We were extremely unhappy with the service we received from Travelocity. I had made reservations and needed to change the dates of some plane tickets. Everytime I called I was told I would receive and call back and never did. This happened EIGHT times! Finally I asked to speak to a manager and only then were my tickets changed. I have had a terrible experience with Travelocity India. I purchased a Mumbai-London-USA ticket on travelocity India. It turned out that the Mumbai-London segment was a BMI (British Midland International) flight operated by Air India. I rang up Air India to reconfirm my itinerary two days after purchasing the ticket online, and they told me that my reservation details were not available in their database. They told me to contact BMI instead....

This is to inform you that on 26th Feb, 2011 I tried to purchase two Spicejet Airlines through the online travel agent website www.travelocity.co.in for ticket worth Rs. 4,496/= from New Delhi to Kolkata for 14th Mar, 2011 (Order No. INBOM0201088012602201105282994723174906). Now after booking it through and after the debit of the said above amount from my HDFC bank credit card, I got to know that I was not booked...

No Customer Service at all!
I had booked a ticket for a Kingfisher flight for the 16th of February, which I needed to reschedule for the 18th of February. As per the rules, I had 2 hrs prior to the departure during which I could change/ cancel the flight, and I had started calling on the customer care numbers some hrs before my flight, as provided on their website:
