I was offered by byjus 14days free trial classes with a refundable fee of Rs.7000.
byjus employee said that you can cancel and get refund anytime u want and i paid Rs.7000 in 4 parts because more then 2000 was not allowed through phonepe app. now i am asking for refund from 2 months i called more then 100 times but did not got any refund yet. details are mentioned below and receipt are attached for your reference.

On 04.12.22 Zoom counseling session was conducted to my 4 th class daughter by Byju's sales person for purchasing of 3 years course worth of Rs.48000/-..During counseling they said, no emi will be processed up to 14 days trail period (up to 14 days all payment details are on hold only) if parent is ok with the trial period they can proceed with complete period. while filling the Payment details through online, the payment of Rs.10000/- was done by SBI Credit ward & rest of Rs.38000/- was done by BYJUS-ADVANTAGE (EMI).But downpayment of Rs.10000/- was immediately converted into 12 EMi's & got confirmation message from Bank, I suspected regarding payment which is against to their policy & Cancel my order within 24 hours.
on 05.12.22, I Sent request to BYJU's refund policy for cancellation of my product & refund my deducted money. After that no Product was received.So many times called to BYJU's helpline number & sent mails regarding refunding money.But they are not properly responded. first EMI deducted from my A/c on 27.12.22 & 2nd EMI also processed although I did'nt receive any Product.

...Is this Justice anywhere ? I did'nt Receive any product/Benefit from Byju's, But EMI's are Paying to BYJU's.
Somany times contacted BYJU's helpline numbers & somany mails sent to BYJU's but they are having unethical behaviour not refunded sofar

We opted for loan financing of 4100 Rs EMI per month for this course. Due to my family situation we are unable to continue/pay for this product. So I request you to cancel this membership and stop the ECS request if any as on dated: 27-Oct-2022.

I purchased a tablet for IAS course for 2 years. My tablet is not working and showing some errors. I called Byjus 3 times and everytime they said that tech team will call back in 24 hours but it is still not resolved. I am waiting since 10 days . This is very frustrating from byjus.

I purchased a tablet for IAS course, REG MOBILE [protected] . My tablet is not working since 10 days. I called them and raised a complaint 3 times . I asked them to call me back on [protected]. Everytime they say tech team will call you in 24 hours but it is still not resolved . I dont understand why this company is so famous and such poor services they give. I will file a court case if needed but I wont let my money go waste.

I booked a course for my daughter on byju's for class 9th and 10th on 12th of november 2022 and whithin a week i requested for cancellation of the same as my daughter was not understanding the classes as the classes was deliverd in english language so i requested for cancellation for the course and fallowed all the procedures to cancel and refund policy.as per the byju's policy whitin 15 days of booking if we cancel the order we will get full refund but till date they did not even care to do so by which i am facing many problems and after many calls and complaints to their dask they are now igoniring me and are talking some rubish .
now please look over the matter and resolve it as soon as possible

Byjus has deducted extra charges and refunded us only 64988/- against our amount 104127/-. Commitment was given at the time of admission no charges will be deducted, only quarterly proreta fees will be deducted, inspite they have deducted a handsome amount and no revert from their end.

Not able to cancel my Byjus subscription and not getting any Byju's — Refund

Am not able to cancel my Byjus subscription in the trial period. Byjus helpline is waste and they taken money and not cancelling subscription. They are forcing me to get the subscription.

Sir I have cancellation addmison of 07 August 2022 but refund have not coming in my account

Month of Oct 12th booked demo class for my son and the class was scheduled on 16th afternoon but till 16th evening they have not update anything. When I called them they told me class was rescheduled and 4 time they reschedule the class and they have not informed me and for each time I have to call them to ask why class rescheduled. After 4th time I asked them I no longer needed the class because we took the class somewhere because of delay and now they are not giving my money back .

I have bought the byjus online course for my daughter. It is done after byjus representative came to my home on July 2022. I paid Rs 5000/- for registration fee of bujis course. The byjus representative promised me that the course can be easily cancelled if applied within 15 days after receiving the materials from byjus. My daughter has not any interest about the teaching and online process. I have received the materials on 18th July applied for cancellation policy on 29 th July 2022. I have mailed and call many times for cancellation the course. They have taken no action from their side. Still they send msg and different times in a day. I want to cancel the byjus course as early as possible and want to free from their calls and massages.

I took byju's vision gate 2024 on the promise that it would better my college performance and its doubt clearing session.The agent got my number from a workshop of theirs, and convinced me to take it as me says its the only way to guarantee in a psu, or to get into IIT m.tech programs. The classes were torturingly hard to follow and it messed up my college studies. I couldn't do anything else other than studies. I was lured into the program and when I wanted to cancel it, they are saying that they can't. They are forcing to continue it which is affecting my mental health. The agent were very deceiving in the way they sold the course such that the non-cancellation policy was graze upon.I think its unfair for not providing a 2 year course a refund also adding that the promises were false and it actually completely destroyed my health. I want atleast a part of the money back.

I had purchased IAS course from BYJU'S. But I didn't liked the course so I requested for the cancelation and refund within 15 days as per their refund policy.

I've tried calling and emailing them many times. But they're just fooling around and not canceling my order. It's been more than half a month since I applied for the refund.

Now they're forcing me to pay the EMI of fees.
They're calling my parents too.
