i paid my policy premium online...
policy no. [protected]

from that day i continuously trying all the helpline and customer care no of lic... but no one responding..
phone get automatically disconnecting after continues ringing..

seriously its the worst service provider....

i want to know when i will get the original copy of premium paid online....

but no customer care no is available so to whom i should ask????

    I Am A K Patel. One proposal submit in LIC Plan 190 Term 35 Amulaya Jeeven. S.A 25 Lac. Premium Rs.12700/- Yearly.
    Reg.No. 8660. branch Jhalawar Rajasthan 326001.(Branch Code 322)
    Division Office Ajmer (Rajasthan).
    total insurance within two year (include this year) 32.5 Lac.
    1. 5 lac
    2. 2.5lac
    3. 25lac
    SUC 32.5 Lac
    all requrinment completed me.
    ( Medical Report, ITR certificate,ID & Address Proof,)
    A objection in my proposal. Class one Extra 2500.
    A letter send to LIC BRANCH that is the ression of paid extra Premium.
    No Answer meet me.Local Branch officer said me pay extra premium & complete your proposal.
    I want to know that is the ression Class one extra 2500/-
    total 12700+2500=15,200/- pay yearly.
    Please Help me.

      dear executives,
      its a great grief &sorrow for us with lic agents services relate to be uncleared and dishonered.
      my brother name mr.amit kumar was holding a policy with lic he passed away year 2010.
      a agent took this case in his hand & played with the emotion o[censored]s as we are in great grief at that time.
      he unnotcifiying get the policy signed through my father .
      after that we realise that policies are not suitable for us .
      moreover he demands for more policy in return of that work.

        my money back policy no.[protected] was due on payment in August 2010 and instead of two money back amount of 12500/=only one was paid to me in 2000 but as per LICI Bareilly they have paid me through Cheque No. 56131 dated 28/08/2005 and credited to my a/c on 05/09 2005 . I have my a/c BOB
        Rajendra Nagar (Bareilly- UP) and ICICI bank Bareilly.
        I would request to look into the matter and credit my amount to me

            Subject: For correction in LIC policy
            Sir ,
            I am Anamika Devi from Lucknow. I have taken a Policy form Lalbagh Branch at Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh on 27/06/2009. When I have gone to deposit my Next Premium on 27/06/2010 then Cashier said that your policy had fore close already. I am so shoked so I me my agent and Development officer then I found that Programmar had done mistake. Branch Manager has said that I will try to correct and said this will done in Central Office. So You will come next week. I have given many application but BM has not done any action. I am so worry Please help me immediately because I want to deposit my next premium and 5 monthes already has passed.

              Dear Sir,


              I have got a policy paid receipt from your agent Mr. Md. Eajaz Ansari (Agent Code No.[protected] for my new policy No.[protected] vide date of commencement 26.02.2010. Due to some unavoidable reason I do not like to this policy. So within your trial period I reject this policy.

              I do not receive yet my policy bond. Either you do not issue the same then cancelled the same & return my full money or issued your policy bond certificate then refund my policy money after deducted stamp charged.

                  My name is Malik, I have taken an Endowment LIC policy on Nov-2005.
                  Recently I have migrated to Singapore Citizen on Dec-2007. The policy which i have taken when my status of citizen as INDIAN.
                  Kindly some one please hlep on the issue and share with me if you have the same problem:
                  1. How do I have change the citizenship status?
                  2. What are the documents to submit to LIC?
                  3. Where I have to submit the neccesary documents is LIC main office or LIC branch office (policy taken)?
                  4. Do I have any problem at the time of maturity?

                    MY BROTHER HAD A POLICY OF 3 LAC NO.[protected].HE WAS MURDERED IN 2005, I AM THE NOMINY IN THE POLICY. THE LIC IS NOT GIVING ME ANY CLAIM OF ACCIDENT SAYING IT IS NOT ACCIDENT.
