    Within 2 months o[censored]sing the branded earphone (Boat) i found some technical problems in it and that is, whenever i am using the earphones the volume suddenly rises and then get muted off so please recover it with the new one or recover my money, i have all the documents (Warranty) with me. Please do it as soon as possible.

      I complaint about my boat bassheads 100 on 12th july 2020 and, it got approved on 14th july.

      And on the other day 1 guy from delhiverytook my headset.

      21st of july i got an update from boat that they got my earphones and is in testing phase

      On 25th july i got another two updates that a replacement earphones are issued and will be dispatching soon

      Today is 4th august and i din't received any updates on dispatching or any kind of delay in delivery.

      I want my earphones its very urgent

        My ticket no is 1030555. It has been now 4 months since i returned the product and i haven't received boat bluetooth headset yet. Very unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour from the company. They received my product on 16th of aug and on 20th of june i got an update that product left service center and picked up by courier partner and while tracking the courier partner updates as not picked on 11th of june. The company is just fooling around its customers. I had tried calling on helpline number but they never connect the call. I ve tried for more than 100 times. Also mailed them and they said that they had received a stock of boat 255f which they will dispatch in a week and after that week they are not even replying to the mails. Im just sick of the after sale service of boat. Most of the customers are facing this issue. Kindly help

          I had bought boat airdopes 171 wireless earbuds but after one week my product started to develop problem regarding charging. Both of them would not charge together and one being discharged at time o[censored]se. So i filed in the form and it got approved. Since this product was only replaceable and reparable from mumbai center, i understood that it was gonna take a little bit time. But i never expected such unprofessional behavior from the company.
          Over last few days i've lost the count of number of times i have mailed them and called them and nobody picks up at their call center. This has wasted a lot of my time. I want my product back in working condition as soon as possible.

              Hi i am continuously following up with boat and courier services for my replacement but no one is picking phone and no one is responding to my mails and if i check the ticket status its not resolved and no one is bother about issue which customer is facing. Ticket number 1216400.

                  I have not received any update regarding my product to be changed under warranty period from last 40 days. I registered my complain on 18 june 2020 for changing my bluetooth earphones and the courier service xpressbees received the product from me on 20 june 2020 since then their is no update on boat official site and xpressbees site.
                  These companies are making fool of their customers.

                    I made a replacement request of boat basshead 162 wired headset on 30/06/2020 and reached at service center on 06/06/2020. And last status shown on ticket number -1236941 that "replacement product issued" on 08/06/2020, after that no status updated on ticket number and no mail or message update. I tried to call several times on customer service support number on "[protected]" but no one answer the call after long long waiting time. It is almost 30 days till now they don't dispatch the product. Whenever i call customer care they didn't respond. Please help me my ticket no1236941. I am facing lots of problem regarding this.

                          Replacement product issued ticket status updated on 8th july 2020 after that didnt get any update. I mailed and didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.

                          I had registered complaint on 25th june 2020o with a ticket number 1220731. The product was collected from me on 25th june 2020 and the service center received on 7th of july when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 8th the agree for replacement but till now there is no update in replacement
                          Till now i didn't receive my product,
                          I called service center 100 times no one answers my call, no one replied my mails.

                            Hi i register a complaint over boAt official web site
                            After approval my defected piece pickup and shipped to Mumbai
                            On 27 moarning they received package at boat official service center
                            Display WH(HANDOVER)

                            but when i check status of my ticket
                            Then there is no update related to it its almost 7-8 days now but no response from mail team . When i connect them through call then there is no one to respond

                            My product received at service center end but there is no update related to it

                            I hope that boAt didn't want thier customers happy
                            The only reason i buy boat products because it is an Indian brand and have some quality products at affordable prices
                            But the service are really very bad hope boat take care of this

                                I brought a boatrockerz 225f bluetooth headset on october 12, 2019. One side of speaker is not working now. And product is under warranty please help me to fixed the problem as soon as possible coz am a music lovers i need to carry where ever i go. Anyway i love your products please solve my problems.

                                  Sir i'm having unbalanced sound issue on my boat rockerz 510 (Molten orange) on right-side of headphone in which bass is not working properly
                                  Left bass is okay but right side bass doesn't working at all and it has low sound than compared to left.
                                  Within 2 months o[censored]se and aux cable stopped working properly with in a month some disturbance is used to get while using it and the battery indicator it is full charged, it only shows 90% max and i agree it last more than a week but the battery indicator stops at 70% and after it doesn't show any decrease in battery of it i think it shows false indicator.

                                  So i raised complaint on 15 july on 17 july 2020 product pick up generated for servicing and replacement,
                                  On last monday, 27th jul 2020 05.13 pm whhandover

                                  After that onwards no response from their side on status
                                  I worried how long it is going to takes to delivery to me it almost 7days no status response from them on boat complaint.

                                  Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

                                  I purchased nearly 5 products from them only two products i applied for warranty remaining worked fine for me i had more trust on this brand because it gives more quality on their products and services but last time they replaced my headphones thanks you for you service but they gave me other colour of it on boat 225 head phones, so i kindly request for them please don't give other colour of the boat 510 rockerz just give me my original molten orange.

                                  And i want it in my molten orange colour only because i purchased it for waiting offers in amazon for a month and spend some extra money for it i don't accept if they gave me another colour.

                                      I registered a complaint on support. Boat-lifestyle.com and on 17 june 2020 courier came and picked up the defective earphones. After 3-4 days the product was delivered to boat service center mumbai and till that date there is no response from boat regarding my earphones. On their portal still they're showing that product pickup generated. No update regarding product received at service center or any other update. I mailed on their email id but now they are not replying me and also no one is receiving calls.
                                      I want replacement of my product asap.
