I already raised complaint about my bluetooth earphones. My ticket number is 1269545. It is almost a 2- 3 week that i am not getting any reply from boat. As last mail was received on 11th of july that express bee's person will come and collect my non working product. On 21st of july pick up guy collect my bluetooth set but after this till now i have not getting any kind revert from boat or express bee. The boat customer care number which was mentioned in the mail was always busy or non working mode. I am totally clueless about my product which was i handed over to the express bee guy who's annon for me. This is totally negligence from boat. This is very careless approach by boat towards his loyal customer. They haven't atleast courtesy for their customers.

    For warrenty purpose i filed a complaint in boat portal, they picked up my product on april and not delivered it back by july. I left my previous place and said them to change my dispatch address in mail that not to deliver to the pickd up address as i am not there. But today they dispatched my product through delhivery and don't know to which address they dispatched the product. When i contacted delhivery courier they said to contact boat for change of address but no respose from boat costumer care till now about changing of shipping address. This is a very irresponsible service by boat.

        I gave my earphone for warranty repair/replacement. My ticket no. Is 1256614. Its been more than 20 days now and then i tracked my package, it said it had reached the destined service center in mumbai. But till now i haven't received either the product or any mail regarding the service. And also within the next few days the warranty period for my earphones will be over, so i feel i wont be able to claim the replacement then. So i humbly request this issue be solved at the earliest.

          I had registered complaint on 14th july as my earphones were not working. So they took my earphones to their service center on 21st july. They tested my earphones and updated status as replacement product soon dispatching on 25 th july but still they have not dispatched it. Now it's 28 th july.

              1111910 one / both side not working

              I have registred a complaint for boat airdopes 201 headset warranty on may 20-2020. Regarding this issue i have also enquired for some queries, but till from the date i dont have any update on them. Not answering for emails and calls

                        Replacement Product Issued Ticket status updated on 5th November after that didnt get any update. I am mailed didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.

                        I had registered complaint on 28th June with a ticket number 1230388. The product was collected from me on 30th June and the service center received on 6th of July, when i check in boat website with my ticket. But till now there is no change in status
                        Till now i didn't receive my product,
                        I called service center 100 times no one answers my call, no one replied my mails.

                          My boat bluetooth earphone picked up on 3rd of july for replacement and today the date is 27th of july. But still not received replacement. I tried to track order with awb number but it's showing invalid. Tried to contact customer care but they are not going answers my call.

                                I claimed for warranty and the product was picked up on 29th june. It's about a month now and there is no response from boat and my product is also not returned to me. They are not providing any solid information. They haven't updated anything since 19 days. They are not courteous enough to even contact me back.

                                Extremely dissatisfied. They are not even replying.

                                  I bought a product ( charging cable ) from reputed company BOAT, Imported and Marketed by Imagine Marketing Private limited, one night, it’s tip get so hot that it burnt my upper shoulder, Now I sent them the product for replacement, They approved the return after testing and all which means their product was faulty and thats the reason they replaced it i got the news today via mail... but it’s ab incident I am not able to get out with, I am continuously what in case it burnt my face or my mattress,

                                  Required resolution: it also ruined my phone touch, Now i want that they will reimburse my Phone amount along with Money for the inconvenience caused to me, do let me know if you need further details,

                                    I have sent my earphone (Bassheads 103 red) for warranty and the replacement was issued on 8th july 2020. But it is still showing "item dispatching soon". I tried their customer service but they did not reply to me nor they picked up the phone.

                                        Boat service care is a scammer, i have filed complaint about my warrenty issue in april, and they took my product in 2 days through courier in april 14. But it is now july and they are not giving me any mail or returning my product. Boat service is totaly scam, i am going to file fir against boat company, they are the scammer. They are looting the people.
