Very Poor Customer Care response. Having problems with poor connectivity and problems even connecting with netconnect+ data card to internet, raised a complaint with customer care after trying all sorts of workarounds. But even after 1 week and contacting the customer care more than 4 times they have only one thing to say, issue is in 'SOLVING' status. Neither did i receive any call or message requesting for details on the problem...

Anyone with me to Sue Reliance for their mean fraudulent actions????
Guys, despite terminating my net connect + connection i had to pay Rs2085. This was totally because reliance had done something wrong on their side. They activated my connection without my permission. They did it without my consent probably to make some money like they do with others. Who's with me to Sue them for this....

Being billed after applying for termination of my account. (legal action for no reason)
I am a really frustrated reliance customer. I have used the netconnect + for a while and i had not paid the bill for about 3 months till January 2012. I wanted to cancel my connection so i called in and asked them to cancel my connection. They said i would first have to pay my due amount. They also said that after i pay i could apply for termination of my netconnect + connection and that it would be terminated in about a week or two for which...

I am using reliance net connect + data card number [protected]. I am using 8GB day and 15 GB night plan for Rs.500. according this plan they guaranteed me 8GB usage during the day time , that is 6am to 10pm. On their website it is displayed that i have consumed only 7.511 GB data uasge and was over .after wards using it charged 50 ps per MB ,but while contacting consumer care they told me that i had consumed the 8GB. i am getting...

As mention in subject I (Ashish P. Sisodiya) purchase my Reliance Net Connect + on dated 29/07/2011.
At that time there was a scheme that with every data card you get a 15 page web site builder + .in domain name free for 1 year..
But Upto now I don't received any details regarding 15 page web site builder + .in domain name ,, I already launch many complaints
via toll free no . 1800 3000...
As mention in subject I (Ashish P. Sisodiya) purchase my Reliance Net Connect + on dated 29/07/2011.
