That lady call people don't atten and not call, goverment will block this fraud number, goverment will block the fraud company

I have attached you the details please go through it find it and take strict action against them. All details like email and phone no everything is there.

I bought this britannia nutri choice essentials ragi cookies (0% sugar) biscuits from a local shop in pimple saudagar.

The packaging looked very nice. There was outer moderately thick paper box and inside each set of 3 biscuits were desperately packed in air tight seal.

Despite when i opened the individual seals, i was disappointed to find that all biscuits inside were totally broken.

I suggest the company to improve the packaging system when the cost of the product is very high. Rs 60 for just a small pack.

While company can argue that it was in good shape when it left the factory, the fact is it goes thru a lot of movement by the time it reaches the retailer.
So looking forward to continual improvement by the company towards packaging.
