I8 Earpods Complaints & Reviews

As the presentation was showing and i ordered i8 earpods from its official site. Delivery was on time and as i opened the parcel and i saw that it was i7 earpods and than i connected to my phone. The sound was as bad as the presentation was great.

Immediately mailed to the official mail id but there was no response from there and no customer support number. Than i returned to its official address with a hand written letter...

I ordered i8 earpods on dated 14.12.2018 with order iep52465 on i8 earpods instagram page, company’s mentioned address on invoice is i8 earpods unitech arcadia, office no 814-b, sector 49, gurgaon, haryana.

First, i received it from blue dart courier on dated 17.12.2018 and found i7 earpods inside where i ordered i8 and it looks like used ones and one (Left) is not working properly.

So i tried to contact...

I ordered the product from the i8 earpods.com website and i what got was not similar to the information showed at the purchase and now i want to return back the product
I had contact them on there website
But no response came from them
I have tried many times to contact them
But no response came from them
I want to return the product back
And my money back that i have paid...

I ordered for the earpods from this website, they sent me an i7s earpods instead of the one i ordered, we have already paid for the i8 earpods which was rs. 1500, and the one we received is barely of rs. 400. The ear pods they sent me is not functional either, i made a complaint through their website but they haven't gotten back to me, i posted on their instagram and facebook page but they keep deleting my comments.

My i8 Earpods order #IEP45489 was delivered on 23rd Nov ordered from www.i8earpods.com, which is not working and not able to charge and I had paid Rs 1499 and when tried to contact, by responding to the mail Id "[protected]@i8earpods.com", I am not getting any reply and also there is no contact number of them on the website...

Company which is based out of delhi called i8 darood.https://www.i8earpods.com/ this the link of a website. I purchased a i8 earpod from this website and paid 1499 rs online. Received the product on 7th oct. On a very same day i raised a mail to the company that product having a issue. But they didn't replied on that. The packing of the product was very poor and as soon as i opened the box, it was very dirty and used. The product had no seal on it. The product had dent and dirt was all over it. I have purchased 18 earpods on 16th oct got delivered which was very bad and not in working conditions looks like big time cheaters not able to get contacts of this company and not even have option to send it back and you dont even get invoice for the product you buy.. In there return policy they jave mention within 3 days of delievry return can be done but since morning i can't find the return option,

They are frauds they are providing useless product which is not in working condition.

Even if we want to return it we cant bcoz they all have not provided with their contact number...

So kindly stay away from this website...

I have ordered for i8 earpods but received i7s which are of very bad quality. As i have paid 1499 rs. I have sent them 10 emails no response from them. They are cheating the customer with fake product with no after sales service. Even the box was not in good condition.
1) when i am trying to connect the earpod i need to connect both separately
2) after connection voice come from either one of it not sure...
