Every week I receive a service message and after that i'm charged rs.20 from my account.
I have not subscriped to any such service.
After i'm charged I receive a message which says that 'Thanks for using ( Subsciptions, TextBasedServices) subscription service on Airtel WAP.'
Please see sort this problem out as fast as possible.

Airtel — unsubcribe internate

Dear Sir,

I am a Airtel prepaid customer. I am roaming for the last 1 year. Internate is activated on my mobile and Airtel WAP..I want to stop both.But as I am in roaming, customer care reprasentatives told us that this is imposible.

Every day Rs. 10 deducted by Dada.net, Yzone, Yahoo.


Please do this as urgent.

Already i requested 4 unsubscribing of m.Frenzo.Com but till date same has not been done. It is requested again that said service must be unsubscribed to my mobile at an earliest. I have not subscribed to any airtel text based wap services but an amount RS.20 every week is deducted from my balance from mid of march.I had already informed the concerned customer care.I request you to kindly look into the matter and STOP the deducti0n.
