    Salespersons enter in school premises and collect parents contact details.

    And harass with continues calls.

    If do not share residence address, they will chase and get the address and come for counselling.

    Escalated to Byju's people for the same they just taken it casually.

      But Byjus team is not taking their course back after 2 months

        I am cancelling my subscription of BYJU. On 25 Nov 22 i received a call from Byjus team to pay Rs. 5000 for processing cancellation case and i have been paid the same. Thereafter i am trying to call daily for update on my cancellation case. but no one reply of response i have wrote so many mail but action, they told me that no EMI will be debited from your account as we are processing the case for cancellation. On 7 Dec Rs. 7083 was debited towards EMI i am socked how it can be happened, but i came to know that BYJUS cheats me and not cancelled my course. I am in deep sorrow.

        Request early action against BYJUS staff dealing with such matters.

        I want to cancel my subscription. I have paid Rs 5000 as charge fee for processing the cancellation case. After that daily i am trying to contact senior for cancellation but no one reply. No mail reply. on 07 Dec EMI of Rs. 7083 also debited from my account. BYJUS cheats people it fake business. Request cancelled my subscription and amount of EMI to be refunded.

            I had made payment of Rs. 74592.97/- to Byju's through my credit card (Induslnd Bank) by third party payment gateway "Shopse" on dated 14th Aug-2022 for subscription but the same is cancelled by me as per policy and I apply for a refund which was duly approved by Byju's on dated 5th September-2022. They advised Shopse to make payment into my account after transferring funds of Rs.70142.98/-(Transaction Id CMS[protected]) dated 30th September-2022 after deducting Rs. 4450/- which I received as cash back. “But by mistake by Byju’s, in the cancellation request they mentioned the amount of Rs. 74592.97/- instead of Rs 70142.98/-“.

            Due to the above reason, Shopse does not process the refund request. I have been following with Byju’s to get resolve this issue since then but still I did not get any solution from Byju’s. I have mailed several times to following id's.

              I didn't receipt of the refund of INR 70, 142.98/- against cancellation of "BYJUS subscription" since Sept'22 i have been following.

              Due to delay in refund, bank also charges EMI's in every month and now three EMI's has been paid.

              We are also facing the same problem Even after cancellation requests and calls for cancellation they are not cancelling the course and the money lender is torturing for EMis even we have not taken the classes pathetic people. No one is able to take action against these frauds. I am sure Byjus is going to suffer.

                The service is not what expected. Waste of money and time. Even though the counsellor assured of cancellation at any time, now, even after repeated emails, they are not replying anything. Rather, they called two times only to quarrel, so that we give up the plan of cancellation. We need immediate cancellation.

                  I had purchased Byju’s app package 8, 9, 10 for RS 51000 and later on i return back the product at good condition within 15 days as per company rule. My payment of Rs51000 was made through icici credit card and bajaj emi card .
                  Byju’s team partially refund my money that was made with icici credit card directly to my account . The remaining part payment they told will made to the merchant account within 28 days directly.
                  The mail from was on October 4 till today no refund made to the merchant account or to personal account.
                  I called Byju’s support team many times . I mailed to the Byju’s cancellation mail . I only got mis promise of call back message only . Customer care only telling we have no data regarding payment processing . For last 10 days i keep on mailing and calling them . No information or call back solving my concern . Its my grievence regarding my money being kept them for last 3 month . Also bajaj emi is deducting from personal account already 3 instalment deducted from my account also want to refund to me .

                    I've been trying to contact Byju's team for last 6 months, but now no proper responce is there from them.

                    I've buy Byju's study class for my son Sarthak for four years (7th to 10th). For 7th std it was smoothly going. I paid all fees for four year in installments in one year. But as I paid all money, there is no proper responce from Byju's team.

                    So now I want my money back. I've all payment details and call recordings, malis as well.

                      Dear Sir, I have enrolled for class 6 online classes for my daughter on 12th September. Byjus representative reached my home and asked me to pay an amount of Rs 80000 immediately. I paid.Thereafter asked me to wait for one week to receive course kit viz. books & tab. Till today no response from them.I am sending mails repeatedly, calling them daily 2 to 3 times to their support team. It's been close to 3 months now. Please help me.

                        I have opted for Premium Subscription, till 15 days there was call from Mentor & counselor on student performance. Once 15 days got completed suddenly the call has stopped & when checked with customer care, there was no fruitful response. Sometimes they had mentioned that we are arrogant on the call to them.

                        Meantime while i suggested for cancellation, the had cheated me & taken an amount of 12000 against TAB return charge stated that the amount will refund once TAB has been collected from user. Now those people are not responding on call & if received denying the call

                        At last i will suggest to all parents not to go for Byjus institute as this was not a good online Institute where you can believe them for your child career. They will lapse child career. No good teaching enviroment

                            My daughter registration in BYJU'S and fee pay RS 2000 at time registration .if you cancel registration your fee refund in 15 day told me in 1st meeting.some family issues so I cancel the registration but no refund money..approx two month completed.                               I have purchased byjus course for 136000 and I have made payment of rs 16000 and the next day instant I cancel this course telling my counceller but he forced me to collect the parcel amd 6 days trial but I didnt collect it, and now from 15 days I am sending mails to cancellation team and calling customer care but they are not responding properly, I want my money back so I am trying to reach them and my counceller is not attending my calls, he is ignoring me, plz help me out and get my Refunded 16000 fastly please.

                                  Have been a customer of Byjus for a few years and my son had used Byjus App for studies during 7th and 8th standards. But our experience with the 2nd stretch has not been beneficial as explained below.

                                  My son, Vismay Mohan (Reg no:1145677) had enrolled for Byjus Online Entrance Coaching for classes 10, 11 and 12 on 10/02/2022 during the last few months of 10th Standard. The classes were good, but he could attend classes for 10th for about 2.5 months only till the end of the academic year.

                                  We found that Byjus classes for 11th standard were not that good as many of the classes consisted of recorded videos. My son also found it difficult to understand the concepts as the classes were conducted at a very fast pace. These issues were informed to the Mentor, but the actions suggested did not result in any improvement. So, we had to put him for additional tuition.

                                  He had been attending the online classes more or less regularly till July. But schools reopened in August 2022 and with extra classes and tuition, he is not able to attend Byjus classes now.

                                  Hence, we would like to discontinue the course by the end of this month. A total of ₹ 68, 669 ( ₹8000 towards initial registration and ₹60, 669 towards EMI paid till now) has been paid of the total course fee of ₹1, 12, 000/-. i.e., about 61% of the fees has been paid though the benefits availed are only about 25% considering the time o[censored]sage. It is clarified that we have received neither tablet nor memory card from Byjus. We are also ready to return the books if required.

                                  In view of the above, we would like to discontinue the course and stop further payments. It is requested to cancel the payment mandate with my bank by 31/10/2022. In any case, I would be instructing my bank to stop further payments in this regard.

                                    I tried many time & still continue trying to cancel my subscription from Byju's but they are not responding, I talked with support team but they every time said that your complain is filed already & I am arranging call back form higher authority of Byju's & ur problem will be resolve soon but i never got call from Byju's for cancellation.
                                    They continuously deducting the Installment (EMI) from my account .
                                    So i don't want to continue with Byju's

                                    I have enrolled my son for Byju course last May 2022.
                                    The course content provided is having many errors and no follow up on student progress being taken or informed to us. Multiple times called to customer care to resolve the issue by last oct.
                                    Till date for last 6 months there is no call provided from either mentor or counsellor.

                                    My son performance is below par and marks scored are pathetic after attending classes for 6 to 8 months in Byjus.I need to face many issues with his school due to this below par performance.
                                    Byjus only focus on marketing to get new registrations and not focusing on their curriculum and performance.
                                    Based on this scenario we decided to discontinue Byjus classes from Jan 23 as there is no scope of improvement or follow up from their end.

                                    We have arranged classes separately to enhance his performance for last few months.
                                    Considering this as complaint please plan for refund of my monthly EMI from Jan onwards till March 23.
                                    Also planning to provide standing instructions to my bank to stop payment to Byjus further till course completion.

                                      I am Akshara's parent. My kid had been Byjus student for 4th and 5th grade, we did not find Byjus useful. My daughter's grades had come down very badly. We had decided not to buy Byjus again. But Byjus representative promised that a different method will be used for 6th grade which will improve my kid's grades. But my kid's grades have come down again. My daughter is not finding Byjus beneficial for her studies. Hence please stop my Byjus subscription immediately.

                                      I had contacted Mr.Karan, the head of Byjus Tuition Centre, HSR on Saturday 19/11/2022. He informed me that I will be charged till December 3rd week if I cancel subscription now whether I take the services or not. He wants to convince my kid to attend Byjus classes. But my kid is not willing to attend any more classes since Byjus is not helpful in her studies. I agree, whatever charges applicable till December 3rd week to be deducted and refund remaining amount and stop EMI deduction from my account.
