Terrible sales service

I recently bought Boult Bluetooth earphones from an e-commerce website. The first 2 months were nice and smooth as the product perfomed as intended but then suddenly one of the earpiece stopped working. So, I thought it might be a one in a thousand glitch could've happened with anyone. Hence, giving Boult the benefit of doubt I went to their website to file a complaint and get a replacement.

Battery Not Charging.

Earphone is properly not working

Earphone is not working properly, I courier to service center Delhi on 25 Jan 2021 and Boult audio service team received on 29 Jan 2021 but they are not repaired the earphone. I called customer care executive to help me but they alway says that earphone is repaired and it will be deliver to me within a week. But 2-3 week gone I haven't received....

Warranty claim

Dear Team,

I wish to claim the warranty of my Boult Audio ProBass Curve Wireless Neckband Earphones purchased from amazon on 8th NOV, 2020.
Yesterday suddenly the right earbud stopped working and no audio was being heard from it. This happened while using the earphones.
I tried raising a ticket at "https://support.boultaudio.com/portal/en/newticket", but the page won't let me upload the invoice and the pop...

Boult Audio Probass Curve in Ear bluetooth Headset(blue)

My earphone has stopped working properly. It gets switched off on its own and then doesn't get on and if it does, it gets switched off within a few minutes again. I have sent several emails but I only get reassuring auto replies. I am attaching my invoice here...

Boult audio truebuds mic not working

I purchased the said product on 21.10
20 from Amazon. All is fine except for the mic which doesn't Work.hence unable to speak through call via these pods. I made complaint multiple times through [protected]@boultaudio.com however they are closed as they are not in the prescribed format. They have given a link for submitting a complaint but the portal say already complaint is registered with them. Made multiple call to customer service,...

Faulty Boult Audio ProBass Curve

I bought this product in mid December. I experienced volume diffence in left and right earphone, this difference is very large, at on point i ma able to hear clearly in one but other side doesnt work.
I contacted customer care, they asked me to ship that product and i shipped it.
They send that faulty earphone again and said that they have fixed it.
Now i paid even more for that one sided earphone.
