat bassheads 242 in the stating of august.. And its replacement reached my town on august 17.. It was supposed to get delivered to me the next day but it hasn't... And a week passed!.. I didn't received my product!.. When i called one of your agents. They are telling that the product is missing!.. But four days back! I have recieved a code. Which i need go give to the delivery boy at the time of delivery... When i checked my tracking... It was showing the product is out for delivery... But at the end of the day i didn't recieve it... And now its showing... Cant reach because of containment zone... And there is no containment zone near my house... So please help me sir... Reply asap... My tracking id is[protected]

                                  I have claimed warranty of my boat bassheads 220 earphones on 18 march 2020 and haven't received my earphones yet its been 5 to 6 months they didn't answered most of my calls on the costumer service and they were just making promises that it will dispatch it in 48 hrs or so but they never did. N it was difficult to connect with them as after 4 to 5 tries the call connects and then after that 10 mins waiting or so i can talk to them and they ate up my 5 months warranty by keeping the product to themselves on the service centre i want my warranty of 5 months back. They stopped emailing and calling and they r not answering my emails and calls

                                    I had submitted speaker for replacement which was approved by the executives. But it has been more than 2 months I havent received the replacement. My ticket number is 1120484. So do look into it now.

                                      Hey, I have registered a complain of my product boat airdopes 381, in uses of month left ear piece was not working properly, and also I can't pair a new device. 8 August product pick up,
                                      13 August 2020 product receive at service center.
                                      14 August 2020 replacement product dispatching soon.
                                      Again 14 August 2020 replacement product issued...
                                      Till now 28 August 2020 I can't get any update or I can't get my product...
                                      I call 100 times at customer care no but it always says busy and when it's ring no one can pick up or answer the call... Plzzz help me with this...
