Have been a customer of Byjus for a few years and my son had used Byjus App for studies during 7th and 8th standards. But our experience with the 2nd stretch has not been beneficial as explained below.

My son, Vismay Mohan (Reg no:1145677) had enrolled for Byjus Online Entrance Coaching for classes 10, 11 and 12 on 10/02/2022 during the last few months of 10th Standard. The classes were good, but he could attend classes for 10th for about 2.5 months only till the end of the academic year.

We found that Byjus classes for 11th standard were not that good as many of the classes consisted of recorded videos. My son also found it difficult to understand the concepts as the classes were conducted at a very fast pace. These issues were informed to the Mentor, but the actions suggested did not result in any improvement. So, we had to put him for additional tuition.

He had been attending the online classes more or less regularly till July. But schools reopened in August 2022 and with extra classes and tuition, he is not able to attend Byjus classes now.

Hence, we would like to discontinue the course by the end of this month. A total of ₹ 68, 669 ( ₹8000 towards initial registration and ₹60, 669 towards EMI paid till now) has been paid of the total course fee of ₹1, 12, 000/-. i.e., about 61% of the fees has been paid though the benefits availed are only about 25% considering the time o[censored]sage. It is clarified that we have received neither tablet nor memory card from Byjus. We are also ready to return the books if required.

In view of the above, we would like to discontinue the course and stop further payments. It is requested to cancel the payment mandate with my bank by 31/10/2022. In any case, I would be instructing my bank to stop further payments in this regard.

    I tried many time & still continue trying to cancel my subscription from Byju's but they are not responding, I talked with support team but they every time said that your complain is filed already & I am arranging call back form higher authority of Byju's & ur problem will be resolve soon but i never got call from Byju's for cancellation.
    They continuously deducting the Installment (EMI) from my account .
    So i don't want to continue with Byju's

    Cancellation of EMI

    I have enrolled my son for Byju course last May 2022.
    The course content provided is having many errors and no follow up on student progress being taken or informed to us. Multiple times called to customer care to resolve the issue by last oct.
    Till date for last 6 months there is no call provided from either mentor or counsellor.

    My son performance is below par and marks scored are pathetic after attending classes for 6 to 8 months in Byjus.I need to face many issues with his school due to this below par performance.
    Byjus only focus on marketing to get new registrations and not focusing on their curriculum and performance.
    Based on this scenario we decided to discontinue Byjus classes from Jan 23 as there is no scope of improvement or follow up from their end.

    We have arranged classes separately to enhance his performance for last few months.
    Considering this as complaint please plan for refund of my monthly EMI from Jan onwards till March 23.
    Also planning to provide standing instructions to my bank to stop payment to Byjus further till course completion.

      Respected Sir/Madam,

      I am Akshara's parent. My kid had been Byjus student for 4th and 5th grade, we did not find Byjus useful. My daughter's grades had come down very badly. We had decided not to buy Byjus again. But Byjus representative promised that a different method will be used for 6th grade which will improve my kid's grades. But my kid's grades have come down again. My daughter is not finding Byjus beneficial for her studies. Hence please stop my Byjus subscription immediately.

      I had contacted Mr.Karan, the head of Byjus Tuition Centre, HSR on Saturday 19/11/2022. He informed me that I will be charged till December 3rd week if I cancel subscription now whether I take the services or not. He wants to convince my kid to attend Byjus classes. But my kid is not willing to attend any more classes since Byjus is not helpful in her studies. I agree, whatever charges applicable till December 3rd week to be deducted and refund remaining amount and stop EMI deduction from my account.
      I bought Byjus in July 2022

          Team, My son Ayush Nihar Chavan was enrolled in Byjus.
          But after 15 days I cancelled as my son didn't find it attractive.

          I have a complaint against them is for receiving unwanted unlimited messages, calls and email on my registered mobile number, registered email id.

          I have called [protected] their CC number at least 10 times to stop this harassments & every time those executive tells that to wait for 24hrs it will be stopped but still I am receiving every day. Now this is very irritating.

            I had made payment of Rs. 62021.13/- to Byju's through my credit card (Bank of Baroda) on dated 21th Aug-2022 for subscription. but the same is cancelled by me as per policy and I apply for a refund which was duly approved by Byju's on dated 10th September-2022. They advised Shopse to make payment into my account after transferring funds of Rs.58321.13/-(Transaction Id CMS[protected]) after deducting Rs. 3700/- which I received as cash back. But by mistake, in the cancellation request they mention the amount of Rs. 62021.13/- instead of Rs 58321.13/-.

            Due to the above reason, Shopse does not process the refund request . I have been trying to resolve this issue since then but did not get any solution. From both sides I am getting the same answer that the same has to be resolved by others.. I don't understand why byjus is not refunding my money. Very unprofessional behavior from byjus. My registered email id is cameenakshi*****[protected]@gmail.com and my order I'd is SO- [protected].

            Dear Byju’s team, I got this mail The Refund has been cancelled due to less amount transferred from BYJUS, we got a cancellation request of ₹ 62021.13 but the amount was transferred to ShopSe ₹ 58321.13, hence this was canceled. Please connect with Byjus to reinitiate the refund with correct amount. from Shopse regarding my refund which has been pending for the last 3 months.. and I am chasing both Byju’s as well as Shopse for the same. Although you had already transferred the same with Shopse of Rs. 58321.13 But the advice given from your end was for Rs. 62021.13 difference between the amount is due to cash Back which is already credited into my account at the time of payment and I am confirming the same. Now, I am requesting you to please make new advice for a refund with the correct amount i.e Rs 58321.13 so that I can get my refund into my account from Shopse. Your prompt reply will be highly appreciated. As you know I have been trying to resolve this issue for the last three months and now it has become a headache for us.

              I had send email to byjus cancellation team to cancel subscription. Since there was no response from their side for cancellation, I have returned the course by my self to their office.
              Still there is no response and im getting calls multiple times for paying the emi.
              The parcel has reached their Office and I have the images of the receipt for the same.
              Kindly do the needful and help me to Cancel the coures and refund as soon as possible.

                  Byju senior counseller calls and sells byjus on a recorded call claiming al false promises.

                  As soon as you buy byjus mentor and team clearly accepts it was a lie and no such facts promises hold true.

                  after that you have already bought byjus there is no support or customer care channel. you keep on calling and writing there is robotic responses..

                  No one takes care after you have bought it

                    On 29 August 2022 I had purchased three year online course from byjus. I had paid 54975 for this course and after one week I had applied for refund due to some reasons. After some mails and calls with byjus, they are agree to refund my money, as I keep the tablet with me which is provided by byjus, so byjus deduct 10000 for that tablet and remaining 44975 will be refunded to me. On 12 oct 2022 byjus initiated the refund to shopse, but after some days shopse told me that they have cancelled my refund due to wrong amount initiated by byjus, then i mailed regarding this matter to byjus but till date I havnt received my money. From last one month I had called and mailed byjus so many times and they replied me that your request is on priority and resolved soon. I don't understand why byjus is not refunding my money. Very unprofessional behavior from byjus. My registered email id is gaurav.[protected]@gmail.com and my order I'd is SO- [protected].

                      I, SHIKHA CHANDRA mother of Advik Chandra had taken a Byju's course (Class 6th standard CBSE Board) by Mr Abhishek Mishra on 16th October 2022. They Promised me after teaching of 15 days (Trial period) you can decided to further wanted this course or not. Now my son is not able to understand the pattern of their teaching. So, we asked these people to cancel the course on . I even emailed to cancellation and support team of Byju’s on 28th October 2022 and following them on email so many times but I received a single mail from there side in which they mentioned that the concern person will contact you within 24 hrs but nothing happened. I am just following these people but they are in mute. Everyday my son received a reminder of attending a class by support team even we asked for cancellation of course.

                      Sir it’s my humble request to you kindly help me out. I got mental harassed because Byju’s team is not cancelling my course and wanted to take rupees 80000/-. I had booked this course through credit card and now my emi is started deducting. It my hard work and honest earning. Sir Kindly Instruct Byju’s team to do the needful and cancel my course and also refund my registration fees. I along with my families will be grateful to you.

                        Complaint not resolved for last 3 months

                        Hi,

                        We have purchased a Byju's Learn Station for my daughter with curriculam of 1 to 5 class in 2021 .

                        Now, it is not showing Byju's app on Tab, i have been complaining about the same for past many months. Everytime I am asked that Technical team will call back but never receive any call from Technical support team.

                        It's a high time now....

                        We took byjus course on 6th of October and after 2 classes we requested for cancellation and we also sent email to byjus through byjus cancellation . I have made several calls and sent several mails for a month now and they are harassing us and saying your cancellation is in process and no money will be deducted but they have deducted EMI on 5 of November . This is illegal and it's our hard earn money. We want our trial money and course money back 59000/- and 5000/- asap. We have applied for cancellation within 15 days and byjus is still not responding.

                          I joined the BYJUS online tuition in the month of Aug2022. A counsellor from BYJUS named Nanak Pramanik came to my house and informed me that I could cancel the programme at any point of time if the services were not satisfactory. After 2 months of continuing the subscription I realised that I do not want to continue due to following reason.
                          1. Class timing offered was not suitable to adapt with our timing.
                          They are not provided the slot what I was requested 7.30-9.00 PM they were continuously assigned 4.30-6.30PM and we couldn't join.
                          2.student facing continue eye strain and pain after schooling hour due to continuous usage of tab.
                          3. Your finance team forcing me to make to clear dues after making payments/after stopped attending classes and written mail.

                          Marketing person message was trial period for returning the tab provided 15 days, later it's not possible. Subscription of cancellation can be anytime. With that belief I joined, but their Finance team, Mentor team, Cancellation team not cancelling
                          Really it's dispute and I'm taking up to resolve this issue and they were not supporting.

                          Now their marketing person not attending call, If parent not attending they are continuously calling in multiple channels, while parent raising concern no response from Nanak Pramanik. Based on this incident I realized that Byjus team doing fraudulent activity. This marketing person getting incentive for every joining other than salary, after joining not attending any calls.

                            I was cheated by byjus team, after taking IAS subscription for one year i didn't get any mentor support, I was harrased by byjus finance people.they called me everyday and irritating and sending lot of msgs...how can I achieve my goal without mental piece...i am trying to cancellation of byjus subscription from last two months but there is no response from their side, , , even I don't have money to pay the EMIs..even I urged the byjus support team I don't have money to pay ur emi I am a below middle class guy.i faced lot of consequences bcuz of poverty, but this harrasment from byjus is dangerous than poverty, , i paid rs9000..I want cancellation and cancel my loan...don't call me leave me alone and took ur product i don't need it... please cancel it...that byjus finance guy came for EMI money to my home.this is worst thing I have ever faced... please help me from this problem, even I can't sleep at nights bcuz of these guys eating my life...

                              After receiving product, i didn't get any mentor support and support team as well as not supportive after then I decided to cancel the my product and i tried to contact byjus cancellation.but they said gates are closed for cancellation.i already paid 9000 rs...from thelast 2 months I trying to cancel nobody helps me...that finance guys are torturing me...I am unable to pay that EMI amount.i am from below middle class family...how can i pay money without satisfaction...even I don't have money for my own expenses, how can I concentrate on my studies...it's upsc exam not a ordinary exam... please help me and cancel my loan... every day I getting lot of calls and msgs..they are irritating...I have already lot of consequences with poverty and again I struck in this problem... please cancel my loan and took ur product... please help me!!

                                I have joined my son for Tution class through byjus, but before two month back my son Dhairya Thakur suffering for fever and typhoid and says I am not interested to join Tution Classes in future and also say I am not learn through online study. After that I have writing so many email to byjus but byjus say you can not cancel the Tution class. It is not in policy.

                                Sir it’s my humble request to you kindly help me out. I got mental harassed because Byju’s team is not cancelling my course and wanted to take rupees 66000/-. It my hard work and honest earning.
                                Sir Kindly Instruct Byju’s team to do the needful and cancel my E- Mandate and also refund my registration fees. I along with my families will be grateful to you

                                  This is regarding the request letter for cance8 of course and Stoping EMI deduction from my HDFC bank

                                  Two months back i subscribed course for ias from byjus since they explained me "anytime i can Stop this course" After that i realised that such course they are providing is not at all useful for me and last few months onwards I am suffering some health issues.i requested them to stop my subscription.But they are not accepting. So the amount is still deducting from my account number.The loan was for rs 74000.The EMI IS FOR 6167. This is unauthorised NASH Debit.

                                  Kindly pls stop my EMI Deduction from my HDFC Bank account

                                    I am Aditya Ankush Namade, I subscribed for byjus ias tablet + online classroom program. But when I subscribed it at that time my family's economic and health condition was good but now I lost my job + crops in farms are wanished due to heavy rains . Also my father I Bitten by snake 2 weeks before it also cost lot of money for hospital. Now sir l am in not condition to pay 1.5lakh for my personal coaching. So I want to cancel my subscription.

                                      I joined the BYJUS IAS coaching programme in the month of November 2021. A counsellor from BYJUS named Rishabh Kumar came to my house and informed me that I could cancel the programme at any point of time if the services were not satisfactory. After 10 months of continuing the subscription I realised that I do not want to continue and have even gotten a job. Now they’re telling me that I cannot cancel. I have even received messages stating that if I do not continue paying the EMI my CIBIL score would be affected. How can I make them cancel my subscription? Please help
