I bought a product ( charging cable ) from reputed company BOAT, Imported and Marketed by Imagine Marketing Private limited, one night, it’s tip get so hot that it burnt my upper shoulder, Now I sent them the product for replacement, They approved the return after testing and all which means their product was faulty and thats the reason they replaced it i got the news today via mail... but it’s ab incident I am not able to get out with, I am continuously what in case it burnt my face or my mattress,
Required resolution: it also ruined my phone touch, Now i want that they will reimburse my Phone amount along with Money for the inconvenience caused to me, do let me know if you need further details,
