BSNL Wimax — refundable deposit not yet received past 7 months

Last year june 2018. I disconnected the wimax services and surenderred the wimax instrument at the bsnl office in chalakudy.

I have a refundable deposit of rs3250.
I have submitted all the required documents, application and bank details to the chalakudy office.

It is past 7 months after disconnection, till date i have not received my refundable deposite amount. Please kindly look into this matter and credit the amount to my bank acount the details which i have aleady submitted to the office.

Sir, my bsnl prepaid mobile number is [protected]. Me and my relative some issues so pls provide incoming calls details on 10 jan 2019 immediately.

Hi,

I have bsnl prepaid sim. Today I am not able to do calls or receive calls.
Sometimes it will show No Service or emergency calls only. If it showing BSNL mobile also not able to receive calls and also outgoing calls. Please let me know is there any issue in Sarjapura road for BSNL.when it. Will resolved.

Hii Sir. My mother yesterday (23/12/2018) did a special recharge of her number [protected] of 551. Actually she needed unlimited local and std call plans. Later only she came to know it was wrong recharge. Can you plz help me to convert the recharge to unlimited call plan. If you can it will be helpful. Hoping to get it resolved. Thank you.
