The left side of boat airdope is not able to connect bluetooth activity between each other. I have bought that item on 12th july, 2020 as it has 1 year manufacturing warranty.

      My one side of the wireless headphone of Boat Rockerz 255F Black is not working. The product is under warranty and that's why I have gone for a replacement via complaint desk. One pick up boy on 16 the July initiated the pick up of the product. I want to know the status of the product. When shall I expect for the replacement product?

        BoAt is just giving unexpected service😡, it is too much disappointed fact that boat is not replying to my mail even i can't connect with them with contact no., It always says busy, what the problem going on, i send my defected product for replacement but still after 25 days no response from there, pls help...

          With reference to the ticket number - 1306687

          I had registered a complaint on 20th July regarding my boat rockers 255 as its left side speaker is not working. On 21st July I received a mail from your customer service centre as it says your courier partner will pick up my product unit with in 48 hours. But now its been 9 days and still no one picked up my product. And also within the next few days the warranty period for my earphones will be over, so I feel I wont be able to claim the replacement then. So I humbly request this issue to be solved at the earliest.

          NB: It is the second time I register the same complaint
          I had registered my first complaint on June 10 ( Ticket number[protected] and still I didn't receive any update from your customer service.

          I am totally disappointed in your customer service. I afraid that if you don't resolve my issue I would have a second thought whenever I intend to purchase a boat product.

            I called service center 100 times no one answers my call, no one replied my mails.

              I purchase boat grenade speaker after 2 months its one side speaker not working properly. Boat send a courier partner to pick up product. Now from last 10 days replacement product issued and they show my status is 'replacement product dispatching soon' yet my product not delivered. Customer care no also showing switch off

                Purchased two cable, however now one of them got loose while inserting in mobile, checked the same with other mobile, getting same issue.

                When checked with second boat cable, no issue in charging observed.

                    I applied for warranty and then I got a mail that it has been resolved and gave it to the xpress bees delivery service provided by imagine Marketing.
                    I applied it before the covid19 situation. Now, I want change my delivery address to my home town.
                    When I contacted the delivery service about the change in delivery address. They said that the request should come from imagine Marketing side.

                    I applied for warranty and then the delivery guy came and took my product to repair it.
                    I applied it before the covid19 situation. Now, I want change my delivery address to my home town.

                          Gave my earphone for warranty repair/replacement. My ticket no. Is 1021553. Its been more than 3-4 months days now and then i tracked my package, it said it had reached the destined service center in mumbai. But till now i haven't received either the product or any mail regarding the service. And also within the next few days the warranty period for my earphones will be over, so i feel i wont be able to claim the replacement then. So i humbly request this issue be solved at the earliest.

                              My boat bassheads 242 wired earphone nic stopped working so i claimed warranty and returned back the product for replacemt on 09/07/2020 after a week - 16/07*2020 i received mail with my ticket number - 1252095 while tracking they mentioned that replacement product issued on 21/07/2020 after that no mail received till now / 28/07/2020 i've not received my product and customer care number also not responding.

                                I was Purchased a boAt bassheads 100 in flipkart. Initially it was working good. But after some days one ear piece is not auidable. After somedays both the ear pieces are not auidable properly. Plase resolve my problem as early as possible.

                                  The site showed the replacement product was issued on July 3 and will be dispatched soon on 11th July, but the product still hasn't left the facility. It has been more than a month since the headphone was given for replacement (21st June).
                                  The customer care number is not responding to the calls made for the enquiry. Even the email service isn't functional

                                      With reference to the ticket number - 1242320.

                                      On 10th july update received as a unit have been successfully received at our service center and will revert within 4 days, but still i have not received any update from your side.

                                      I am tracking my ticket number on the website, from 11th july to till date website status is appearing as "replacement product issued" and not yet updated or improved.

                                      Still i am waiting for replacement of headphone.

                                        I already raised complaint about my bluetooth earphones. My ticket number is 1269545. It is almost a 2- 3 week that i am not getting any reply from boat. As last mail was received on 11th of july that express bee's person will come and collect my non working product. On 21st of july pick up guy collect my bluetooth set but after this till now i have not getting any kind revert from boat or express bee. The boat customer care number which was mentioned in the mail was always busy or non working mode. I am totally clueless about my product which was i handed over to the express bee guy who's annon for me. This is totally negligence from boat. This is very careless approach by boat towards his loyal customer. They haven't atleast courtesy for their customers.
