I registered a complaint on my product on 12th of august and the roduct was picked on 18th of august by xpressbees and yesterday at night it showed whhandover. I sent 5 mails to boat customer service and to xpressbees too regarding the product. None of them have replied about my products current status. I would like my product given to me as fast as possible. Ticket no.

    I purchased boAt BassHeads 100 Wired Headset in December, 2019. Unfortunately, one earphone of it has stopped working. The product has a warranty period of 1 year so its under warranty. So kindly replace or repair the product.

      Hello,

      I have registered a complaint on boat on 1-Aug-2020. Complaint no is : 1358351

      On 08-Aug-2020, service center received my product for servicing and on 10-Aug-2020 i got a status as 'replacement product is Issued'. But still i did not get any awb# from courier on this. I checked with courier and they said they did not receive any thing from boat.
      I am unable to contact customer care, call is not connecting,
      When can i expect a delivery of my replacement product.

          It's been almost more than a month i have given my boat rockerz 255 headset for replacement.
          they haven't updated me any information regarding it. Whenever I mail them they don't reply and if I call there service center that number is always busy.
          I clueless what's happening.

            I had given my boat bassheads 225 for warranty and my package was picked up on 31st aug 2020 and the estimate delivery was 1st sep 2020 but still I have not received it .                       My product was registered for replacement on the company's website. It has been 3 months since it was picked up from my side and I still haven't received a replacement for the same. Despite countless emails and calls there has been no response what so ever. This is not acceptable from a company that boasts #1 customer support service.

                        I submitted a request to claim my warranty on the 24th August, , they collected it in 25th August and the last update I recieved was on 25th August just saying "product pickup generated for servicing and replacment" it has been over a week since than I have received no updates. Don't know where my earphones are!! My ticket no. Is 1452602. Please solve the problem as soon as possible. It will be very helpful.

                          I have orderd Airdopes 201 black, Order Id is 39369 and registered request for replacement on 19Aug, request unique number is 37741, I got mail for recieved returned product, but later no updates from the boat, had called so many times to reach out help desk on ticket status, but no use. They are not picking call, In call IVM voice saying that your phone number is noted will get back to you, no calls from them, Is really boat shopping website is really trying to cheat consumers?

                          Still no response from boat lifestyle helpline team. Called so many times, not connecting customer care number.

                              On 19th June, I sent wireless to boat and on 3rd August, I received the replaced product which was again not working properly. So, I sent the product back on 5th August and on 31st August, I received the product which is again having the same problem. It seems like the company is again and again sending me the same faulty product. I even mailed them but there was no revert and even tried to call them but no one picked my call. So, I would like to request you to look into this matter and force boat company to either give me a proper working product or refund my money.

                                Hello team,

                                I have complaint against boat earphone.

                                It is not working properly and i am unable to get sound from one side.

                                It's in warranty and i have bill also. I want solution on this, please support.

                                I am registering this request under warranty period, this has to be taken up on priority before ending of warranty period.in case if it crosses the validity period the company will be responsible for delay in response to consumer.

                                  I ordered my wireless Boat Airdopes 201 in February 2020 (from Amazon.in). Within 3 months o[censored]se, the battery life deteriorated to 10 minutes o[censored]se after full charging.
                                  I requested for warranty replacement of the product. The product was picked up for replacement on July 8th. My complaint ticket no. is 1254280.
                                  I have waited for almost two months now, but the replacement product has not reached back to me yet. Their customer care number is unreachable ([protected]) and they are not responding properly to my emails. They are unable to provide me the exact status of my product through emails.
                                  I want to have my money back.
                                  (I have provided the Amazon invoice, the email thread and the receipt provided by the pickup agent)

                                        I had bought a boat basshead 225 blue on 21.10.2019 from amazon (Invoice uploaded) for ₹499. On 25th of august, 2020 it started malfunctioning and no sound cane from the earphones, so i lodged a warranty claim to boat - ticket no :-1350654. They approved my product and picked my product on 01.08.2020, it's 01.09.2020 and there's is no email or message about giving me back my replacement or repaired product.
