Sent boat headphone for replacement on 5th june and it's been 40 they haven't replied. I want to know when i can expect my headphones back.

    At the customer site it shows that replacement product dispatching soon and its been 3 weeks nothing happens. I need the replacement as soon as possible

      I had sent my boat rockerz 255f to the service centre for fix as it's one end was not working, i had sent it on 5th june and from then onwards they haven't reply to any mail and calls, it is really pathetic service from boat, today it is 16 july it has been 40 days, it is really pathetic. Please look into my issue, my ticket number is 1128813

        Due to not functioning of one side speaker of my boat headphone which was purchased from amazon. So that i had raised a warranty complaint in this regard vide tickets no.1225332.
        When i track status of my complaint on my boat headphone then it showing whhandover and also showing that delivered in current status. But i didn't get my boat headphone till now.
        boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Oneside speaker not working.so I raised a complaint on 27.06.2020.but till now my earphone not delivered.

          I have called so many times to boat customer service but they didn't take any call. They had took my boat rokerz 255 at 19th of march but didn't give me replacement product. My ticket number is 1043857. They said they will replace my product within 7 days and the next day it is saying that it takes upto 12-15 days. Now the 4 months are over and my product is still not received.
          And now they are also not receiving the call.

            Hey sir,
            I had an issue on my boat rokkerz earphone in march... I had complained for service and they picked my product on 19th of march.. And i tried many of times to contact the coustmer and they always told me that your product will dispatched today and within one week you will find the product. Therefore it's about to 4 months i didn't find my earphone... Last time i tried to contact the coustmer care they didn't pick any call please help me regarding my issue...

                They have recieved my product for the replacement of the boat rockerz bluetooth earphones one side was not working.
                Now they are not responding anything about my product.
                I had asked for update several times but they are not replying.

                One of the worst company i have ever seen no proper response to the customer about the product they why warranty has been given.

                  I complained about my boat product on 21st june 2020 and my faulty unit was picked up by 26 june 2020 and delivered to boat on 8th july. I have not received my replacement yet. From past 10 days it is continuously showing order dispatching soon but not dispatched yet. Please do something regarding this.

                    I claimed the warranty for my boat-rockerz 255. On 10th july i got an update saying replacement product has been issued and is dispatching soon. It's been 6 days since i heard anything back. I have emailed and called them but no one is responding.

                      I had issude for a replacement of my boat rockerzz 261
                      The reverse pickup was done, and after a few weeks i got a message from boat saying they dispatched my replacement unit and gave me a tracking id on 20 june 2020

                      When i checked with the courier they are saying they didnt recieve the package,
                      Boat is not even responding to my mail or not picking up the calls when i try to reach out through thie service number,

                      I would like to when can i expect the replacement unit to be delivered to me

                      Please help

                          One side of the boat rockerz 255 was not working. So i claimed the warranty as it was under warranty period. I raised the complaint on 29 june and picked up on 30th june. The product reached the service center on 10 julya and after checking they gave status on 11july that replacement dispatching soon but it hasnt reached yet.
                          They are not responding to calls or emails
                          Please help to get my earphones as early as possible

                              I made a replacement request of boat bassheads 100 in-ear wired headphones with mic (Black) on 07/07/20 and reached at service center on 07/07/20. And last status shown on ticket number - 1234937 that "replacement product dispatching soon" on 08/07/20 after that no status updated on ticket number and no mail or message update. I tried to call several times on customer service support number on "[protected]" but no one answer the call after long long waiting time. It is almost 16 days till now they don't dispatch the product. Whenever i call customer care they didn't respond. Please help me my ticket no 1234937. I am facing lots of problem regarding this.

                                  I had issued a complaint for my boat rockerz 255 black wireless earphones. My product was picked up and it's now 7 days it hasn't reached the destination. My warranty is going to end on 17 july and today is 16 july and till now the product has not reached the service center. So i have issue that will i get my product or they will refuse to replace it. Please help me as i am student and i need the headphones for my studies and for all stuff. So please replace it as soon as possible. I am little worried. I really want my earphones.
                                  The boat customer care is not available to take calls as it is busy always whenever i call them.
                                  Please let me know my status and will i get my product replaced and till when??

                                    I have registered a complaint about my boat rockerz 255 sports black colour bluetooth headphones that one side speaker is not working on 30th may 2020 and it was picked by xpress bees courier on 7 th june 2020 and almost after 45 day's on 15th july 2020 they are showing status as whhandover i want my headphones delivered to me as soon as possible please deliver it to me.

                                        Both side of wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 19 june 2020 and product is picked on 20 june 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover that too of date 30 june. Now its 15 july still no update from boat, its been 27 days from registering my complaint and still no proper update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.
