Sir / ma'am I want to tell you that my child's school timing is changed as there is extra class in my child's school and according to the cbse schedule the class are started from 4:00 pm to 5:55 pm so it's its to get prepared for my child and it takes around 15 minute for my child to come from school to home so i request you to cancel the byjus subscription if the timing of the school would not be changed then I let my child to study in byjus only so please

      Dear sir/ mam,
      I purchased BYJUs premium product with order no: SO-[protected],
      student Name:Divyansh
      Mobile Number:[protected]
      Reason for cancellation: he does not improve his English reading and he does not have an interest for used this product.
      So I canceled this order within 15 days (on 15 Oct 2022) as per BYJUS terms and conditions. after that, I took the following from the customer care & mentor helpline but daily they told me we arrange a call from the cancelation team yet they did not arrange the call, after 20 days no refund get from BYJU.
      please support getting a refund from BYJUS because I took a loan the purchase this product and this product is not helping my kid

        Hello sir/madam
        I have purchased a byjus product (LKG-3) grade for my kid Dhanishka Shri on 20-feb-2022. Order id is SO-[protected] We have paid some dues for the product, we didn't get proper response from mentor side and also due to my child health issue we can't able to continue the subscription.

        We requested to cancel the product and got cancelled in August month after so many problems, but still now my ECS process is not yet stopped. From September to till now my ECS process is active. I have reported about this to mentor but they didn't solve my problem. Financial team also calling and torturing to pay due after cancellation.Due to this I'm facing many
        mental problem and financial problems too. Already I have mailed and gave call back request for my problem. I didn't get any help. I want to get my ECS process to stop otherwise I will file case on you

        Byjus is a scam company so please don't need to take byjus services . They will provide you all type of scam even his sales man is like a fraud. They will be commited you after sale service they will not provide any help.

          We have following concerns against BYJU and need a quick refund for the entire program what we have purchased:
          - The answers given by the experts in BYJUs are 70% times wrong. They will not be able to reason out the answers properly and explain it to the child.
          - When placed a request for call back to solve a query of the child regarding subject, there is no call back done from BYJUs.
          - Out of 1 year, we have placed multiple requests (more than 20) for doubt clarification but have received call back only twice.
          - Even those 2 times the expert calls, he has time limit of 5 mins to speak to child which is a limitation to explain the doubt to the child.

            Respected Sir
            I, Mahaveer Prasad Gaur father of Divyanshi Gaur had taken a Byju's course (Class 4th standard CBSE Board) by Mr Sudarshan and Mr Pranjal from Byju's manager. They Promised me after teaching of 15 days (Trial period) you can decided to further wanted this course or not then I told him Sir I am working outside (Tamil Nādu Coimbatore District) as my daughter lives in my home town Sultanpur (UP). So, I am going to leave in month of Sep 22 so kindly Start my 15 Days trial periods once I reach to my Home Town then I will decide to go further in this course. Then they told me OK No issue. We will provide your Trial period after 08 th of Sep 22 then you have time to decide for 15 days means up to 23 Sep 22. Sir it was the discussion on 30 July 22 then they told me that if you paid it now then you will find concession in fee and course for 3 years. Sir on 30 Jul 22 I paid 5000/ as a registration fee. Sir they provided me loan from IIFL company for one-year total amount rupees 65283/ for one year as an EMI 5950/ per month (Copy annexed). Between that they delivered me one tablet on 06 Aug 22 and books on 24 Aug 22 (message receipt attached). On 23 Aug 22 I sent an email to Byju's regarding cancellation of my course and refund my registration fee and in that I also mention whatever cancellation charge you please can cut it after calling to Mr. Sudarshan, they only provided me cancellation email of Byju. Byjus cancellation department asked me few details regarding course I sent to them immediately after that they replied me through email in that they mention we have received and registered your refund request and our doing our best to address it our senior manager to call you within next 24 hours to help resolve your concern in the best possible ways (Copy attached). After this I emailed so many times and called to customer care no then only one reply, I got my Senior manager will you and you get your solution sir I called more than 100 time mean while I request customer executive as my course is in cancellation process so, please sent an email to your loan team not to deduct my EMI. Sir customer executive did it and EMI did not deduct from my account till month of October. On 02 Nov 22 I got a message from Byju your EMI Amount Rupees 5833/ will be due on 07 Nov 22. Then again, I call to Byju and intimate regarding this message then they give me finance department no[protected]. Sir I call this no once i say regarding cancellation of course then immediate they cut my call. Sir i called more than 10 times, I did not get any solution. Today on 03 Nov 22 Mr Ankur Gupta called me as a power of Senior manager and told me that your cancellation will not be possible because your trial course (15 Days) has been completed then i told him my trial periods will be started after 08 Sep 22 and i sent an email 23 Aug 22 and you replied me your cancellation is in process so how can you say that then they told me once you receive product then Byjus assume your trial period has started. Sir I told him that I received books tablet and books on 06 Aug, 24 Aug 22 respectively and earlier also I asked that my trial periods should be start from 08 Sep 22 that’s why my daughter did not take classes as I am knowing my trials periods will be start after 08 Sep 22.
            Then they told me it Byju's policy your Refund will not be possible. Regarding these issues I complain in Consumer forum docket no. 3807746 but Consumer Forum disposed the case as Buju's not replying to Consumer Forum. I again called to consumer forum and asked my problem then they instruct me go to E DAKHIL.NIC.IN. Sir Last 2 days I was trying for writing on E DAKHIL but site is not opening.
            Sir I called and message (on what’s app) also so many times to Mr Sudarshan and Mr Pranjal (Byju’s manager) but they are not answering on call as well as what’s app. Sir how they are calculating 15 days suppose if they are right while he is not, even though my daughter did not take class and even though sir on 06 Aug 22 and 24 Aug 22 my daughter received tablet and books respectively in which 06, 07, 13, 14, 20, 21 Aug 22 are Saturday and Sunday while my daughter did not take any classes. Sir this might be only 2 or 3 classes will be taken by my daughter after that I stopped her not to take class as I am going to cancelled it and the classes was familiarisation of tablet
            Sir it’s my humble request to you kindly help me out. I got mental harassed because Byju’s team is not cancelling my course and wanted to take rupees 71283/-. It my hard work and honest earning.
            Sir Kindly Instruct Byju’s team to do the needful and cancel my E- Mandate and also refund my registration fees. I along with my families will be grateful to you

              Hello,
              I have purchased byjus product LKG-3 grade for my kid Dhanishka Shri.
              After paying some dues, we request for cancellation and we got cancellation mail from cancellation team. Even though they are not stopped my ECS process till now. Finance team also torturing us to pay amount after cancellation. I requested mentor for so many times to solve the issues, but they are not responding.                   As I above mentioned I took this educational package for my sister in which she is studying in 10th grade as mentioned about company policies I have cancelled course within 15 days but it been almost 2 months that the are not responding hence I have paid my 2 emi ..totally byjus is scamming in name of education ...plz help me out to get my refund...the only number they have provided in website of executives ...but they are stick on to one word called ..they will call at end of the day
                  India should wake up by this

                    I purchased a Neet preparation course for my son who is studying 9th grade through a sales person chelladurai who came to my home and gave demo and explanation of the course he forced us to enroll in the course so we took the course by paying Rs 5000/- by initial payment on 25/07/2022 and EMI were arranged for the rest of the amount, EMI deduction started going on still the NEET preparation course for 9th grade is not activated, I contacted the customer care, the customer care executive said that NO neet preparation course is active only acadamic course for 9th and 10 th grade is active, I already purchased two years before when my son was studying 7th std a offline CBSE board academic course( 7th to 10th ) for my son and paid fully. now they are activating the same course which i purchased earlied instead of NEET preparation course, Kindly activate the Aakash byjus Neet foundation course for Grade 9th and 10 else return our money back . registered mobile no [protected]

                      Sir / maam, maine September ending me apne baccho k liye byjus course liye the, and 10000 rs ka payment b kiya tha.sales person ne mujhe 15 days trial period k liye pay karne k liye kaha tha, aage course enrollment baad me apne choice se karne kaha.us time usne hame loan, emi inke baarw me kuch b nai bataya.within 5days hame tab, books mil gaye.but ham logo ko classesme problem hone lagi, .maine course nai lene ka decision liya, call kar ke unse refund k liye kaha.maine trial period k 6th day hi call kiya
                      unhone meri complaint resolve karne k badly hame force kiya course buy karne k liye.kai baar call karne k baad b mujhe rply nai diya gaya fake promises kiye gaye. in October month, unke manager ka call aaya regarding payment of course, ie, 150000 for 3 yrs(for grade 4th and 6th).unhone hame emi pay karne k liye kaha, 10000rs dene se b mana kar diya..meri unse argument hone k baad unhone refund se mana kar diya.
                      trail period se hum log complete 1 month tak unko call karte rahe, but koi response nai aaya.f
                      few days before, unki manager ms.manasvi natesh, ne call pe kaha k wo Hume refund to nai karegi, but hamare pass opition hai k hum 1 tablet rakh le aur 2 sd cards, 1 tablet return kar de, fir wo remaining 150000 ka course b cancel kar degi .kaafi argument k baad b unhone refund se mana kar diya, aur promise kiya k wo hamara corse cancel kar degi
                      sd cards, 1 tablet maine 29th Oct, 2022 ko courier kar diya.but abhi b hame classes k notifications mil rahe hai which clearly shows k hamare course k cancellation nai hui hai.
                      pls pls help me .

                          On 24th Sep'22 a Byjus executive visited our home to discuss about their study plans. He guaranteed for 15 days money refund, in case you don't want to go with Byjus. On his words I have paid 10000 rs to Byjus link and then the remaining amount he wanted me to pay through EMI, I asked why you are taking the full amount now, however I did the registration and wanted to give a try first, on this he said that it is the process and after completing the process you will get the tablet and if you do not want to continue, you can return the study material and tablet and your full amount will be refunded, if you E-mail us within 15 days.

                          He wanted to apply for loan through an application, however when I installed that application, I saw the people reviews and the reviews was too bad and then I denied to apply for loan and then he said ok take your time and let me know your decision if you want to continue or not, if no, then I will refund your money within 15 days. On the same day we made our mind not to continue with Byjus, I have E-mailed the same to him and customer care of Byjus.

                          He confirmed me on whats app, that your refund has been initiated and you will get the refund before 15 days. Since then I am following up with through phone and E-mail. Also I have received calls from Byjus customer care that you have only two options to choose either tablet or continue with course, as you have not used our course and she wanted to let her know at that moment only, I denied to opt any option because I want money back which I have paid, upon this I call the executive that I was called to opt from the stated option, he said you don't have to choose any of the option which you don't want, you will get your refund back, they are provoking you to purchase the course ( I have voice recording of the same), even he took several follow ups on the E-mail for my refund but with no response. And now he stopped replying to my phone.

                          Please help me to get my refund back.

                            Hy, I had purchased an online course for class 9th on September 2022. But now I want to return the course because student is not able to continue as he is feeling more comfortable in offline study than online course. So i want to return the course as soon as possible. I had already mailed and called you many times but every time you used to say that you will reply back in 24 hours or in this time, but nothing is happening. Please initiate my return request as soon as possible because it is already too late and we can't even pay money further because of some personal reasons, so please initiate the request as soon as possible.

                              I was purchased the product on 4th October 2022 Mohd. Imran

                              Application ( [protected] ) or saler person will not contact for us . I send tha mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount and cancel my product but one of tha person mr .. contact but they doesn't give any clear response and they say refund is not possible because you will not given tha proper reason for cancellations . When I purchased tha product I will pay Rs- 5000 and now in July I will pay Rs- 4417 per month emi . Now I doesn't want tha product because they will not give proper response from her counselor he was say me if you do your kyc then after automatically cancel you product now it's 17 October still my courses not cancel and my refund not given

                                We got our daughter's enrollment cancelled from byjus within 15 days from the start of enrollment. It's been more than 2 months now but there is no update on the refund amount. I have been calling byjus customer care every week to know about the refund status and everytime I get same answer that it is in process. They took sl mm ost a month just to confirm that the study material and tab, which infact we submitted the same day we asked for cancellation.

                                Then after many calls i got a mail from byjus asking for bank details and I filled up that form. Even after filling up form i had to wait for a month and i again called the customer care and the answer was same, "We are waiting for study material and tab to be returned. It will take time to refund ". After 1.5 months i came to know that I have to share my bank details, which i had already shared well before. Even after sharing the details customer care is not able to confirm me on any date when the refund will happen.

                                I am not sure if I will ever get the refund or not. Infact I have paid 3 installments even after my cancellation and not attending any classes.

                                Could you please help me with an address where I can send legal notice to byjus. I don't see any other hope now.

                                  WE DIDN'T GET A CALL FROM SENIOR MANAGER REGARDING CANCELLATION.
                                  we are daily sending mails to all the byju's team, please cancel our course because as our child was not interested and have internet issues .so please understand cancel our course.

                                  daily we call to customer support and speak nearly 2 hours.but every one said that i will get a call back with in 8 pm today itself but from last 25 days, i never get a call.

                                    I purchased the educational programme on 20 sep 2022 . My child attend one week class but he was not comfortable that class so I decided to cancel immediately I informed my councellor as he already told me you have not comfortable this class please inform me I will cancell don't worry . So I trust him and informed but he not ready to do any procedure and told me to you attend next one week class you have time to cancel. Lastly after 15 days he gave a email id to cancel [protected]@byju's.com . I send email immediately but they replied your time is over not possible to cancel.Then They gave another option you can choose tablet learning program and cancel Byju's think and learning program online class. Finally I agree that and they said your Total loan amount is 40000 so your emi will be change 2200 something. Ok I waiting till this date they didn't clear my emi .I called customer care number and try to contact responsible person they didn't call back .My emi date is 5 November so I wanted to clear this quickly.please help anyone

                                      Highly unsatisfied with the marketing professionals of Biju's. They just mint money to make there numbers and achieve sales target & not picking the calls after that..

                                      We had very clearly mentioned the slot 4.30 to 5.30 pm that we were looking for our daughter, initially they said the slot is available . how ever after making the full payment they are least bothered to pick the call and have given her some odd timings 9 pm to 10 pm and they are forcing us to accept this time which is just not acceptable. hence requesting Biju's to refund the full payment made
