Sir i have surrender my landline telephone connection[protected], because i have taken new bsnl landline ftth fibre connection[protected]. I have submitted application in jodhpur office on[protected]. On inquiring jodhpur office on[protected], i came to know that refund cheque will be issued by end of april, 2016.

My address is written as o/ i technical cord r/o sh. S. K. Jain. You are requested to issue the cheque of rupees 1451/- in the name of s. K. Jain and not in the name of o/i technical cord because technical cord is my post and i have account in my name s. K. Jain.

I have taken bb combo plan from bsnl of 699 as per plan company provides 10 gb at 2mbps but at present we check only 200 kbps speed. I am 2 time complain but till not solved.It is batter to purchase private company like gtpl, reliance. Really bsnl govt service chetting public.One day in future bsnl close down. My bsnl a/c no.[protected]. So ask bsnl provide proper speed otherwise i am going to declare in news paper.

मेरे यहाँ बीएसएनएल के टावर में खराबी है लगभग 6 महीने से शिकायत करने के बाद भी किसी प्रकार की कोई सुनबाई नही हो रही है नाकि में और यहाँ के अभी उपभोक्ता बीएसएनएल की किसी भी सर्बिस का फायदा नही उठा पा रहे है। मेरे यहाँ से टावर की दुरी 100 मी है फिर भी में किसी प्रकार का लाभ नही उठा पता हूँ

- Phone was disconnected on 28th January
- Payment cleared till 31st December 2016.
- No bill sent for January month by BSNL
- Please note BSNL is not sending me paper bills from last 2 years.
- Combined bill for Jan and February sent in march with wrong late charges (as there was no intimation to pay January month bill by BSNL)
- Wrong billing for January month (till 31st January) despite my disconnection
disconnection was confirmed with BSNL palam Vihar where i collected Signed letter from palam vihar branch.
- i have spoken to Ramesh JTO AMBALA 3 weeks back and Diksha from Pg gurgaon 2 weeks back, but they both are too slow to resolve my case and my issue is not resolved till now.

Hi,
I would like to bring to your notice that my Chennai BSNL connection with number +91-[protected] which I have been using since past 8 months, presently i am staying in Chennai.

From two days on words I am contacting BSNL executives it is very irritating me why because connect to BSNL customer care executives is it very hard..After 4 minutes connect to executives after that they are shown how much negligence show me really very irritating me.

They are not solve my problem and they cut the call/put hold on call upto 17 min... what is going on... what they are doing in their respective seats they are not helping/not solving customer issues.

They are all Govt. employees that y they behave like that...I believe on the same i have real experience form days on words

What can I do ? Shall I change the network . WHere can give complaint on for the same

My mobile number [protected] any call made by this number to the numbers starts from 1800 will be taken as international assist and call automatically gets disconnected and my 7 rupees currency will be deducted, by this problem I suffered a great loss, kindly rectify the problem of bsnl.
My many previous complaints are simply thrown to the dustbin without rectifying .

Aaj date[protected] ko 17 rs. Ka internet pack dalaya that jismen 110 mb mila that.
Is men 40 mb Maine use kar paya our 70 mb bacha tha.
2 minutes bad mere account set 75 rs. Ka wrong balance deduct ho gaye.
Please return my wrong deduct balance 75 rs.

The above mentioned phone number is not working for last one month & no one is bothered to rectify the same. The first complaint was lodged on 17/02/2016 bearing no. [protected] and subsequently many more complaints were lodged but every time the complaint is lodged, the very next day we get the SMS saying that the case is resolved. We are having at least twenty complaints lodged online, if you want the numbers we can give you all the numbers. We also tried to contact the CANACONA EXCHANGE, but no one is attending the phone their. The Canacona exchange numbers are[protected] & 2643000. Then we contacted the lineman who told us that without paying anything to the JE our phone will not be rectified.Please tell us whether you charge anything for rectifying the phone.

On 13.03.2016 i have lost my mobile phone set along with the jharkhand-bsnl prepaid sim(Ph. No - [protected]). I have tried to block the sim through the following no -
[protected] - i have call several times. Though it is all india customer care no., every time the call receiver informed that it is connected with west bengal and they can't help for jharkhand no. They have provided no. [protected], but on calling every time it found "the no. Does not exist".
[protected]/1601 - i have tried these two nos., but it found "can't be proceed".
I want to block the sim immediately.

I am subscribed in BBG Combo ULD 999 scheme, in this speed of 4 Mbps is mandatory upto 8 gb download and thereafter speed becomes 512 Kbps.
But this speed is not acheived at any point of time and it worsens after 8 gb of download.
