Same issue. I ordered for 1050 rupees and now the site doesn’t load and i don’t even have any contact number to call them and check.
And when i emailed back i get a delivery failure notification saying this email id doesn’t exist. They’re site seemed so legitimate and the add came on facebook. Is there anyway i can get my money back?
I paid using my debit card....

I mailed them regarding the same but there is no update from their end till date. I have not received the product yet. And i am not able to contact them further. I had received an email last from [protected]@gmail.com.
Kindly look into the same and help me out with my refund....

I ordered jumpsuit on 31st dec,

Fraud website and cheap people.
I got msg from them that my product will delivered within 13-15 days. It may be possibly delivered by today (17th january) but i got no msg or call, then i visited the website but it is also not showing, then i saw on google that the website was fraud and people got cheated. Very disappointed, how some people do that and why they never get...

Order no - 44657 (Jan 7, 2020). The order was cancelled right after payment, and the amount is not being refunded. Now the website doesn't exist.
When i tried to reach out to the customer care support, they told the amount will be refunded within 5-7 days, but there's no response from them now.
Please help me getting rs 570 from antgirlcollection...

Ant girl website no longer exists now, i had placed a prepaid order on 27th dec 2019, the products are not delivered and the contact number is switched off. Such a shame on these people to cheat this way. While messaged before ordering, the person confirmed that the products are genuine on their portal.
Cyber crime police should locate and punish these fraudsters...

Tried sending many emails as well for the update on the delivery status but did not get aby response.

Their website, instagram profile and facebook profile is also not reachable so no other way to get the he product money refund as well...

Placed an order through this website but they did not send me the product. They are not receiving the calls. I tried calling them everyday but now their phone comes as switched off. The website from where i had placed the order is also not xurrently active on the internet. They have deleted their website and also had charged me the amount for the product....

Order #19509 was placed on december 26, 2019.

When i was call[protected] then they say we courier soon, late due to production delay.

When i was call[protected] then say we courier today or last tomorrow.

And after that we did try to call 11th january 2020 to till time contentiously but mobile switch off. We also send mail but no any reply....

I ordered some clothes worth 895 from this website on 30th december. They said it would be delivered on 17th january. Now the site is deleted as well as their support number is not reachable. I talked to them about delivery on their facebook page that is also taken down. This was their planned scam to collect as many online payments from customers and vanish suddenly. Their facebook ads were also showing and they had all the payment options...

I would like a refund as well as blacklist this company so that others dont fall in the same trap

I'd placed an order on this website for a discounted item worth INR 369 in Dec 31, 2019 as the only payment option was COD.

I got a confirmation email that the payment was deposited in their razorpay account in the name of the merchant "LADY CLOTHE" but no update or communication after that.
