I ordered my wireless Boat Airdopes 201 in February 2020 (from Amazon.in). Within 3 months o[censored]se, the battery life deteriorated to 10 minutes o[censored]se after full charging.
I requested for warranty replacement of the product. The product was picked up for replacement on July 8th. My complaint ticket no. is 1254280.
I have waited for almost two months now, but the replacement product has not reached back to me yet. Their customer care number is unreachable ([protected]) and they are not responding properly to my emails. They are unable to provide me the exact status of my product through emails.
I want to have my money back.
(I have provided the Amazon invoice, the email thread and the receipt provided by the pickup agent)

        I had bought a boat basshead 225 blue on 21.10.2019 from amazon (Invoice uploaded) for ₹499. On 25th of august, 2020 it started malfunctioning and no sound cane from the earphones, so i lodged a warranty claim to boat - ticket no :-1350654. They approved my product and picked my product on 01.08.2020, it's 01.09.2020 and there's is no email or message about giving me back my replacement or repaired product.

              I can't able to use my bluetooth which was buyed on July 14 getting frequent disconnection left mouth not at all working can't abtle to hear properly buyed this product on July 14 having 1 year warranty on product .I need a replacement of present item...

                My ticket number is 1212001 and from 11th july the status is showing replacement product issued and from that no response and i sent e - mails regarding update but still no response, tried contacting them no response. Its more than 2 months i am not getting any response.
                My product has satisfied all warranty conditions still it is pending,

                  My complaint no is 1393724 it's boat152 wired blue earphones, Ive submitted this product on 17th August and till now I haven't got any update and I tried to contact their CUSTOMER care they are not at all responding, I'm rid of their service as they say we claim you replacement till 1year it's all ###. Boat please convey me my product status or handover me the product which i submitted for replacement

                      I had given my product on 4 aug still the complaint is not resolved. I tried many times to tell them by customer care no. But they everytime only say yes. Since its been 30 days past plz replace my earphones. My earphone fullfill alll the terms of warranty. Plz look forward. I need them in my study online lecture.
                      The product is at their hub service station.

                        My order which is placed on july 6, 2020 was delivered to me on july 16, 2020 (After so many mails and calls) and on the same day i raised the return request and it got returned to the seller on 15th of august. It's been 1 month that it got returned and from then i didn't get any response regarding my refund. Please look into the issue and solve it asap.

                            Its been more then 1 month and i have not received my boat earphones which were sent for repair, there is no update on website too on checking status of ticket, and even customer support is not available and reply to emails sent to boat.

                            Earphone were picked up on 18 June ticket number is 1185442

                            Still no Update from Boat, This has become worst experience ever.

                                I bought the Houseofmarley product through Amazon. I got a problem with wired earphone product name is House of Marley smile jamaica my left side earphone stopped working suddenly after one year. i complained to House of Marley they said contact to boAt support team so, I did that. I submitted my invoice and they took the product from 1 month ago they and now they cancelled my ticket. This is really a fake promising for customer.

                                  I bought boat rockers 510 and it suddenly stopped working and I claimed my warrenty 2 months ago they took the damaged product but they are not returning the replaced product I called customer care so many times but no response please help me to get my headphone back.

                                    My boat earphones were not working and i registered the complain for the same on 7th August 2020. They picked up the product on 11 August 20 and now they are showing WHHandover as shipment status. It has been 3 weeks and yet I haven't received my replaced product.

                                      Neither I have been informed nor have I received anything from your side.i have not been updated about my query. The query is not resolved yet .please get my query resolved at the earliest.
                                      My complaint was registered under complaint no 1338869, and as per the status replacement product issues on 14th Aug..but till 30th Aug..there is no update...I have sent multiple emails but no one is replying from boat side..I hope this is not the cheating from the customer and expecting positive reply from boat
