    I claimed for warranty and the product was picked up on 29th june. It's about a month now and there is no response from boat and my product is also not returned to me. They are not providing any solid information. They haven't updated anything since 19 days. They are not courteous enough to even contact me back.

    Extremely dissatisfied. They are not even replying.

      I bought a product ( charging cable ) from reputed company BOAT, Imported and Marketed by Imagine Marketing Private limited, one night, it’s tip get so hot that it burnt my upper shoulder, Now I sent them the product for replacement, They approved the return after testing and all which means their product was faulty and thats the reason they replaced it i got the news today via mail... but it’s ab incident I am not able to get out with, I am continuously what in case it burnt my face or my mattress,

      Required resolution: it also ruined my phone touch, Now i want that they will reimburse my Phone amount along with Money for the inconvenience caused to me, do let me know if you need further details,

        I have sent my earphone (Bassheads 103 red) for warranty and the replacement was issued on 8th july 2020. But it is still showing "item dispatching soon". I tried their customer service but they did not reply to me nor they picked up the phone.
        My complaint ticket number is 1227486.

            Boat service care is a scammer, i have filed complaint about my warrenty issue in april, and they took my product in 2 days through courier in april 14. But it is now july and they are not giving me any mail or returning my product. Boat service is totaly scam, i am going to file fir against boat company, they are the scammer. They are looting the people.

              Boat rockerz headphone charging slot have to repair. I have sent for repair or replacement in warranty period. I sent on 22july and on 26 july it is showing whhandvor and delivered. But didn't get my product yet.

              Help me out to resolve.

                  Replacement product issued ticket status updated on 8th july 2020 after that didnt get any update. I mailed and didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.

                  I had registered complaint on 25th june 2020o with a ticket number 1220731. The product was collected from me on 25th june 2020 and the service center received on 7th of july when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 8th the agree for replacement but till now there is no update in replacement
                  Till now i didn't receive my product,
                  I called service center 100 times no one answers my call, no one replied my mails.

                      It's been more than a month i have filed warranty for the product on june 24 2020 and after 1-2 days their reverse degree takes place and latest i was updated on 7th july that "the replacement product issued" and after that i haven't received any information about my product till now(26 july/20) and their customer care representative even did not receive the call anytime, i have done 100 of calls to them but they didn't reply any of them... pls help me what to do about it.

                        My ticket number is 1254966, on 9th july 2020, my replacement was picked and ticket status shows replacement product issued. As of 16th july on tracking it shows whhandover and it's 26th july...
                        I was promised a replacement delivery within a week which got delayed due to the covid-19 situation which was understandable but now it's almost 20 days, and i have no idea about any further details. I tried to reach out to the boat team through calls and emails but nothing seems to be effective. What kind of service is this, atleast keep me informed about it.
                        When can i expect a delivery of my replacement product.

                                      I had purchased a new headphones (Boat bassheads 225 in-ear super extra bass headphones with one button mic (Lime green) of boat brand from amazon (Amazon.in) with warranty of 1year. After a usage during which the period to return in amazon is completed, automatically it goes power on and off, the connectivity problem is also
