    இன்று காலையில் செக்கந்தராபாத் (தெலுங்கானா) பகுதியில் r r சிக்கன் சென்டர், என்ற கடையில் 6 முட்டைகள் வாங்கினேன். மொத்தம் rs 24 ரூபாய், அதை நான் ஓர் 10 ரூபாய் நோட் ஒன்றும் ஒரு 10 ரூபாய் காசாகவும் (Coin) 4 ரூபாய் சில்லறை காசாகவும் கொடுத்தேன். ஆனால் அந்த கடையில் உங்கள் அமைச்சகத்தில் இருந்து வெளியிட்ட 10 ரூபாய் நாணயம் செல்லாது என்று ஏற்க மறுத்து விட்டார். அந்த நேரத்தில் அந்த கடையில் நான் மிகவும் அவமானப்பட்டேன்.
    இதே போல் பல இடங்களில் பல முறை அவமானப்பட்டேன். உங்களிடம் ஒரே ஒரு கேள்வி. இந்திய நாட்டில் இந்திய அரசால் இந்திய அரசு முத்திரையுடன் வெளியிடப்பட்ட ஒரு நாணயம் இந்திய நாட்டிலேயே செல்லாது என்றால் அந்த நாணயம்
    எதற்கு? நீங்களே அதை செல்லாது என்று அறிவிக்கலாமே??
    ஒரு இந்தியனாக நான் இதற்காக மிகவும் வெட்கப்படுகிறேன்.

      Dear sir,
      I have a saving account with said bank branch since 2009 and a credit card was linked with them. At present there is no outstanding in my card and i have also lost my card. Many a times i called to bm and emailed the said branch regarding hotlisting of my credit card since last year but they are not responding either to my mail or my phone call. Today i. E on[protected], he behaved with me rudely over phone. I request you to solve the matter as early as possible.

          I have paid the electricity bill via bhim app transaction failed money deducted from account but the bill has not been paid. It is still pending no refund came. It has been 5 days now and no one is listening. Bank has declined my query and said money has received by beneficiary even though the status of transaction is failed. No help from bhim as well call centre number always busy even at 3 am. I feel cheated. Please help [protected] my number

            On 09/06/18 about 19:21 to 19:24 hrs i received three massages for withdrawal of rs 10, 000 again 10, 000 then 3000 respectively from unknown location. Atm card was with me & haven't share any of my personal / banking data to any person. I surprise how its happened if cards was with me. Total rs 23000 has been withdrawn by some unidentified person. Same time i call the customer care & block the atm & file a complain with cyber crime police at noida. I contact the branch today & file the complain as well pls do the needful to recover this amount as per rbi circular :dbod. Leg. Bc.86/09.07.007/2001-02dated apr.8, 2002

            since 2 months I am waiting for any reply . Neither RBI nor Bank Senior Authority had replied my single mail till date . Only branch has replied but not satisfactory to my concerned . My matter is nearly 60 days old & I done all required correspondence with every stake holders but nothing has come out till date . I am a customer of this Bank & paying all necessary charges to maintained the Account & some one withdraw Rs 23000/- fraudulently through ATM ( while cards was with me ) but Bank is doing nothing since 2 month .

            It is very painful to say that If matter will not short out within a week I will go for legal action as well as closing of Account from this Bank

              Dt. 02.08.2018--Complaint Dt.15 June 2018 against SBI Main Branch(01431) Phagwara (Pb.)- India relating non- Issuance of TDS deducted form 16A for the FY 2017-18.
              Since 2006, I as an Sr. Citizen have my S.B. Account (full KYC done & PAN # provided). But this time Bank Branch "Negligently" deducted 20% TDS instead of 10%; Ignoring/without referring / quoting my Pan #. Now, the Bank, Neither Issued Form 16A nor Reflected in Form 26AS. Since 15.6.18 I am regularly writing numerous letters to the SBI Branch, Zonal Off., Head Office, CMD .Banking Ombudsman Chandigarh.
              But till date SBI Bank failed to solve this time bond issue. From the last two months Bank Officers remarks that they are revising their TDS Return for the Tax Year 2017-18 but nothing has been done so far. As such unable to properly account for TDS deducted in ITR. There are huge Bank customers like me in the line but all are disappointed due to poor services of the Bank hence, seek your immediate support to resolve this crucial & time bond matter.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                This is to inform you that, Shri Dinesh Kumar Khandelwal has been evading Taxes & has not been disclosing the expenses to the Income Tax Authorities & hampering the investigation through his links.

                Background

                1. Smt. Anisha Khandelwal D/o Shri Dinesh Kumar Khandelwal has framed a
                Dowry complaint under section 498a/323/406 of IPC and under Dowry
                Prohibition act 1961. It has been claimed by Smt. Anisha Khandelwal in her own
                Admission that her parents i.e. Shri Dinesh Kumar Khandelwal & Smt. Nirmala
                Khandelwal had spent over Rs. 60 (Sixty) lacks in the marriage on[protected]
                Financial year[protected].

                2. Please refer to my correspondence held with offices concerning the jurisdiction of the
                Person, who has committed fraud & has misled the Income Tax Officials.

                3. COPY OF CORRESPONDANCE HAD WITH INCOME TAX OFFICIALS ON THE
                MATTER IS ATTACHED HEREWITH WITH THIS APPLICATION IN “ANNEXURE-
                A” FOR YOU’RE PERSUAL

                Ground for complaint

                1. As per information made available by the employer of Sh. Dinesh Kumar Khandelwal
                (A.V.V.N.L.) it’s clearly indicates that in financial year 2014-15 Shri Dinesh Kumar
                Khandelwakl income as per income tax records was only Rs. 7 (Seven) lacks and he
                Has Not shown any expenses of marriage & Smt, Nirmala Khandelwal is a house wife
                and She do not have any source of income BUT as per FIR they have spend Rs, 60
                (Sixty) lacks in her daughter Anisha Khnadelwal marriage.

                2. Shri Dinesh Kumar Khandelwal has unaccountable flow of income which is not
                Shown anywhere in the Income Tax returns. I request the learned Income Tax
                Authorities to look into the matter by verifying cash flow history of Shri Dinesh
                Kumar Khandelwal, so as to recover valuable revenue in the form of Income tax,
                This has been concealed from the tax Authorities with malafide intentions of
                Cheating with the Government machinery.

                3. As per section 133(5) of Income tax Act it is mandatory to file income tax return on
                The expenditure incurred on marriage.

                4. As Shri Dimnesh Kumar Khandelwal (as claimed) had spent Rs60 (Sixty) lacks in
                Financial Year 2014-15 and his income as per Income tax return is Rs. 7 (Seven)
                Lacks, since he has not disclosed the expenses occurred in her daughter’s marriage
                And source of fund of Rs 60 (Sixty) lacks, it means, the balance amount i.e. 53 (Fifty
                Three) lacks may be a black money on which Shri Dinesh Kumar Khandelwal has not
                Paid INCOME & OTHER APPLACABLE taxes, I request to authorities that tax and
                Penalties should be collected as per provision of Income Tax Act.

                5. Further careful perusal of the FIR attached hints provision of section 68, 69, 69A,
                69B, 69C & 69D under Income Tax Act of 1961 are applicable on Shri Dinesh Kumar
                Khandelwal as far as in my knowledge. However there may be many other provisions
                Of income tax which is best known to Honorable Income tax authority.

                6. The section 68 deals with cash credits proving identity of the creditor, capacity of the
                Creditor, genuineness of the transaction is the important things of this section.
                Section 69 & 69A, B deals with unexplained investment, unexplained money &
                Investment not fully disclosed in books of accounts.

                7. Section 69C deals with the unexplained expenditure, the important requirement of
                This section is that an expenditure has been found to have been incurred by an
                Assesses in any financial year and the assesses fails to indicate satisfactory source of
                Such expenditure.

                But I believe till date no action has been taken against Shri DINESH Kumar
                Khnadelwal to recover the income tax, wealth tax & other tax on Rs.53 (Fifty Three)
                Lacks.

                Request & Relief sought

                1. Shri Dinesh Kumar Khandelwal & Smt Nirmala Khandelwal, may give a baseless plea
                That the F.I.R. is not done by them, because the FIR has taken place through Upper
                Judicial Magistrate, Beawar whom they have requested for FIR in the application
                Submitted by Smt. Anisha Khandelwal D/o Shri. Dinesh Kumar Khnadelwal, further
                Misusing & misguiding the Government Machinery.

                2. Shri Dinesh Kumar Khnadelwal, may misguide to the Income Tax Authorities with
                malafide intentions of cheating with the Government machinery by evading taxes and
                Also evading all kinds of wealth tax, luxury tax.

                3. Shri Dinesh Kumar Khandelwal income and source of fund is Rs.7 (Seven) lacks only
                As per income tax records in financial year 2014-15, Kindly recover the tax on Rs. 53
                (Fifty Three) lacks and start proceedings against Shri Dinesh Kumar Khnadelwal as
                Per provision of Income Tax and the authority is under bounden duty, since it relates
                And its refusal may prejudice the appellant upon which an FIR has been registered.

                4. I may be given the due prize money as per income tax guidelines for
                Revealing this to the authorities.

                5. I request the authorities to kindly intervene & investigate the matter as it
                Causing huge revenue loss of Rs. About 30 (Thirty) Lacks and other
                Applicable penalties better known to authorities.

                6. I request you to initiate investigation through appointing High Level IRS
                To recover the revenue in the form of Taxes from ShriDinesh Kumar
                Khnadelwal.

                  Dear SIR,

                  SIR, With all due respect, I would like to bring your attention to concern I am facing ISSUE with HDFC bank WHICH IS A CASE OF MENTAL HARASSMENT AND BANKING FRAUD.

                  SIR, WITH ALL DUE RESPECT PLEASE READ THIS COMPLETE MAIL AND COMPLAINT, TO UNDERSTAND THE ISSUE I AM FACING WITH THE BANK.

                  WOULD LIKE TO BRING YOUR ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING POINTS FIRST:-

                  I:- WHY HDFC BANK HAS DEPOSITED THE AMOUNT OF 2, 69.525 WITHOUT MY CONFIRMATION. IF THEY HAD TALKED TO ME FIRST BEFORE DEPOSITING THE AMOUNT I WOULD HAVE STOPPED THEM AS MY TOTAL FINANCED AMOUNT IS 465, 000.00.

                  II:- WHY MY FRESH PERSONAL LOAN WAS CONVERTED INTO BT PLUS PERSONAL LOAN EVEN AFTER SAYING THEM MAY TIMES THAT I NEED A FRSH LOAN. AND POST ASKING THEY SAID YOU HAVE GIVEN US THE LOAN SCHEDULER OF ICICI BANK. SIR, I AM A NON-BANKER, HOW SHOULD I KNOW THAT WHICH DOCUMENTS WILL BE USED FOR WHAT PURPOSE. THEY ASKED WHETHER I HAD/HAVE ANY PREVIOUS LOAN. AND I SAID, I HAD A PREVIOUS LOAN ACCOUNT WITH ICICI BANK WHICH IS CLOSED NOW. THEY ASKED ME TO SEND THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND I SENT IT.

                  THIS IS A CASE BANKING FRAUD DONE TO ME BY HDFC BANK.

                  ALSO, IT WAS MISTAKE DONE BY HDFC BANK EMPLOYEE NOT ME.

                  III:- WHY I AM GETTING DIFFERENT SOLUTION FROM EVERYONE. IS GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL IS NOT PART OF HDFC BANK OR NODAL OFFICE AND COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT.

                  IV:- AS INFORMED TO ME BY MR. VINEET THAT THEY HAVE TO CHECK MY ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR MY REMAINING AMOUT TO BE RELEASED. I WOULD LIKE KNOW TO WHY THEY HAVEN’T CHECK IT BEFORE CONFIRMING MY LOAN PROPOSAL.

                  V:- HDFC BANK IS SAYING NOW I SHOULD DEPOSIT THE DISBURSED AMOUNT AND GET THIS LOAN CANCELLED. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW FROM EACH MEMBER THIS BANK THAT IF I WOULD HAVE THIS MUCH OF AMOUNT OF MONEY WITH ME WHY SHOULD I APPLY FOR LOAN EVEN.

                  VI:- IF BANK HAD INFORMED ME BFORE CONFIRMATION OF MY LOAN THAT I AM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR FINANCED AMOUNT OF 465, 000.00. I WOULD HAVE TOLD THEM NOT TO PROCESS THE LOAN AS I REQUIRE THE AMOUNT WHICH I HAVE APPLIED FOR.

                  VII:- SIR, I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING WITH HDFC BANK WITH MORE THAT 3 MONTHS. AND THEY ARE STILL PLAYING WITH MY ISSUE AS THEY HAVE GOT A TOY TO PLAY WITH, SINCE EVERYONE IS HAVING A DIFFERENT SOLUTION FOR THIS ISSUE.

                  STEP BY STEP EVENT HAPPENED TO ME:-

                  1. I had applied for a fresh PERSONAL LOAN, with HDFC bank on 17th MARCH 2018. I got a call from Mr Anshul mobile number([protected]) for detailed documentation. As discussed with anshul I had submitted the requisite documents to him for processing of personal loan.

                  2. I got a reference number 55818004 stating completion of documents and acceptance of documents.

                  3. IN DISCUSSION WITH ANSHUL I AHD ALREADY COMMUNICATED THAT I NEED A FRESH PERSONAL LOAN NOT A BALANCE TRANSFER. PLUS PERSONAL LOAN.

                  4. BUT In the Processing of My LOAN, they Made it as a BALANCE TRANSFER (BT) for the Processing of the LOAN. And I have communicated Many times that I need a fresh LOAN not a balance transfer since there is no LOAN Account Left in the Previous Bank for BALANCE TRANSFER.

                  5. On 29th March 2018, received a transfer of 2, 69.525 whereas My total financed amount is 465, 000.00 and disbursed amount is 461, 525.00 as per Mail received in reference with HBL=[protected] complaint reference number. With Out My concern The Amount of 2, 69.525 has been deposited in my account.

                  “I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IN THIS THAT WITHOUT MY CONFIRMATION WHY BANK HAS DEPOSITED THE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT. HOW THEY CAN DO THIS.”

                  6 I was in Regular Follow up with Jagriti ([protected]) and anshul ([protected]). As per communicated By Anshul Many times on Friday of every week that I will receive my amount on Monday. Post 2 Weeks I started Following UP with jagriti and also the Way of communication of jagriti with customer is not good. I also asked for a face to face discussion to any jagriti or with ay HDFC employee to resolve this issue But she deined to even meet with me. She is trying to close the loan by asking me to make the payment rather than solving the issue.

                  7. Also, I visited HDFC bank branch located on SECTOR-63 in NOIDA, to get this issue checked. But they even denied to look after this issue. As communicated by the Branch that LOAN was not processed with the Branch they will not entertain it.

                  8. Since I was not getting any reponse from any one from HDFC bank, I logged a complaint online in the HDFC portal and received a complaint number “'HBL=[protected]” on 17th APRIL 2018. And received no response in with this complaint.

                  9. Even after logging a complaint in reference with “'HBL=[protected]”, I did not receive any response, I logged a complaint with Grievance Redressal in HDFC portal got a complaint number “HBL=[protected]” on 23rd April 2018.

                  10. On 4th May 2018, HDFC bank deducted an amount of Rs. 10, 201.00/- which is total EMI for the amount which was sanctioned in the beginning I.e 461, 525.00 not for 2, 69.525.

                  11. After a long follow up with, on 7th May 2018 I got final solution in reference with complaint number “HBL=[protected]”. In which they have stated the following solution:-

                  “Your Personal Loan was disbursed only after the loan agreement cum schedule and repayment instructions for the EMIs were duly executed by you. By executing these documents, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the terms, condition, loan amount, rate of interest and charges payable to the Bank.

                  1. The amount financed to you is Rs. 465, 000.00 and you have executed all the prescribed documents accordingly. The loan has also been booked on our accounting system for this amount.Our loan was disbursed on 28/03/2018.

                  2. Part of the funds were to be utilized for takeover of the following existing loans. You have executed letters of authorization in favor of the Bank:

                  3. Cheque /DD Number xxx80 dated 31/03/18 sent through BLUE DART Courier Airway Bill Number [protected] on 31/03/18 to your mailing address on record. The cheque/DD was delivered to you on 31/03/18.
                  4. The balance of the loan, amounting to Rs. 269525.00 was credited on 28/03/2018.
                  5. The detailed break-up of charges deducted from the loan amount is as follows:
                  Amount Financed : Rs. 465, 000.00
                  Less:
                  MC/DD issued for take over of ICICI BANK LTD : Rs.192000.00
                  Processing Fees : Rs.2, 359.00
                  Franking Charges : Rs.100.00
                  Premium for Insurance Policy : Rs.0/-
                  Gap Interest : Rs. 1, 016.0.
                  Total Adjustments : Rs.3475
                  Net Amount Disbursed : Rs. 461, 525.00

                  With reference to your request, you have confirmed that Personal Loan (availed from 28/03/2018) has been foreclosed by you through your own fund/ resources and thereby you wish to cancel the MC/DD of Rs. 192000.00 (issued in favor of ICICI BANK LTD LAN LPGHZ[protected] DEWANSHU SHEKHAR) and credit the said proceeds to your salary account. As explained by our official, you are requested to produce the closure letter (from ICICI BANK LTD) and submit the same at our Retail Loan Service Center, to enable us to accede on your request for cancellation of MC/DD Rs.192000.00 and credit of the said proceed to your account. Otherwise, we will unable to release the amount of Rs. 192000.00 to the designated bank account.”

                  12. I accepted it as I already paid the EMI for the whole amount. ALSO IT CLEARLY STATES THAT THE MC/DD WHICH HAS BEEN ISSUE IN FAVOR OF ICICI BANK WILL BE CANCELLED AND THE AMOUNT WILL BE DEPOSITED IN MY ACCOUNT.

                  13 .So I contacted Mr Vineet on the given phone number for release of the Amount. And I got surprised by the way he talked and he refused to release the amount stating that it can not be done. I called Mr. Vineet about 7 time in which he received only 3 times. And out of those 3 time only one time he spoke to me nicely. In the first two times he behaved like that I am some sort of criminal who is speaking to him.                   2. Second solution they Provided me, that get my loan rescheduled and reduced to 2, 69.525 with tenure deduction. In this scenario I have the pay the same amount of EMI as decided earlier.

                  “ I WOULD LIKE TO ASK HDFC BANK IF I WANTED A 2, 69.525 LOAN, I WOULD HAVE APPLIED FOR 2, 69.525 NOT 465, 000.00.


                  IT LOOKS LIKE BANK IS TRYING TO SHOVE THIS SOLUTION THROUGH MY THROAT AND WANT ME COMPLY WITH IT.

                  AND I THINK THIS IS A CASE OF MENTAL HARASSMENT DONE BY HADFC BANK AND ITS EMPLOYEE TO ME.

                  SIR, WITH ALL DUE RESPECT, KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE. THE ONLY THING I CAN DO IS TO REQUEST YOU ALL DO THE NEEFUL.
