I'he ordered boat wired headsets on boat life style website on Dec 20, till jan 5 i didn't get any update regarding the order and i have raised many mails and called to customer care many times, but they didn't respond to my mails and calls. I want to cancel my order but i am not unable to do it from my logged account (From where i'he purchased the order - boat lifestyle).in the cancel option area it is showing not delivered (Only text), maybe because of that i am not able to cancel the order. Please resolve this issue asap.

    I had registered a complaint for my defected boat airdopes 631 product for replacement on 11 dec 2020 and it was picked up by delivery boy in 2 days and reached to service centre on 15 dec 2020 and on 18 dec 2020 on tracking id it was showing your product will dispatch in 5 days and today is 5 jan 2021 i.e around 20 days and product is not dispatch yet. Is this a new scam this company is doing.
    I m going to file a complaint against this company in consumer court and even going to register an fir against this. I have every proof that of thr company that your customer support are saying it will dispatch in 2 days whenever i m calling them. I always record their calls. And even no reply of my mail.

    My ticket no is 1827746. Pls give me updates on my mail as in 1 day.
    Otherwise i have to file a FIR against the company in gujarat police and consumer forum with the proof.

    Pls resolve this as soon boat

        Hi Team,

        We placed an order on 26 Dec 2020 .i.e. for soundbar 1500 and Bluetooth earphones (ordered copy attached). But we didn't receive any update on the status of the order.
        When we are trying to track the order it is only showing one message ("Your order is almost ready to be shipped. Sit back and relax, your trip to Nirvana will begin soon ") from the last 11 days.

        Airpodes not working during media playing except voice call. This is second time I have facing this issue.

        Once company already resolved my same issue, but again I have facing same problem. It's very irritating... Please do something, so this problem resolve completely.

              I registered a product and it reached your service center on 24th December.But till now the replacement product has not been dispatched.I got mail that the product dispatched.But with tracking number, I tracked and I saw that it had not been picked up by courier dut to shipment was not ready for pickup.

                  I placed an order on jan 02.01.2021 and it’s been 4days but my order hasn’t been shipped. No response on customer care, Tickets. And whenever they reply on DM they assure that it will be dispatched in 7-10 days. This is being said since day 1 but no resolution has been provided. Please help me to get my order dispatched.                       I sent my boat earphones on 8 may 2020 for warranty claim for repairing, after 20-30 mails in this pandemic, i received my replacement on 21 june, but they sent me necklace in place of my boat earphones.
                      So then after 10 mails they sent mail on 2 july for sending a fresh earphones and then on 10 july it reached to my city hub and at evening the status is showing that product is returned to the merchant (Imagine marketing) back without reaching me.
                      Now company is not even attending calls and replying to mail. It's been 7 months but i haven't recieved my earphones.
                      Please help me get my earphones back please.

                          I registered a complaint in november and
                          I called boat company so many times and then they update my status of ticket no 1734311 on 21 nov
                          A replacement unit has been dispatched to the customer but my prosuct is not delievered to me after 5 to 6 days i call them and they say that in 72 hours your issue is resolved but my issue is not resolved i call them so many times after this but they only say we will update you status in 24 hours so many times i called them but their 24 hours are never come now about 1 and half month i spent and i am waiting for my boat stone grenade

                                The case of the ear dopes was a bit damaged snd there was connectivity issue, so i raised complaint on 18 december 2020 and product is picked on 23 december 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover 4 :04 pm, but I didn't got my product. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

                                Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

                                  I bought a BoAt bluetooth earphone.I registered complain for warrenty claim.After that it was picked up and ticket number is 1848629.Then it was reached BoAt service center on 24th December and it is mentioned that within 2 business days it will be inwarded.Today is 29th December but till now replaced product has not been issued and status is same till now.

                                    I purchased boat rockers 550 but after some days it didnt work...claimed for warranty...but in return they gave boat rockers 560 tum logo ney ek bar bhi email nahi kiya ki boat 560 bhej rahey ho..i want refund now...take ur product and give my money back...aap log scam kasay kar saktay ho...ek bhi email drop nahi kiya...or agar koi madat nahi kar saktay then mujhey ek letter me likh kar dedijiye...😭😭😭😭

                                      I placed an order for boat storm smartwatch on 30th november. Got it delivered on 6th december. There was problem with the product so i sent it back for refund on 12th or 13th december. It is 29th december and i have not recieved refund yet.
