I have sent my boult Audio curve pro grey for replacement as it was under warranty but I have received a wrong and defective product from boult. I called up the boult customer care but they are asking me to produce an unboxing video. I have not taken any unboxing video while opening the package as I didn't expect to receive wrong and defective product as a replacement. I have raised the complaint at [protected]@boultauido.com but did not receive any positive response from their end. I therefore request the concerned team to look into this matter and resolve the issue ASAP failing which legal complain will be issued to Boult Audio for non-compliance.

    I have sent a product for service.there is no response for multiple mails and multiple calls. Always they are saying they will check. But it's almost 15 days they are not responding.i have couriered the product to their delivery address which they asked me to send. I have sent the product on 27tb March. And it was delivered on 31st March. Will attach the mail sent to them and courier slip

          Our product airbud x50 was sent to service centre at Exotic Mile Private Limited, B-67, Wazirpur Industrial Area,
          New Delhi 110052. For repairing upto 10 days spent our product is not return to us plzz check our product and return us as early as possible

                    I am writing to you to report a concerning issue with a recent delivery that I was supposed to receive on 4th March 2023. According to your delivery tracking system, the product has been marked as delivered, but I have not received it yet.

                    I am very disappointed and concerned about this situation. I was eagerly awaiting the arrival of this product, and now it seems that it has been lost or misdelivered. I kindly request that you investigate the matter and update me on the status of my delivery as soon as possible.

                      I call many times he told me your order update in 24hrs .today I call customer care she told wait 24hrs.i also mail customer support he reply wait 24 hrs.i order one product in 9/03/23 and today is 11/03/23 .he not update one order .i request customer care to cancel my order if you not provide delivery status.she cut my call and again I tried he hold my phone.pls help me i have all call recording.                                   I have ordered Boult Audio white airbass y1 and after getting the same.
                                  I am facing so many issues with it.
                                  Every time I need to connect both the earbuds separately manually
                                  At the time of listening the music if I am putting the earbud in it’s case back then also songs are running in the case

                                  What is this pathetic feature?
