I bought brittania Cake after checking it's expiry date which was 4 months from packaging and packaging date was 26.08.2021 but cakes were rotten and fungal spots were visible

Too bad taste

Today I bought a cake of BRITANNIA brand. After opening the packet i found that there was some fungus on it...i checked the packet but according to the packet the lifetime of this cake is not expired. I bought this product on 13/11/21..but the expiry date is 06/02/22 still i find fungus on that cake. If i ate this then it may cause some serious effect on my body.so i request to take necessary action on this matter.

Britania is delivering their products to the resellers after two months of manufacturing, which leads to retailers to sell after expiry date of the product. I am from Jadcherla, Telangana. I purchased Britania Badam shake toady, unfortunately without observing its expiry date we consumed it. Later I identified that is expired two months before, when I ask shopkeeper he said that Britania company is forcefully delivering the products after two months from the manufacturing date.

I wanted the Britannia products in Dharamgarh NAC area as i had no idea about the distributors in the place. I recieved the number- [protected] from the Kalahandi district headquarter distributor. The person who spoke over the call didn't respond good. He had a bad language and was drunk. Please provide me a number of a local distributor of Dharamgarh NAC area.

I am Somya Singh from Delhi. I bought this from grofers. In total I ordered 2 packets one was fine but this second one is not expiry but is having a fungus like structure, the taste is pathetic and is not crispy.
I would like you look into this and to find the reason behind this.

Me and my family members buying milk bikis since 25 years. The quality of biscuits is gone down lately and i noticed a very gross smell from the biscuits.i googled about it and i have noticed some reviews stating this same issue stating expired biscuits have been packed into new packets.if this is true, you lost a longtime loyal customer.we trusted your brand and if you are not taking customer health serious then you are in right path in facing karma and thank you

I bought Britannia Tiger Biscuit from Sydney Retailer - 2 Family Packs. Each pack has 10 mini packets of biscuit. After i opened one main packet I found 3 small packets were already opened and the packaging was damaged.

Initially, I thought it could be by mistake but the second family pack also had the same issue.

Quality check is really bad and disappointing I don't know when i look at any Britannia family pack i always think 10 times whether to buy or not because the trust is not there anymore.

I hope it get better and one day we will buy again.

I purchased a bread packet and it got spoiled before expire date on it.

Your Britannia bourbon biscuits are soggy, soft despite the recent manufacture date. One packet has good crispy biscuits & another packet has no crispness & totally soft biscuits. They taste like expired stuff, since we don't know if you pack old stuff & put a recent manufacture date on the pack. Aren't we paying to buy your products? Not getting it free of cost. Money waste & it doesn't feel like the product safe to be consume. So many times I've consumed such terrible biscuits not even knowing how bad it could be for the health.
