I have ordered boat bassheads 100 in-ear wired earphones with super extra bass, in-line mic, hawk inspired design and perfect length cable (Black), on 18 october 2019 from amazon. Now one side of earphone is not working. They have given one year of warranty. I want it to be replaced.

    Please provide me information about my product. I am already registered a many complaints, no action taken.
    Firstly i registered my complaint than ticket no. Is 1117604 and after this from your side xpressbees member came and pick my product.
    Till than now no information about my product, where is it?
    When it arrive?
    Inform me about this. Otherwise i think that boat company is fraud, i will claim.
    And never suggest to anyone that they buy your products even refuse them.

          I bought the boat's stone grende bluetooth speaker just 2 weeks ago but it's not working properly. It's on/off button isn't working so i am unable to turn it off. It seems like there isn't any button over there. If was working properly in starting but now it isn't. Please sort out this problem.

            My earphones are not working properly so I registered for replacement and they collected the earphones at august 10th 2020. My ticket no 1366975.Till today I didn't received the earphones. When I call to customer care, I get message saying line is busy.It's almost 1 month till now there is no response from there end.

                My order which is placed on july 6, 2020 was delivered to me on july 16, 2020 (After so many mails and calls) and on the same day i raised the return request and it was returned to one of the delivery executive of xpressbees on 29th of july. It's been more than 1 month that it got returned and from then i didn't get any response regarding my refund. I'hve raised many mails to both boat and xpressbees but none of them was responded. Please look into the issue and solve it asap.

                My order number is 22988.

                        I was done the complaint on the 28th june the website of boat life store, because of it has a warranty issue they collected my product they said that replace the product. And the product was send through dehlivery service. They said that expected dehlivery date is 25th july. But still i am not getting my product. My warrenty ticket number[protected]

                          After using about a month speaker, earphones and the functioning buttons are not working. Get disconnected with phone and do not connect after trying so many times

                          I bought boat Rockerz 235v2 bluetooth headphones a month ago and after one month they are not working, even they are not starting, and I tried to register a complaint so they gave me service centre number and than service centre person told me they don't deal with this product you have to go for online complaint. And it's been 1 week I have sended 3 e-mails to their given e-mail id and called like 100 times in this week they put always on hold and no customer advisor takes calls and nor they replied for the 3 e-mails I have sended. This is the first time I shopped with boat and I found how ridiculous their services are never going to buy there product. Worst companies

                              Now its been more than a month since I had sent the service center my boat bluetooth for replacement as its one side was not working within a month after buying. My product is Boat Rockers 255 and service ticket number is 1387345. I cannot even track my product they are showing me an error. I want my product to be delivered as soon as possible. The service center is not replying to my emails nor they are receiving calls. What kind of service do you think you are providing to your customers?

                                I registered my complaint on official boat website and got a ticket on 28th august.
                                Then an expressbees employee (Pickup) guy picked up my earphones on 31st august.
                                Now in the expressbees website it shoes whhandover and i havent received the product.
                                The call centre of both the companies i. E boat and expressbees are not responding.
                                I also tried e-mailing them but they didnt not revert.

I sent 5 mails to boat customer service and to xpressbees too regarding the product. None of them have replied about my products current status. I would like my product given to me as fast as possible. Ticket no.

                                      I purchased boAt BassHeads 100 Wired Headset in December, 2019. Unfortunately, one earphone of it has stopped working. The product has a warranty period of 1 year so its under warranty. So kindly replace or repair the product.

                                        I have registered a complaint on boat on 1-Aug-2020. Complaint no is : 1358351

                                        On 08-Aug-2020, service center received my product for servicing and on 10-Aug-2020 i got a status as 'replacement product is Issued'. But still i did not get any awb# from courier on this. I checked with courier and they said they did not receive any thing from boat.
                                        I am unable to contact customer care, call is not connecting,
                                        When can i expect a delivery of my replacement product.
