I have registered multiple complaints for a replacement against my damaged earphone(Ticket no: 1269902, 1312626).
As I bought from the Boat's official website, I could not attach any concrete invoice like Flipkart or Amazon does, because I could not find any provision to generate the same from the Boat's official website.
So I attached the order details from the website, which contains everything that a valid invoice should have. But each time it is getting canceled saying not a valid invoice attached.
I tried to call them, but all the time I am getting all the routes are busy at this time.
boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
