One side ear phone is not working

No response from the company for claiming warranty.

The earphones o[censored]s i.e. boat rockerz 255 have been sent to claim warranty. It had been two months that the earphones have sent to them. They are not giving any reply in "https://imaginemarketing.freshdesk.com/support/home".

I was having the issue with the product (On/off switch not working) a few months back and at that time, the product was in warranty period. So, i raised the complaint and got the replacement after 2 months. But now the product received is not functioning at all. It has the connectivity issue and it is no more in the warranty period. I have sent mail and raised the complaints also. But haven't got any response yet. Also not able to go through...

I bought an earphone of boat company and there was some bluetooth connectivity problem in that, so i replaced it.
Then i claimed for warranty and boat company has issued complain and picked up the earphone but they have not sent me the replacement unit till now and no updates regarding it....
