Cashe loan

Hi my cashe loan Id 4639344 have taken loan of 219000/- in the month of march and in hand amount of 2, 00, 076, i have lost my job on 31st march 2025 and jobless but still borrowing from friends and relatives have paid my 4 Emi and this month also i have requested time till month end to clear this month Emi even then i get calls from various numbers at least 20-30 times per day and now my friends and relatives in my contact list getting calls...

Harassment and threatening calls from cashe

I had borrowed money from CASHe and have already repaid the principal amount — in fact, I have paid more than the original sum borrowed. Despite this, an outstanding balance of ₹35, 000 is still being shown against my account. I am now being pressured to pay an EMI of ₹11, 000 per month, which is financially burdensome for me.

When I requested a lower EMI in the range of ₹2, 000–₹5, 000, my request was outright...

I am extremely disappointed with the Cashe app and the loan service it provides. I paid my loan on time, but despite fulfilling my responsibility, they failed to report the timely payment to CIBIL, which has caused my credit score to drop. This is incredibly frustrating as I relied on this service to help improve my financial standing, but instead, it has negatively impacted my credit score.

There seems to be no accountability...

I have delayed my repayment and committed to paying, but I have been subjected to harassment from Cashe representatives. This constant barrage of calls has been incredibly stressful and exhausting, making me question my well-being. I am overwhelmed by the sheer number of calls, which is taking a toll on my mental health. I don’t believe my life is worth ending over this debt, but the relentless pressure is causing me significant distress.

I request that you address this issue. I can provide a list of the calls I’ve received. Additionally, it seems that Cashe has accessed my mobile contacts, calling not only the four references I provided but many others, which is damaging my reputation.

If this harassment continues, I will not be able to tolerate it. I have already communicated my intention to repay, but your actions are pushing me to the brink. I need a resolution and an apology for the distress and defamation caused by Cashe's actions.

Furthermore, your customer service representatives lack proper communication skills and treat customers disrespectfully, implying that we are intentionally avoiding repayment.

Please look into this matter urgently.

    Hi,

    I took a loan from Cashe, and I have been paying the loan. I had financial loss and job loss and asked time from them.
    Instead of helping me, they created morphs of my family. Called all my contact numbers and made my life miserable. I believe this is against the RBI norms.
    I am victim of this cashe .

    I had taken a loan amount of 65000 and I had requested the team to give me time as I was unable to pay my EMI on time, I had requested the team that I will be paying my complete amount in one go and and to allow 3 months of time. Multiple calls I keep receiving from this company and they use filthy language by scolding me. I ignored some calls due to the same reason.

    The Collection team without my knowledge have called my friends and family with my contacts data they should have not called to my contacts, for all the contacts saved in my phone the executives are calling and later they are forcing to close the outstanding balance in one day itself and its misuse of contact data and strict action need to taken for this

      Loan application stuck in processing

      Hello team,

      This is the third time I’ve put in a loan application. Everytime the application goes into the processing stage and from there it gets voided. CASHe is not even sending any emails pertaining to the status of the loan. My most recent loan application ID: 623318 is also stuck in processing and the previous 2 loan application IDs: 616772 & 614058 were never processed. My #CLN289248 was also never addressed...

      Hi

      I have taking loan from cashe since 2022 so far I taken nearly 5 loans and I paid all my loans on time or before the due date. June I have taken 30k loan and paid 3 installment and balance 15k Plus I paid this month before due date to take higher approved loan instantly. But for my surprise every went on well and immediately it says under processing for more then 6 days. I have sent multiple of email to customer care and didn't received any update so far. This the 2nd time I am facing this issue. Before it was very quick and fast in processing. Not even 15 min.

      My request you have any concern please update to customers to plan accordingly.

            I am writing to complain about the recent conduct of your collection agents formally. Despite my prompt communication and partial payment towards my EMI, your agents have been contacting my family and friends, which is unacceptable and constitutes harassment.

            Hi team,

            I applied for loan and it was approved and agreement signed. But now i see that loan transfer failed and says upload recent statement. but however i am not able to upload it as the app does not have provision. i have even sent an email. CLN 7926861.
            This is the worst company ever they will never disburse the loan in a day and interest rate is also very high.
            If they dont want to disburse they shouldn't approve the application

                  My loan was approved on 7 June but till 20 June it is not get disbursed from Cash e . I tried contacting them but there is no proper response from them. Even I email their grievance cell but they also not replied .
                  If cash e not able to disburse the loan then they should stop operating. This is a kind of cheating or fraud with the customer.
