I sent my wired boat bassheads 100 red earplugs for repairs as they stopped working it has been more than a month and the earplugs are not returned they were picked up around 6 june and it has been more than 1 month and i have got no information about the earplugs i called the consumer care and emailed them but i have got no response

    I claimed warrant on my faulty ear phones they took from me 1 month ago and in status its been showing that it reached the boat companey and replacement product issued since july 8th but still no delivery. Its been 15 days still no update. Why this kind of poor service from a big brand??!. They even not replying to my mails and not answering my calls. So please help me fast

      One side of my wired earphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint then order picked on 4 june on 16 june, 5.49 pm it shows out for delivery and on 16 june6.40 pm after this there this no reply from boat
      So i complained second time then also i did not get any reply from boat so now i am complaining third time because today when i go to check it out on the website to know where is my product it shows "no data found" so i want to know where is my product now because till 22 july i didn't get my product back. Please help me immediately so there are to picture below first is when i check the on 17 july and second pic is of today means 22 july. Ticket no. Is 1130349

        Internal problem some sound is coming from inside While walking, so i raised complaint on 12 July 2020 and product is picked on 14 July 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover and estimated delivery show delivered but I did not receive my product. Now 22 July 2020, still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

        Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

          I had sent wireless headphone boat rockerzz 255 active black for replacement due to one side not working.the replacement unit sent to me is a different product.its boat bass heads.what is this going on??why are u harassing customers??i have spent 1200 rs on a headphone and get a replacement of 300 rs headphone in return.please take this unit and send me my appropriate replacement wireless boat rockerz 255

            On 14-july-2019, service center received my product for servicing and on 14-july-2019 i got a status as 'replacement product is dispatched'. But still i did not get any awb# from courier on this. I checked with courier and they said they did not receive any thing from boat.
            I am unable to contact customer care, call is not connecting,
            When can i expect a delivery of my replacement product.

              I have recieved a msg today but the tracking id has no data against ticket no. 1215589.

              Complained before as there were no updates of my replacemnt product and now when i have recieved a msg that it has been dispatched.. The tracking id is wrong.

              Such a shameful thing that you are fooling ur customers.

                      My order which is placed on july 6, 2020 was delivered to me on july 16, 2020 and on the same day i raised the return request and it's been 1 week still i did not get any update from them regarding the return request and it is showing as "approval pending" in the status. I don't know how much time they will gonna take to approve the request. Please look into the issue and solve it asap.

                        As there are online classes going on i have bought boat rockerz 450 on 31st of may and i found it was defective so i registered a complaint on 19th of june and the product was picked on the same date till now its been 35 days i did not received the replaced product
                        It is so tough to listen class without heafphones or earphones. Please take some action

                          My product for warranty service has been picked on 3rd july 2020 issued a ticket number "1248054" it has reached its destination and i have been notified that "replacement product issued" on 14th july 2020 it's been 9 days there is no response from any of the service please peek into the problem and return my product as soon as possible

                            Boat — product is wh handover but i haven't received the product

                            My boat rockerz 600HD black were not well working in 10 m Bluetooth range but were still in warrenty so i registered my conplaint with boat customer service, they attended my complaint and send a delivery boy fron xpressbees for collecting my headphones . After continuously tracking the headphone p for 10 days, i found that the product has been wh handover mumbai but i haven't received my boat rockerz 600 black !!!
                            I want my headphone back😠😠ðŸ˜

                                I have called so many times to boat customer service but they didn't take any call. They had took my boat rockerz 225 ative black but didn't give me replacement product. My ticket number is 1222111. They said they will replace my product within 7 day. Now the 25th days is over and my product is still not received.
                                And now they are also not receiving the call and i send a mail on thier id they just send me a autogenrated mail which is of no use

                                      I have sent my boat rockerzs earphone on 29th june. It's one side of earphone is not working. They allocated replacement product for me on 10july but it's not dispatch till now from the service centre. When i called they said it's a pandamic period so no courier services. This post on 22july till now it's in dispatching soon still they can't get the courier service i don't know. Why they are doing like this.

                                        Very sorry to say...I have been checking the status of my product which was collected for the purpose of repairing as it was under warranty but it has been long time since the last update was mentioned thats too of 8th july and there is no updates yet.

                                        Tried calling several times to the customer care of boat but there was no response neither there was any response of the mail itself.

                                        We as a boat customer are were much disappointed by your after sale service.

                                        Kindly help us in getting my product.

                                        I purchased boat roackerz 255F black, whose one side of the earplug stopped working thus I have registered a complain as it was in warranty period.
                                        Product has been collected on 24th june, 2020 and till now didnt got it back...and there is no updateds also.
