Hi,

This bring to your Notice , there is illegaly grab a land at address a-39 friends colony east, nd-65, with out giving a notice , familiy are staying from last 40 yrs thrown outside without any notice ,

there is temple of shiva there been demolished and now construction is started , those who are staying there they paid house tax, electricity bills etc..

even recently court order that no further activity till the pending of case in court, please find details,word " doctrine of lis pendens" , which means that.

1. Learned senior counsel for the plaintiff states that though
the suit has been filed under Section 6 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963,
the suit should not be treated as a suit based on prior possession but on
title in favour of the plaintiff.

2. Summons in the suit be issued to the defendant on filing of
process fee, both in the ordinary method as well as by registered AD
post, returnable before the Joint Registrar on 5th February, 2013.

3. Notice be issued to the defendant on filing of process fee,

    That Conservancy Lane is Suppose to go To the residents by 5Ft as per BBMP Officials But , The Masjid Authority of Mahmudiya Masjid have Illegally Encroached the Land And Have Started to Build Toilets in the Residential Area Which is Causing Full Fledge Trouble to the Residents There & BBMP officials Also Sleeping With Out Seeing This Encroachment ,,, No One is Speaking Becuase of Enemity,, But Am a Social Worker, This was Brought to my Notice & Now Am Highlighting it Here , Request Any One Who Sees This Please Put it Across to Right People to Stop the Construction of Public Toilets in Residential Area,,, May Lord Bless All Those Who can Help The Residents of Mothingara New gangammachari Street

    Residents — illegal construction

    Sir we are the resident of d.d.a. flats new seelampur, delhi-110053, (Near welcome police station) Here the resident of d.d.a. flat no.193, has constructed the illegal by laws, when we tried to stop it, the owner of avove address threat us and not stop the construction, He is saying to open a busniss in it, sir he is a criminal type person and his society to as so.
    sir please stop the this illigal construction and save us.

    Sir,
    I wish to state that I am a resident of L-43, Gali No.-2, PNB Lane, Shastri Nagar, Delhi:-110052. I Want to tell u that our building is a complex build by a builder who sold the Ground Floor to one person and the rest of the above Six Portions to Six Differnt Families. And that due to the Illegal breaking and construction activities of the man at ground floor the building has developed many Cracks and weakening due to which we are under a threat of any mishappening to take place. Who is to be Blamed for this? We have asked this man not to do such activities and also we have complaint to Local PCR and Registered a written F.I.R at Police Station Sarai Rohilla. But no action has been taken against this. The man is still breaking the building at Ground Floor and causing damage. Who is going to pay for this damages. The Problem is much more than this that needs a lot of space to be written. Kindly Take Necessary Action.

      I would like to inform you that our neighbour Name B K Podar is doing Illegal Construction on 4th Floor. This is such a illegal construction which they are doing and it is creating a lot of disturbance for us. This is our humble request to stop that process as soon as possible.

      Dear Sir Please take urgent action against it.

      plot no.8 — illegal construction

      we are the residential of plot no.8 ,shaktikhand-3, indirapuram, ghaziabad,u.p,

      sir ,
      builder is constructing shop in the basement illegally,we said to stop the construction but he refused and said no buddy can do any thing to me.
      we are requesting u to please stop this illegal construction.he is saying that this is my property and i can do what i want,i don't know GDA. This is the space of parking and he is using it for the commercial purpose.Plz help us

        Sir,
        this is to inform that the illegal construction has been started on the 4th floor in D-366 budh Nagar ,JJ Colony , inder puri, new delhi 110012 near pusa. Actually this building is already having four floors . The construction of fifth has just started, this is very risky and at any time it should be damaged and fall down on other building. The building is already overloaded and can have risk to many life as it is in danger position and work in under process fifth floor and we are not a safe position. So that kindly arrange to stop this work on priority basis for safe of public. If you will not take any action on priority basis then we are going for legal action with this mail. Due to said construction is also in violation of the building bye laws.
        In view of the facts mentioned above it is requested that directions may kindly be used to stop the construction of fifth floor which is under construction without any government approval.

          I wish to inform you that illegal construction in mayur vihar phase II, mostly on the road site flat (pocket A, B,C, D, E, F) block minimum 5-6 foot block road both side and park their vehicle after that so we can not move properly from these road

          kindly remove this type of illegal construction so that people walk smoothly.

            This complaint is regarding a person constructing an illegal house in our area. The address of area is plot no. 96 sanchar nagar (main) Kanadia road Indore 452016. This plot number 96 has area 1500 sq ft and person who is constructing house is not leaving any free space, because of that our house free space get affected. As per construction stander in residential colony house plan only passed when 8ft space leaved in front and in side. however owner of that plot is not leaving any free space.
            Please take action as soon as possible.

              We would like to bring this into your kind notice that there is an illegal building construction made by Shri Manohar Lal opposite Plot no. 207 & 208 on JDA road in street no. 6 and also further construction is going on for commercial purpose on the same plot which is totally illegal.

              Shri Manoharlal has good approach in political sector which he is using for his illegal work. Till now we have made several complaints to the related departments whereas department officials have made visits but due to his approch everywhere in each and every department no one has taken any serious acgtion his Shri Manoharlal and his illegal construction.

              Therefore we would request your goodself to kindly do the needful and take the necessary action with the relevant department and do the needful at the earliest.

              there are many unauthorised constructions in shamnagar near khyala .many houses are constucted in place of parks.

                Hello, I am living in private house situated in Dobetta Colony of Nangal T/Ship. It is my duty to inform to higher authorities about the illegal possession of BBMB land by the private house owners in Dobetta Colony. Due to this, we are facing several problems while carrying our vehicles into the house. The majority of people explained the problems to offence creator but to no avail. Please act as early as possible to make our locality neat and clean. Over 500 to 800 sq. mtrs of BBMB land is possessed by these people which should be cleared for the convenience of other people. Hope the higher authority will act on my complaint in short span of time.

                  The plot no. 60 3rd main road, poonamalle, chennai 600056 is a layout of 30 x 60'. Flat is being promoted with setback of only 1.5' on all sides. When enquired, they state that they have an approved plan with 1.5' setback. They have refused to show the plan.

                  Pls let me know how to proceed

                    Family of c-7/316c are making illegal contruction on there roof top by making 5th floor this has not only crossed the height which is been derived by DDA but also can cause a big problem as these are all old contructed buildings. Local Leaders are totally giving full support for this I would like to draw attention on this as well as want to have a strict action on this.
