I have purchased handy portable a/c from viral deals (Order#vds 103262).
I received this item in broken condition. I have immediately send mail to viral deals on their mail id [protected]@viraldeals.in with pictures of the broken product.
I am trying to contact them over phone (Number [protected]) however their phone is coming engaged. I think company must be in punjab state from the message heard in phone.

where i have payed the amt through net banking, but customer care people says amt is not reflecting, n asking for account details with OPT number, n again they r telling 1000rs balance should be maintain in account for refund, where not giving the complete information.

I had purchased the daddy duster from viral deals and i am not satisfied with the product quality and have courier the same back to viral deals. And the courier has reached on 29th april itself. Till now i haven't received the refund and after repeated calls and emails, no response

I don't know how these frauds get an access to all online facebook etc and sell and fraud. And no one is there to caught hold of them...

I have paid for this directly through online banking
Now they say they are going to refund the money to Viral wallet ?????
I do not want to purchase anything more from them as they are most unreliable

I ordered a product called daddy duster from the above online retail, i got it delivered. They mentioned 500+100 cash back whcih was not true. The product which was delivered was just the peiec of plastic but not the same as shown in picture. Also when i call the number mentioned on the website [protected] is always switched off. I myself nethravathi n and i had ordered two products named steameasy-power of both iron and steamer and order number is #vds49389 on 25/04/19 later on 2/05/19 only one product was delivered and it was not in a good condition. The daddy duster product that i got is a broken one. Its just a pipe with a handle. It charging 999. Didn't get any response from customer care. I need to return and get refund. I saw this advertisement video in instagarm and tried to place order and the i didnt place the order. Company itself placed the order and send product with cash on delivery and i paid 900 rupees...
