i am getting messages daily from AT-SYCRKT, AT-SYLIFE and AT-AIRINF totally 9 rupees deducted daily.this process running above 2 months.i didn't activate these three things.i contacted customer care services daily.but message came your cricket service will deactivate within 4hrs.but still i am receiving the sms.and deducted the money daily.please take the action for this inconvenience.i hope this message will help me prevent to deduct the money.please credit the money back to my account.

i had recharged with 999 superlifetime card on dec 01,2007. now instead of the promise of Re 1/- i m being charged Rs 2.25/-.i had contacted customer service hundreds of time but there is no response and no clarification received till date. if further i don't receive any clarification i will be compelled to go to consumer court. Is this the way the customers are satisfied!!

i have got a message from number 54444 to subscribe the cricket updates pack. that time i subscribed that pack but after some days in december 2007 i cancelled that pack calling to the airtel costumer care. he gave me 48hrs time to cancel the package but it still doesn't cancelled. my balance is continue to deducted. i called them several times but the result is same. due to this reason, i always be short of balance in my mobile.
i request you kindly take action against them so that i can use my mobile easily without any interruption.

My no of Airtel connection is[protected]. I am receiving regularily message from 64611005 that "THANKS FOR USING DADA SUB 10 SERVICE ON AIRTEL WAP. YOU'VE BEEN CHARGED RS. 10." But I have never subscibe such service. Plz deactivate this as it is deducting charges from my balance regularily. Plz help me otherwise I have to take help from TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India).
