Blast in Glass top of Surya Crystal 3 Burner.While cooking food in Surya Crystal Burner, the glass top suddenly burst into small pieces.Thank fully no one got injured.
So disappointed with Surya Crystal 3 Burner automatically . Some times hapen big accident so must take action against the company and product ..save the people....

Recently around 3-4 days ago i had brought a new surya crystal automatic 3 burner gas stove . Today when i was cooking and on one side boiling the water suddenly a sound came out and the glass started cracking! I don't know, it had been well but all of a sudden it happened! When i contacted with surya customer care they said that surya crystal is a different company.
I really need help, i want to change the glass at earliest! If...

A few hours ago, i had a surya crystal 3 burner gas stove which exploded automatically. Luckily, the cook was not available at that time, else she could have damaged herself with the broken glasses. The company is claiming that this is iso certified for quality assurance along with a heatproof toughened glass, even after all these such incident occurred which could have given severe damage to someone. Attaching pics, you can imagine the damage...

As have purchased surya crystal 3 burner gas stove on last november 2019. But had faced a lot of problems up till now as the burners sometimes were not getting ignited and so on.
But to my surprise while heating milk the toughened glass got cracked automatically from all sides and started getting cracked and cracked and from the corners was just bouncing like popcorn.
While this the gas also start licking from somewhere and...

When I brought this product the automatic ignition was not working properly.After used for a short span it's burner were completely damaged....

The glass top broke suddenly on it's own. Thank goodness no one was around other wise a severe accident would have happened. Its still on the warranty period. So do something...

Our gas stove is not working properly. Its burners are improperly working. And no details of customer care center or no is provided by company. We want to repair it. Provide our details of customer care center address or customer care no. Since you know it is matter of gas stove. It is quite dangerous. Since that is an auto-igneous burner stove still its burner do not ignite at its own...

I have purchases surya gas 3 burner from snapdeal, but now one burner gas stove is not working. So please replace my product and give my money. Otherwise i will go to consumer court.
And this product is very defective product and from starting this product is not working properly.
I am not satisfied from this product.

Dear team this uttam from siliguri.. I have purchased a gas stove form you it has very bad quality.. The glass which you have provided is very bad quality requesting you to kindly replace or refund my money the quality of the glass is too poor and it cut my hand also the glass of the product brust while cooking. Sir im ghulam mustafa from jharkhand state jamshedpur i m complaining about a huge loss were used to be occur but safely we removed it from gas irresponsible and low quality product's by surya crystals while using gas stove for cooking suddenly gas pipe has got a hole by gods grace we had noticed that if we didnt noticed we cannot imagine how the situation happens its a worst product and a very less quality... Kindly take responsible for...

I have purchased one 3 burner Italian revolution glass top on 12/10/2017 from M/S P.P. ASDOCIATES, H.NO. 16, G.S. ROAD, ULUBARI, JANAPATH LANE, GUWAHATI- 781007. ASSAM.
The product has a very serious problem.
The bottom of the gas burner where the burners are fitted got rusted and damaged and ultimately got separated from the unit itself. The problem was informed and shown to the representative at least two months back and he...

The steel supporting the gas burner cracked down and the burner fell down burning. The steel was not as strong as it should be. Its pressure regulator is also not working properly. The adjusting fan also seems to be not useful. The ignition wire has also started melting. The body has started to rust slowly.
The flame is not proper. Only the middle one is working properly though sometimes disturbing....

Sir on 6 january 2018 i receive my order named surya crystal cooktop. Due to some circumstances i was not able to check the product immediately. But after 7 days when i unboxed the product and used it for the first time what i found is that the flame was too high and sometimes it touch the cylinder pipeline.
