My ticket no.1194561
I have returned my boat rockerz 400 to the courier boy because is in warranty and it's almost a month it does not dispatch for delivery.
In complent tracking the status is showing me that replacement product issued, but now it is not showing any updates and the replacement product should have to be reached me many days earlier but it doesn't dispatched yet...
Please help me with that return my replacement quickly...

    My boat bassheads 100 earphones were not working so i issued a replacement, they company took my earphoned and have not delivered it to me since 1 month. Boat has the worst customer service😠😠😠
    I want my earphones back

      My product was in warranty so i returned it to boat on 26th of june 2020. On july 10 i checked the status of my ticket[protected] and is shows that the replacement product is issued. I also received a msg on 7 july that they have received the product and it has been forwarded to the service team and that they will revert within 4 days. It has been almost 15 days till then and no update of where the replacement product is. Moreover the customer service number that they have given is useless as everytime i dial it, it shows network busy or call could not be connected. Please do send the replaced product fast as it is really tough without it and also it has been a month since the pickup has been done.

          Replacement product issued ticket status updated on 5th july after that didnt get any update. I am mailed didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.

          I had registered complaint on 5 july 2020 with a ticket number 718578. The product was collected from me on 7th july and the service center received on 14th of july, when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 14th the agree for replacement but till now there is no change in replacement
          Till now i didn't receive my product,
          I called service center 100 times no one answers my call, no one replied my mails.

            My wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 3june, 2020 and product was picked on 6june, 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover. Now it is 23 july, 2020, its been more than 1.5 month still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

            Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

              My ticket no is 1074941. And there is no updation from your side since 13th july 2020. While i complainted on 24 april 2020. What is going wrong with this issue. Atleast they can tell me how many days i should wait for the product or when i'll get my replacement unit.
              Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. I tried up to contact your system but there is no response from your end from customer care except autogenerated mail.
              I'm really fed up with your services.

                Replacement product issued ticket status updated on 11 july after that didn't get any update. I am mailed didn't get any response. I couldn't able to reach customer care as their line is always busy.

                I had registered complaint on 2nd july with a ticket number 1244424. The product was collected from me on 3rd october and the service center received on 10th july, when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 11th july, my ticket status was updated to 'replacement product issued'. After that there isn't any update on the product. Till i didn't receive my product.

                It would be better at least they intimate me about the delay like when i will get the product because i know that there will be delay in services due to the current situation all over the world

                They started working on the shipment process after two days since I made the complaint and delivered me the replaced product by 29 Jul 2020.

                  It has been a month that i have given my product for replacement but till now i haven't received my product.in the status, it shows that the product is dispatching soon but till now it hasn't been dispatched. Whenever i call on customer care number or mail the company, there is no response from the company. Please look into this and take proper action.

                  I have received the replaced product on 30/07/20 that is more than after a month but the product which I have received is faulty. The voice while calling is distorted. I have registered a complaint with boat but I haven't received any response from the company yet.

                  No one has contacted me from boat customer care and when I am calling on their numbet neither one is picking up the call nor calling me back

                    My product was in warranty so i returned it to boat on 30 june 2020. On 14 july 2020, i checked about the status of the earphone it shows replacement product issued but replaced product has not left the service centre and nor picked by the courier partner as i have not got any message regarding that with awb. I just want to know when will i get my hands on earphone. Bahut dikkat hoti hai bina earphone ke 😂.

                      I registered a complaint regarding the warranty of my boat rockers 255f bluetooth earphones on 5/07/2020. The ticket no is 1253797.
                      The item was picked up and it reached boat service center on 14/07/20. The current status of my ticket is "replacement issued" which was last updated on 16/07/20. I tried to contact them several times, but i still haven't received any mail or response about the delivery nor the updates of my complaint.
                      It's been 14 days since the last response.

                        I sent my wired boat bassheads 100 red earplugs for repairs as they stopped working it has been more than a month and the earplugs are not returned they were picked up around 6 june and it has been more than 1 month and i have got no information about the earplugs i called the consumer care and emailed them but i have got no response

                          I claimed warrant on my faulty ear phones they took from me 1 month ago and in status its been showing that it reached the boat companey and replacement product issued since july 8th but still no delivery. Its been 15 days still no update. Why this kind of poor service from a big brand??!. They even not replying to my mails and not answering my calls. So please help me fast

                            One side of my wired earphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint then order picked on 4 june on 16 june, 5.49 pm it shows out for delivery and on 16 june6.40 pm after this there this no reply from boat
                            So i complained second time then also i did not get any reply from boat so now i am complaining third time because today when i go to check it out on the website to know where is my product it shows "no data found" so i want to know where is my product now because till 22 july i didn't get my product back.                               Internal problem some sound is coming from inside While walking, so i raised complaint on 12 July 2020 and product is picked on 14 July 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover and estimated delivery show delivered but I did not receive my product. Now 22 July 2020, still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

                                I had sent wireless headphone boat rockerzz 255 active black for replacement due to one side not working.the replacement unit sent to me is a different product.its boat bass heads.what is this going on??why are u harassing customers??i have spent 1200 rs on a headphone and get a replacement of 300 rs headphone in return.please take this unit and send me my appropriate replacement wireless boat rockerz 255

                                  On 14-july-2019, service center received my product for servicing and on 14-july-2019 i got a status as 'replacement product is dispatched'. But still i did not get any awb# from courier on this. I checked with courier and they said they did not receive any thing from boat.

                                  When can i expect a delivery of my replacement product.

                                    I have recieved a msg today but the tracking id has no data against ticket no. 1215589.

                                    Complained before as there were no updates of my replacemnt product and now when i have recieved a msg that it has been dispatched.. The tracking id is wrong.

                                    Such a shameful thing that you are fooling ur customers.
