I purchased product from byjus for my son on 3rd of Sep with the order number - SSO[protected] and waited for 10 days for the tab to be delivered.

The Tab didn't get delivered to me and the courier partner never had any customer care number or a tracking site or a contact number to track the id. Heard it was returned twice back without delivering the product. With the issue of deliveries and followup, I raised for cancelling...

I want my session to be cancelled as I couldn't afford to pay the emi. In a day they keep on calling me for the payment. I'm literally in mental agony. Please help me...

I got a BYJU's Learning course subscription for my daughter.IT was mentioned that she got a scholarship at a discounted price.The Amount was somewhere above 1 Lakh.

We have subscribed BYJU's for my daughter (Aarohi Abhijit Chavan) from grade 3 to 6 in Jan 22.
After try of several days, it seems that it is not effective learning as well as we feel that it is not useful subscription.
We would like to cancel the subscription. Till date we have paid lot of our hard earned money. But now we want to stop it.
