Recently i took form filling job from datalink infotype, 200 forms in 7 days. As i was excited bout the job i completed my job and put in all my hard work an wanted to submit my work asap. After submitting my work i called them to ask about my salary, they rudely denied saying that i failed my qc n my work is not efficient. And now i wil have to pay them 8000 penalties... Its a big amount for me and i cant afford paying this as i am from middle class family... They are such frauds and most importantly they are fooling us by providing fake form filling job... Pls help me n get me out of this situation i am very very tensed. They are calling me and sending me mails and legal notices and threatening me...

I was looking for a data entry job and i have sign in to the website i registered. After some time i get a call from datalink infotype they are offering me job without no hidden charges and no registration fee. So i registered to this company and made a agreement. The work was completed 2200 from in 20 days. Then after someday i realized that this is a fraud company and i made a big mistake what can i do now. I am trapped. I left the job and now am affraid that i should pay the money about 5000 ruppes. I can't afford that. If i don't pay the money i will be facing legal action.
Help me...

Hi, as i read all complaints about this company & the same is happening wid me, very fstly i got mail from this company datalink infotype with details abt form filling company ino services, i contacted her for information she asked me few details & at d same givn me a login id n pas and told me as soon as i login wrking days will b counted from that moment. I denied her & aftr that there was no communication. And suddenly i strtd getting calls & msgs about legal proceedings. I read all of yours comments here n strtd ignoring but what d hell i again received a mail today from the same name person of datalink infotype promoting same work with different company name. They are trying to trouble me unnecessarly.

Sir, a company contacted me and offered me a job and i sent them my address proof as they asked for it. The company name is datalink infotype. After sometime i found out that the company is fraud so, i didn't took their services and gave me half baked information. Now, that are assaulting me mentally by sending me messages, calls and emails by court department and assistant advocate and by company. The advocate and they are asking me to pay money again and again or they are increasing the amount again and again. I am very tensed please help me out. Please i request you to help me please i am really worried and my parents too.

I got a call from datalink infotype on july 7 2018 for online work and around 11:40 am they texted me to complete the registration process. They were calling me again and again at that time. At 4:00 pm the same day i got a mail from datalink infotype after this i got a call from them telling me that he is marketing executive of the company he told me that i have to fill 2200 forms in 20days so that they pay me ₹55000 but on googling aboyt the company i found they have thousand of complaints registered against them with in a hour i texted them back that kindly cancel my registration but there was no response next day i called at their helpline number but they didn’t respond to that too so at last the mail from which i got those log in details i mailed them to cancel my registration but they also didn’t responded. And after seen that i stop my work.
I don't want to trap in this fraud company...
Beware friends dont work with datalink

I got a mail from one of the representatives of datalink infotype in response to the part time job search from click india... They claim that they made a legal agreement about the payment... On completion of work from my side, i received a call from their represenrative stating that out of 2200 forms 8 works r nt yet submitted and thus i need to submit 7600rs to them.. If i failed to do so they threat to take legal action against me...

This is a complaint against the company named "datalink infotype" that lures public to join their company showing heavy salary and their advocate for statements stated in the legal notice sent to me being incorrect of "consequently contacting me till today". Moreover there are a lot of complaints against this company and their advocate...
Dont work with them ever they wil thug u...

Sir i m from gujarat maine datalink infotype k sath registered kia but inho ne esa kaam dia yo possible ho na sath mein incorrect data dete a baad mein kehte hai kaam nahi thik kia app ne fer paise mangte hai ulta fraud krte hai
Baad mein mentally torture krte hai ki hum app pe yr case kr de ge hme depression mein laate hai ta ki hum payment krde
Plz inke khilaaf koi action lo baar baar call krke tang krte hai...

I got call from datalink infotype through click india. They gave me 2200 forms. I completed these forms within 18 days and submitted. Then they sent me qc report and said it is fail because of space error. When i got demo user id they used same thing in the forms which i did. So now resolve my problem i did worked very hard day n night so they should give me payment as per their terms and conditions.
But they are threatening me to pay penalties... Save me n help me pls

There is a company name DATALINK INFOTYPE who doesnt have official website or official full address.they making fraud with people.they also did same with me.now they are asking for money.though having so many complains against them they are not yet stopping to make fraud.they are taking advantage of people to do their work without any payment.the send me notice on mail and trying to scare.they are themselves wrong, although they try to scare.this company doesn't have any legal certification and they are taking the advantage of internet for making money. They are disturbing me n so I am willing to take action against them through cyber crime branch.so please be aware..!!!
