I ordered a smart watch from knockoff deal model : kd 1.39 inch amoled screen bluetooth 4.0 android 5.1 os mtk6580 quad core 1.3ghz waterproof smart bracelet watch.
But i recieved a different product instead of what i ordered. The product which i received is not even in a working condition. I am trying to contact knockoff deal customer care service but i am not getting any response from their side. I tired filling the replacement form...

I ordered a watch with Android function worth ₹3300. Knockoffdeal has cheated me. They have sent me a Chinese product which is not even of 1200₹. I am trying to mail them and call them but the number given is switched off it's always switched off. They're not even mailing about the product return. I mailed them more than five times. They're using services like Blue Dart, Delhivery, First Flight, DTDC, TrackOn, Aramex, XpressBees, IndiaPost...

Ive ordered a smart watch worth rs 3000 from there website and they showed a very good watch image but they delivered a very poor quality watch that was not a worth rs 100. And they are not picking up the call also they are cutting the phone. I am very much unsatisfied with this website kindly dont ever waste your money and they should be jailed for this fraudulent activities...

Knockoffdeal.com is a fraudulent website and cheating customers seems its first and only motto to do business. The website shows original products on its site, but sends all duplicate and useless products when purchased by consumers. Their support is as pathetic as the website, they do not respond.
