low price laptop
I BOUGHT A DELL LAPTOP IN THE MONTH OF JUNE 2013 AND I GOT A LAPTOP WHICH WAS GIVING ME SHOCKS AND THEN I T WAS REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE BUT THIS TIME I WAS TOLD I WILL GET A BETTER VERSION AND DELL GAVE ME A A MODEL SAYING THAT ITS A HIGHER CONFIG AND I HAD TO TAKE THT NOW I WANT U TO DO ME THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST...

complaint about low performance of the laptop battery

Respected sir,
I have bought a HP laptop G6 2008X (ECODE =A323) from Vijay Sales on 15 Jan 2012 . But I found that the laptop battery performance is 3 hrs. After word it got going down and down. In 6th month it was only 45 min to 1 hr and now in 7th month it is only 20 to 30 min (on 12 July2013) .
It is in warranty period of 1 yr so please kindly change laptop battery.

On 14th Feb’12 I had purchased a laptop from Croma out late situated at Ripple Mall, SURAT. There were some gift voucher to be given with purchase of laptop but your store people told us, they don’t have sufficient no. of gift voucher to issue so take your gift voucher after max 1 week but till date we have not received any intimation from their side regarding this.

I show my laptop in service center of m.p. nagar, Bhopal. And then they told a disturbance in laptop`s motherboard and then after some days they gave me laptop and told me that they had changed its motherboard....

sir i have buy laptop of dell company but after buying when i got problem then i went to chandigarh dell servise centre but told that this laptop has been ilegalily sold in india and it does not cover warrenty, you go and ask him to return your money back but sir i have went to him many time he always refuse about this problem.i have the bill of my laptop.

My documents have been illegally compromised n these guys r holding me responsible for the payment.While i got the issue resolved way back,with one Gagan some higher up in bajaj auto finance n i was assusred about no further harrasment.
I m getting a mail after almost an yr now about the payment not recieved.What do i have to do with it?The company is so unprofessional and i m sure they are spoiling it on...

I am father of Madhu who is now abroad. He had availed a loan for purchasing a laptop before he left India issuing a few post dated cheques. As he left he instructed me to ensure that the cheques are honoured on presentation. The cheques are on Canara Bank, Kothamangalam branch. i am sandeep sharma and i have submitt my laptop in hp service centre at okhla on 6th of this may 2008
they said that i can get it back just after two or three days
but i have not received till today
sometime customer service phone is switched off or if any one is available then give the answer that you can get your product after one day but still it is in pending
no services is provided....
