Im tried to deposite my money through upi in betway first time the payment got failed so i tried another time from google pay then it succeeded but betway got rejected the payment but not returned my money please help

I made 2 deposits of R 500 VIA linked credit visa card, went through authentication successful money came off my account but funds not reflecting and got a message saying deposit not successful but the money came off my bank account?

Bet # V2H5-1YSF-NNWF-RKAF was settled incorrectly. I have the necessary screenshots.

I have made the deposit of 2500 through betway and they first said they have got the deposit in Question and also said that it will be transferred to my account, now they are saying they have not received the amount from merchant.

And it's been more than 24 hours but that amount is still not reflecting to my Betway account.

And I also tried reaching Betway agents twice and also to their support system but there's no satisfactory response from their end.

5000inr added to Betway account but neither reflected on Betway account nor refunded by them it’s more 10 days now.

Today November 9th 2022. I was deposited 3000 to betway. The transaction was successfull but it didn't reflect to my betway account. I tried contact to their customer support. They didn't respond. Pls resolve this ASAP

First 2 small withdraw betway credit in my account easily when i lost money they have no any problem with my betway account but when i win some big amount and i withdraw 10 thousand withdraw 5 time on withdraw status they show withdraw paid but not credit in my bank account we send bank statement proof on betway mail many time but they not give me exact reply and now on 19 oct betway locked my account without any reason when i chat with customer assistance he/she give same excause everytime your account under review. now they not give me withdraw and not unlock my account also i have all proof

I made a payment on betway site of 500 inr on 17th october money got deducted and when i complaint about it to the betway they said it was declined i gave them proof as screen shot still issue has not been resolved

I deposited 4000, 2500 and 2500 three deposit requests which were deducted from my bank account but they are not shown in my bank account. I have mailed betway my statements from bank but still there has been no concern shown by them. The transactions were made through netbanking.

I made a withdrawal on 18/09/2022 but the money have not been paid yet. I had a chat with their support and i was asked to wait but it has been 14 days and no sign of the money . Normally i would receive the money in 6-7 days.

I have deposited 50000 rs from paytm upi in my Betway account on 6th September but I have not got the money in my Betway account . It’s more than 16 days now .
I contacted betway support via chat and everytime they say issue escalated to concerned team and closing my case and sending email stating please allow 7 working days to get your money credited back. So I am writing here so that I can get my money back

I have been using Betway for few months now and everything went fine but today i.e on 20th September, 2022, I won a big amount and now they blocked my account. I received an email saying that they noticed increase in gambling activity on my account. I contacted them but to no avail. Now my account is blocked and all my money is lost with it. Betway is a scam. You are valuable when you are making them money but as soon as your are winning big they block you. Think twice before using this website. They will employ every tactic in the book to withhold your earning. Such a shady thing to do by Betway. I am truly disgusted, guys stay away from this website, if you don't want to lose your money

1040 rupees debited my account but not recieved in betway account

Hi, My name is Sasidhar from Kakinada Andhra Pradesh India, I have opened a Betway account and deposited 558000 and change of money in Betway account as opening balance in it and started playing and won some money with total including my deposit was 800000 + INR in it, my account was suddenly locked for verification while playing on the same day I deposited the amount and playing without any notification. I received a email asking to verify the documents along with the phone call asking for my convenient time to discuss, on my reply to the mail, I received a call from Betway verification team and verification was successful and done. My account was unlocked immediately after 10 minutes, later again after few hours, the account was locked without any information and remained locked till today more than 10 days passed, I have sent emails and gone through all the procedures as mentioned in the website, I didn't get any response from them and my own money got stuck in that account, I have followed them in live chats, emails, any many other ways possible but became useless. How come the verification of documents can take so long ? This became suspicious and not relevant or fair playing. Kindly do necessary before loose trust on this company

account it shows incorrect detail. then I talk to their customer support who
then reset my password but I did not receive any reset link on my account.
then I contact them again and ask the I found my email id phone no bank
account number all changed but I did not change any of them. then I ask to
customer support that please lock my account unless you will review my
account. then in the evening, I got a mail from betway in which they
pretended to be betway but they are hackers and my details for verification
I thought they are from betway so send them adhar and pan card later I
realized that they are not from betway they just doing scamming but at that
time it too late. and I am not able to use my account still the email address
and phone no are changed which is not accessible to me .please do
something there is a lot of money in my account
