I have ordered Boult Audio white airbass y1 and after getting the same.
I am facing so many issues with it.
Every time I need to connect both the earbuds separately manually
At the time of listening the music if I am putting the earbud in it’s case back then also songs are running in the case

What is this pathetic feature?

              I have ordered a product from boult audio website .and I got a cancellation massage from there side on Jan 3 .but I didn't get my refund. I'll contact the customer care over and over.they told me it will refund on 3 to 4 working days. still I didn't get the amount.

                I wish to claim the warranty of my Boult Audio Airbass Y1 airbuds
                Wired Headset purchased from "flipkart" on 4th Jan, 2023
                Yesterday suddenly the right earbud stopped working and no audio was being heard from it. This happened while using the earphones.

                So I am writing this mail as the last option since the customer care number also won't connect.
                Kindly guide me through the warranty claim process. I was very happy with the product regarding the performance, range. Would like to keep using it in the future as well.

                  Sir/ ma'am,
                  I have purchased boult audio Z 20 from Boult Audio official website, received on 28.12.2022, when i opened the box, i found that,
                  1. No Earbuds rubber in the box.
                  2. Charging case and Earbuds are full of scratched.
                  3. The next day i noticed that the earbuds are not fully charged after charging of several time.
                  on this purchase. I mailed Boult Audio as well Call to customer care. details are as under.

                  Mails to Boult Audio
                  on dated 29.12.2022, 30.12.2022, 02.01.2023 & 05.01.2023.
                  Reply received from bout Audio after elapse of 05 days of 01st mail and till date "If you're facing any technical difficulties with the product please let us know so that we can assist you in a better way."

                  Private Message on bout Audio twitter
                  on 02.01.2023 Reply received " We would like to inform you that you case has escalated so kindly wait for 24 to 48 hour we will update you". After elapse 04 days now i sent msg to bout audio twitter return msg received "Thank you for your response"

                  Calls to Customer care number: [protected]
                  on 29.12.2022 & 02.01.2023, replied received "Mail us" .

                  As per Replacement and Refund Policy of Boult Audio
                  Boult will provide a replacement for a product if informed within 72 hours of receipt of the products and under the following conditions:

                  Wrong Product has been received
                  Damaged product has been received
                  Documentary evidence in the form of a photo or video
                  Replacement can be made if the customer reports the same to our Customer Service team by calling at +91 [protected] (10:00 a.m to 7:00 pm/6 days a week), or write an email to [protected]@boultaudio.com.

                  If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact Boult Audio Customer Service immediately. The Boult Audio team will look into the case and will dispatch a replacement. This policy is valid only up to 72 hours from the delivery of the order. Boult Audio will dispatch a replacement immediately.

                  As well as Boult Audio Says that mail us and We Will respond within 24 hours.
                  All policies of Boult Audio are worthless.

                  Now I feel, Boult Audio Cheat/fraud with me.

                  All images and unboxing video and Bill in this regard are enclosed herewith for your reference.

                  Therefore it is requested that boult audio Z20 may kindly be replaced or refund my money.

                    Mic is not working while on phonecalls but works in sending voice message, voice search etc. How to resolve this? There is no solution online. I live outside india. Did i made a mistake buying your product?

                        I have given my damaged product for replacement through my guarantee card in the authorised service centre of boult audio on 12/12/2022. Firstly they did not delivered the product on my address and putted a wrong address for pick me up the product. But when I went to that address i got to know that the address was wrong, there were nothing related to the product delivery point. Then i complaint for redelivery on 20th December, then they told me that they didn't get the product yet in their warehouse, once they get the product they will redeliver the product as soon as possible. Again i complaint on 24th of December for the status of my product but again they told the same and today it's 1st of January but i still not got my product, today i complaint again but they are telling that they still didn't get the product in their warehouse.

                          I have purchased a boult Audio Ear buds on Dec 7th and the product have not been delivered, I haven't received received the product neither the Amount debited. The costumer support constantly telling me that they will dispatch soon, but no positive reply as well.

                                        Bolt Maverick Earbuds ordered on 10 Nov 2022 has not been delivered yet (22 Nov 2022). When you call their customer care, all you get is a message that you will receive your product in 48 hours.
                                        For the last 5 days, even his 48 hours have not been completed. My mistake, order from their website (www DOT boultaudio DOT com)
