Boat rockerz 255 earphone one ear not working

I have bought boat rockerz 255 earphones in november 2019 through amazon but since last few days one earphone is not working. I am not been able to hear from one ear. Since it has one year warranty what steps should i follow to resolve this issue...

The issue with the product is it isn't working properly. With the movement in wire there is a sound on the left part of the earphone. I think there's some internal problem with the earphone

    I complained about my bluetooth headphone boat 235v2 button problem, my complaint number is 1275681, this product has been picked up on 13/07/2020, but i have not received any feedback from the product yet.
    Please tell me when you can get the product, what is the status of the product, i can be a little sure, because this pandemic time is very difficult for different work, so my office work and my study is very difficult. Being please send me my product a little sooner i will benefit you.

    Boat rockerz 235v2 I have took the product in boat website after 1month it started button problem, as it was not working, continuously changes songs without pressing,
    And multifunctional button is also not working unable to switchoff. I have tried to raise complaints in website but it's not working,
    I was more trusted in this brand but all wasted, plz replace it or plz able to work it.

      Mic of my bluetooth earphones was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 12 june, 20 and product is picked on 13 june, 20, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover thursday, 18th jun 2020 06.28 pm, its been 30 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

      Please help here i want my earphones as early as possible...

                On call sometime mic of wireless (Air drope311v2) was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 27 may 2020 and product was picked on 4 june 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows delivered on thursday, 18th jun 2020 :06.23 pm to whhandover, its been 31days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

                Please help here i want my product or my money as early as possible...

                    I had registered a complaint on 27/6/2020 the product was picked up on 29th my product replacement was issued on 7th of july but even after 12 days i have got no update on the whereabouts of my product or its status. My ticket number was 1225293.

                    I even mailed them on 2 of their emails ([protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com and [protected]@imaginemarketing. Freshdesk.com) and then they generated a ticket for the complain and assured a reply within 24 hours and it has been 7 days since then.

                      Hi, i have registered a complaint on 3rd july & its approved on 5th july and my ticket number is : 1248539

                      After that one guy came from & picked my earphone & on 14th of july i got 3 updates that my product is received & under in testing phase, after few hours i got another update that replacement product issued & dispatching soon.

                      Now it's been 5 day's & i did not get any update after that.

                      Please resolve this, i'm experiencing very bad service from boat. I want my earphones asap.

                        Sir i m suffering since from april 25
                        I have registered complaint on may 5 for the first time but tht time due to lockdown you people haven't respond properly again i have registered complaint on june 25 again same again i have registered complaint the above ticket number i have mentioned
                        The product has been picked up on 4 july and i got information that the replacement product will dispatch soon but it's 19 th july 2020 it's been nearly 15 days even i have waisted my 3 months from april soo plz do need full help and i have saw that even from 2000+ difference of ticket number got replacement product but i haven't got it

                            Boat — replacement product is not delivered yet since it is 6 weeks now i registered complaint on boats support portal they initiated the pick up and after that their is no contact after that i have claimed my product warranty for boat rockerz 255r and i have tried everything for contacting the company. The customer care number is not working. No reply on emails which i sent to [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com no one is picking calls at every service center i have tried as they are switched off.

                              My earphones were collected from me on 2nd july and on the online complaint portal it shows they have been arrived to mumbai... It shows the replacement product will be dispatching soon... But i didn't get any further details as from where to track the delivery and when are they arriving... Please do help...                                   My order which is placed on july 6, 2020 was delivered to me on july 16, 2020 and on the same day i raised the return request and it's been two days still i did not get any update from them regarding the return request and it is showing as "approval pending" in the status. I don't know how much time they will gonna take to approve the request. Please look into the issue and solve it asap.
