Received wrong tracking ID sms

I have recieved a msg today but the tracking id has no data against ticket no. 1215589.

Complained before as there were no updates of my replacemnt product and now when i have recieved a msg that it has been dispatched.. The tracking id is wrong.

Such a shameful thing that you are fooling ur customers....

Replace product not received

My one side of boat headphones not working so i complaint for replace product. On 4/7/2020 my headfone has been taken from me for replace but still no any revert or replace my product... Plz do the needful on urgent basis...

Unresponsive customer support

Hi

My order which is placed on july 6, 2020 was delivered to me on july 16, 2020 and on the same day i raised the return request and it's been 1 week still i did not get any update from them regarding the return request and it is showing as "approval pending" in the status. I don't know how much time they will gonna take to approve the request. Please look into the issue and solve it asap.

As there are online classes going on i have bought boat rockerz 450 on 31st of may and i found it was defective so i registered a complaint on 19th of june and the product was picked on the same date till now its been 35 days i did not received the replaced product
It is so tough to listen class without heafphones or earphones. Please take some action

My product for warranty service has been picked on 3rd july 2020 issued a ticket number "1248054" it has reached its destination and i have been notified that "replacement product issued" on 14th july 2020 it's been 9 days there is no response from any of the service please peek into the problem and return my product as soon as possible...

One side of wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 27 may 2020 and product is picked on 2 june 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover from[protected]:6:45 pm. June 16 oct 2020, its been nearly 2 months still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

Not connecting with customer care officer

I have called so many times to boat customer service but they didn't take any call. They had took my boat rockerz 225 ative black but didn't give me replacement product. My ticket number is 1222111. They said they will replace my product within 7 day. Now the 25th days is over and my product is still not received.
And now they are also not receiving the call and i send a mail on thier id they just send me a autogenrated mail which...

About my boat rockerz earphone

I have sent my boat rockerzs earphone on 29th june. It's one side of earphone is not working. They allocated replacement product for me on 10july but it's not dispatch till now from the service centre. When i called they said it's a pandamic period so no courier services. This post on 22july till now it's in dispatching soon still they can't get the courier service i don't know. Why they are doing like this....

Very sorry to say...I have been checking the status of my product which was collected for the purpose of repairing as it was under warranty but it has been long time since the last update was mentioned thats too of 8th july and there is no updates yet.

Tried calling several times to the customer care of boat but there was no response neither there was any response of the mail itself.

The customer care never responds to call of their customer as i am very old customer of boat products.I really love boat products and I also purchase them but I have only concerned about thier customer service they don't reply to the emails as I have mailed lot of times but no reply and the customer care no is always busy and whenever I call them they say to wait in queue but after waiting for a long time they disconnect thier phone...

Mera producct 8 july se dispatch hone ke liye pada hua hai but abhi tak dispatched nahin hua hai. boat customer care number is always busy and also they don't reply the mail . i don't think this ! The worst experience with boat....

I had purchased a Boat Rockers 255 headphones 6 months back and now one side of the headphone has stopped working.I tried to contact boat servce center helpline but no response came. I also registered my complaint under their warranty enquiry session several times but every time they show the same error message "invoice submitted is incorrect " even though i submit the correct invoice every time.I am facing lots of problems there is no response...
