    I had purchased a new headphones (Boat bassheads 225 in-ear super extra bass headphones with one button mic (Lime green) of boat brand from amazon (Amazon.in) with warranty of 1year. After a usage during which the period to return in amazon is completed, automatically it goes power on and off, the connectivity problem is also
    I raised a complaint (Complaint ticket number [#1270569] on 16th july) with the boat brand selling in india with name

      I bought this product in sep 2019
      But one of this head piece is not working since december even in that situation also i have used this bluetooth but after 3months this bluetooth is not working so i have switched off and opened now, bluetooth is connecting and also sensor light is reflecting but headsets are not working..

        Few months back my headphones got damaged and i applied for a replacement for the damaged product on 30th april.in the website page when i track my complaint, it is showing that replacement product is issued, and will be dispatched soon, this is on 8th july. But after that i haven't received any update regarding the dispatch. Please dispatch my replacement product as soon as possible, because its been already so many months i have lodged my complaint.

            Extremely dissatisfied with the service of boat lifestyle. I had given a product for replacement as it is in under warranty on last month, but still its about an month they never had replaced my product as well as i tried many times to contact their costumer care number but the number always said invalid. Too i had written many males to company but they haven't replied any single male.

            Please resolve the condition at the earliest or either i have to complain a legal notice against boat company at consumer court.

              I have called so many times to boat customer service but they didn't take any call. They had took my boat rockerz 255 red but didn't give me replacement product. My ticket number is 1267640. They said they will replace my product within 7 days and the next day it is saying that it takes upto 12-15 days. Now the 15 days are over and my product is still not received.
              And now they are also not receiving the call.

              Dear boat you are one of my favourite product but your service disappointed me very much.

              Please solve my issue as much soon as possible.

                I have asked for replacement of my boat earphones 1 month ago and still I have not received it. They had just sent me an email saying that replacement product is dispatching soon and no further progress has been seen.
                They have also not provided any method of contacting them regarding this matter.

                        I have complaint about this issue before also. But I haven't got any response yet neither from boat customer service center nor from this website. They are saying we are dispatching and delaying as usual. My ticket number is 1184083. If they can't return my replacement product then I firmly believe that they should refund my money so that I could buy any other product. Its almost 1.5 months now. I want quick resolution.

                            Hi

                            My order which is placed on july 6, 2020 was delivered to me on july 16, 2020(after so many mails and calls) and on the same day i raised the return request and it's been almost 10days, still i did not get any update from them regarding the return request and it is showing as "approval pending" in the status. I don't know how much time those guys will gonna take to approve the request. Please look into the issue and solve it asap.

                              I have registered multiple complaints for a replacement against my damaged earphone(Ticket no: 1269902, 1312626).
                              As I bought from the Boat's official website, I could not attach any concrete invoice like Flipkart or Amazon does, because I could not find any provision to generate the same from the Boat's official website.
                              So I attached the order details from the website, which contains everything that a valid invoice should have. But each time it is getting canceled saying not a valid invoice attached.
                              I tried to call them, but all the time I am getting all the routes are busy at this time.

                                      I have purchased boat bassheads 220 from Flipkart in the month of march but I am sorry to say that it couldn't run smoothly even for two months. It started developing problem in the month of June so I complaint about it in the boat customer care on 15th July 2020 and they picked up my damaged product the next day. They provided me ticket number 1184083 and picked up my product the next day and it's about 1.5 months, till now I have not got my replacement product and they are saying that we are dispatching tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow never comes.
