My car had one bubble on right tyre after running 25OOO and it was under warranty .My Car was parked for 2 days and 3rd days I say a small bubble .I immediately changed my tyre 5 one in diggy.I went to hyundai showroom in abohar distt( fazilka ) state (Punjab).The person of bridgestone Name Vikas Kumar[protected] engineer I don't know what he is? He was going to come to check tyre .He was on 3 days holiday after that 4 and 5 days he didn't come on next week he came or sent someone I was not present, my tyre was kept in agency for him to check.After checking he said ok can be claimed .After 2 weeks i called as there was no call for him.He said I checked inside it seems there is thread break .I say there was no rupture inside and outside it defect .He Wasted 4 weeks and after that i m calling and he is saying will not be able to claim .What the ### is this, i[censored] don't want to give or approve tell me that day only he was having photographs everthing .Wasted my time and money . One thing more he said sir that is very small bubble u can drive or can use in emergencr till 20, 000 .Such a responsible person u keep in bridgestone .A tyre which already a bubble out, he is telling me to use it, risk my family and my life just fot few rupees.Its not about tyre claim its about what people u are keeping .I will get new tyre but will make sure that it is not bridgestone to me and all my relatives .Thnku Poor Tyres and Poor ILL Wicked persons who keep .One of your long customer went away .Good Luck.

I Bought Innova 1 year back and the tyre got swollen in 6months. It burst in a week. Had to bear the expense personally because the company did not register my complaint. I was made to run from one person to another. Now 2 more tyres are swollen and I Cannot bear the expense on my own as I am a senior citizen. Kindly do the needful. Troubled because of the issue.

My Tata Tiago car punctured on Monday dated 3rd June 2019, while traveling Pune to Aurangabad near Newasa Phata at accident location.

1. Bubble marks on side surface, unable to operate for puncture.
2. Uneven shape, small nail size hole identified
3. No cut mark on outer surface

I have bought Tata Tigor on October 18, 2018 from Tata Motors Gaya.Recently I noticed that, rear Tyre got bulge and approached Bridgestone tyre through my dealer. My warranty claim got rejected with a lame excuse by company representative as they directly wrote on the form that the car went to pothole!! And so There is no possibility for replacement.
I really dont understand the reason why it wont come under warranty. I have checked with another manufacturer and they agreed its manufacturing defect and you get Tyre replacement.
I thought Bridgestone tyre has good quality and better customer service.But now it seems its absolutely opposite.
The inspection team behaviour showed that they are trained to put blame on customer intentionally without any logic and thereby avoid the responsibility.I hope company would provide a suitable solution.
It is very disappointing for me that such a branded company tyre got bulge within 6 months and very less running also it gives a really negative impact. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful to replace the tyres.

Hello i have a toyota fortuner 2018 manufactured with bridgestone tyre, my one tyre got bust, kilometer’s driven is only 13362km, i have visited the toyota showroom for its replacement but the company refused to replace my car is also under warranty. At the time of incident the speed of my car was only 20, thanks to god that no other major accident occured. Poor quality bridgestone tyre. Disappointed with the services.

Hi this is vishnu vardhan reddy, i have purchased the next generation verna fitted with all bridgestone tyres in the name of d. Naveen reddy vide reg. No. Ts 26 b 2659. Actually am here for complaint on tyres issued at the time of purchased. After very short span o[censored]sage one of the tyre was bursted one of the tyre was cutted like visibly as threads, immediately i have reported to the lakshmi hyundai service centre, l. B. Nagar and explained the condition and asked them to replace the tyres. But they were asked me to submit the tyre for inspection and replacement.
After the inspection bridgestone company (Engineer) told that the problem is due to the hard hitting of some object and cannot be consider under warranty claim. But the road was good and there was no obstacles/ objects like sharp stones, iron rods and other things which were makes the tyre to burst, even since last few days i have not travelled for long distance.

Hence, it is my request to you that take an immediate action against the said engineer so that my problem can be resolved. If not i will upload my problem in to social media and i will suggest to denied purchase bridgetown tyre also to my all circle.
Further the lakshmi hyundai service centre, l. B. Nagar services and advisors are good cooperative and friendly moving with customers but the bridgestone company is not good.
Please stop the manufacturing bridgestone tyres, atlest try to understand the problems facing the customers and please dismiss the bloody idiotic and # engineers. Engineers are looking for good name in the company. With these engineers the bridge stone company reputation may down.

1st tyre damege in april 2018 covered in insurance.Into the 2nd year of my vehicle i.e. july 2018. 3 tyres have been damaged in this year till now which i want to put to notice. All the 4 tyres damaged in same condition i.e. tyre buldge issue. Out of this 1 tyre was replaced by the concerened toyota dealer under goodwill matter. I request this forum to resolve my issue as I am facing this issue every now and then

We purchased new ford eco sport vehicle fitted with bridgestone make 205/50r17 93h tyre having no. W9h4 dbm0918. This tyre has taken air above rim which is visible from outside. It is a manufacturing defect. This defect of tyre was detected during routine check-up of the vehicle. This defective tyre needs urgent attention. As such we request you to replace this defective with a fresh tyre under warranty period

I have purchased four Tyre's at Auto tyre's dealers Madurai Tamilnadu. The Tyre has Vobling always and also not comfortable for me. I went to the dealers to informed this issues more than 8 times but so far i didn't get any proper response from them.Hope you accept my explanations

I have complain regarding bridgestone tyre which is torn in middle in normal speed of 20km, i asked to maruti executive una, chalera himachal pradesh to resolve this issue as my tyre and all accessories are under warranty of 5 years everything is fine, my car drivin only 8500 km. Which simply defines at the time of purchase they gave cheap quality tyre which is torn after 8 months its poor quality of tyre, the executive told me pay 50 % for tyre how bad the service is please take suitable action for this as i need 💯 % replacement new tyre without pay anything thanks

We have purchased two tyers for volfkswagon polo tdi on 31/03/2019.
After driving 300 kms one tyre got damaged as one side got cut while moving on highway.
I visited to dealer for immediate checkup. The dealer denied to replace the tyre after checkup.
And then he asked for 80% amount to pay for replacement. And after sometime he changed his statement and agreed to replace tyre for 50% amount.
As i have purchased the tyres before 20 days and we have denied to pay the charges as tyres are under warrenty.
And dealer also misbehaved with us and finally denied to change the tyre and asked to purchase a new tyre.
Our car is running on spare tyre and it is very risky and we are facing very serious problem.
We expect an immediate solution from the bridgestone customer care otherwise we will have to complain in consumer court against the dealer. Thanks

I had purchased 4 tyrs for my honda amare car from sdr tyrs rajarajeswari nager bangalore and in a month, the tyre fixed at front left side got pierced by the pebble. I had sent the tyre to dealer from where it was purchased and after three week he gave the observation that it was external and guarantee can not be awarded. Further the verification note of the company, i found that the observation was of the tyre of marute desire of some other person. The local representative of bridge stone could not give me any answer. I has the doubt that bridge stone markets inferior or duplicate tyres. I had booked complaint to customer care which was registered under ref no enq 33624 on which i have no communication and complaint was not resolved.
Kindly note that company has no intrest to settel this.

I had replaced all the 4 old car tyres with new bridgestone tyres a year ago and i regret why i opted for bridgestone tyres. Let me forewarn other consumers that bridgestone tyres are not suited for indian road conditions.

Once it gets punctured the tyres don't have a permanent fix is what i've learnt through my experience. I am using other car tyres like apollo, jk tyres and mrf but when they get punctured they can easily be fixed and the fix stays without losing air pressure, but to my utter disbelief bridgestone tyres are of such inferior quality that they don't retain air pressure at all. Secondly they have dealers who are behind money only and not customer loyalty.
Over a period of time you'll see the downfall of bridgestone brand.

Bridgestone has been known for its exemplary quality of products, however my trust and confidence as a customer has been misplaced in the brand.

Why not bridgestone?
I purchased 4 new bridgestone passenger tyre for my wagon r car in the month of november 2018 from your select store in dwarka, new delhi. I was promised warranty replacement in case of any manufacturing defect.

After avery short span of time one of the tyre developed a bulge on one side of the tyre, i immediately reported the same to the tire shop from which it was purchased, during the inspection they found a crack at the inner liner splice. This crack penetrate into the side wall, resulting in a bulge and possible cause of tire deflation.

Both the select dealer - krishna motors and service engineer mr. Himanshu madan have completely dust of the hands from the matter saying that this is not a manufacturing defect and is a result of hard hitting object or caused during fitment of the tire. If it is not a manufacturing fault then the damage was caused while mounting the tire to the rim by the dealer (Krishna motors).

I am sure they are trying to differ from the promise made for warranty claim, leaving me in a jeopardy. I wonder a brand with international repute has zero credibility towards its loyal customers.

I am worried that i have other three tires from bridgestone and if they might develop the similar fault, resulting in a fatal accident.

Their has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of bridgestone, i regret to say that i am literally disenchanted by the service provided by bridgestone.

I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately and provide me a replacement for my tire.

I hereby request you to please guide me for suitable action, or else i may not be left with any other option but to explore legal angle.

Dear sir i have purchased 4 nos tyres bridgestone from haryana kurukshetra dealer name wadhwa tyres from last 1.5 years but now one tyre is bubbling like foolna and also cut on side but the dealer not change the damage tyre now before sell the tyre he says 5 years warranty by now the. Dealer says there is no warranty in bridgestone tyres from company

I had put my Car for Claim on accident, wherein the Registered Dealer (i.e. Yash Motors) had replaced both the Front Tyres around first week of August, 2018. 1 or 2 months later (with only 1000 or 2000kms run) a bubble/ bulge appeared on the Left Tyre which was addressed to the Dealer couple of times but no proper action / response was initiated by him. Thereafter after rigorous follow up & threat of legal complaint he agreed to click photos & delivered the same to Bridgestone Surveyor. This being new Tyre is very well covered under warranty but the Engineer without even physically inspecting the Tyre straight away rejected the request & gave a foolish reason that air in the tyre must have been less which made the tyre bubble raise.
This seems to be clear intention of the Company to not consider the defect & let the customer suffer. Would request to have a physical verification done & get the tyre replaced failing which I would be required to take necessary legal action against the Company as well the dealer, who are working as agents in such a scam.

I purchased 4 tyres (Ep-150 155/80r13) from tyre dynamics on feb 2019.
Within a month i faced issues, upon verification i found that one of the tyre had 2 very small holes on sidewalls. I left my tyre for inspection in showroom and got a report that "we regret our inabilty to offer you any replacement as the failure was not due to any manufacturing fault
And cause of failure is sidewall cut-penetration".
Firstly thing there is no cut and no signs of external object hitting it. I am attaching photos for same.
Secondly the holes are so minute that you cannot locate it with naked eyes until you put water on it.
While selling tyre you guys claim it has 7 layers and when there is a damage you say it happened due to external object eventhough there is no cut mark and warranty is denied.

I had brought mahindra xuv500 w10 car dated 21.11.2017 and i used my car approx 10448 kms and found front crack on my right rear tyre.
I complained on 10.03.2018 about the same to the dealer of narian automobiles, hazartganj, lucknow where i purchased the car.
I received a message on 25.03.2018 from the bridgestone that my complain is rejected and it is attached along with this email.
So, i request you to replace my tire as soon as possible.

I have purchased one tyre bearing Sl.No-155/70 R 13 Bridgestone B290 TL from PODDAR DISTRIBTORS, Haragouri Vihar, Ainthapali, N H-6, Sambalpur on Dtd.16.10.2018 bearing Invoice No-2019. The tyre was damaged 10 days before. I have informed to Poddar Traders but they advise to contact with a contact number [protected] of Mr. Swaraj. I have sent the photo of the tyre also. But till now action has been taken from your end.
