Speed post stuck in Igi tmo delhi .no EK[protected]IN since[protected]...

I booked letter by speed post (Speedpsot tracking no ef[protected]in) on 02/02/2019 through post office located at patna (Vidyut bhawan branch, pin code-800021).
When i checked in the tracking system, i found that consignment not found.
Since this letter was very urgent and was supposed to reach atleast third day.
Non delivery has caused me much metal tension and loss of a great opportunity.

Please provide as much information as possible... My important document dispatched from sbi mumbai branch name suwastik park and i received message that they have dispatched it on 27th ouctober 18. When i checked in the tracking system, i found that it has been delivered to speed post on 12 october 18. But still i have not received the speed post. When enquired in local post office and with the regular postman, they are denying of your address...

I have posted my package on 6th of march 2018 it's been more than 17 days today it didn't get delivered yet. Package should ideally get delivered by 7 th march as per the timeline they have mentioned in a receipt. It was very urgent to get that package delivered. Tried calling all toll free no. And post office no. Nobody responded...

My passport no K3836036 was despatched from the regional passport office bhikaji kama place -New delhi 110066, on the 3rd of november 2011. The packet was addressed to Mrs naina batra, flat no 003, rakshak apartments, south city 1, gurgaon-122001, haryana. The speedpost tracking number issued is ED[protected]IN. On checking this number i find that this passport has been sent to speedpost office in malka ganj new delhi and has been delivered...

We have sent an envelope enclosing an application form of AIEEE 2009 along with a demand draft . The article no. is SP-E[protected]IN posted from MOTILAL NEHRU NAGAR POST OFFICE, Ujjain, dated Dec20, 2008 and has not been delivered till Jan 5, 2009. The last date for submitting the application form is Jan 5, 2009. We have also inquired from the above mentioned post-office but they were unable to track the delivered post.

On 26.12.08 I booked one 30gm local letter by Speedpost at Kadma Post Office (Jamshedpur-831005, Jharkhand). Though the rate laid down is Rs 12, I was charged Rs 25. When I protested to the counter clerk, he claimed that the rate was automatically decided by the computer and he could not do anything about it. When I asked for the complaint book, the Postmaster did not give it to me.
