WE DIDN'T GET A CALL FROM SENIOR MANAGER REGARDING CANCELLATION.
we are daily sending mails to all the byju's team, please cancel our course because as our child was not interested and have internet issues .so please understand cancel our course.

daily we call to customer support and speak nearly 2 hours.but every one said that i will get a call back with in 8 pm today itself but from last 25 days, i never get a call.

    I purchased the educational programme on 20 sep 2022 . My child attend one week class but he was not comfortable that class so I decided to cancel immediately I informed my councellor as he already told me you have not comfortable this class please inform me I will cancell don't worry . So I trust him and informed but he not ready to do any procedure and told me to you attend next one week class you have time to cancel. Lastly after 15 days he gave a email id to cancel [protected]@byju's.com . I send email immediately but they replied your time is over not possible to cancel.Then They gave another option you can choose tablet learning program and cancel Byju's think and learning program online class. Finally I agree that and they said your Total loan amount is 40000 so your emi will be change 2200 something. Ok I waiting till this date they didn't clear my emi .I called customer care number and try to contact responsible person they didn't call back .My emi date is 5 November so I wanted to clear this quickly.please help anyone

      Highly unsatisfied with the marketing professionals of Biju's. They just mint money to make there numbers and achieve sales target & not picking the calls after that..

      We had very clearly mentioned the slot 4.30 to 5.30 pm that we were looking for our daughter, initially they said the slot is available . how ever after making the full payment they are least bothered to pick the call and have given her some odd timings 9 pm to 10 pm and they are forcing us to accept this time which is just not acceptable. hence requesting Biju's to refund the full payment made

          Wanted to bring it to your notice that Byju's is portraying unfair practices and they are not delivering on the promises made at the time of sales. I had reached out to the cancellations team within 15 days of purchase as I was not satisfied with the quality of coaching and support.

          The cancellation team is unresponsive and gives vague answers when a customer calls. The pricing is aimed at fleecing the customer and showing the student grades low and reduces self-esteem at the time of purchase.

              My son name is nallabothula Yugendhar
              He have taken subscription with Byju's and product delivered. Whenever we felt like it's not working, and we informed to Byju's for cancellation We did number of follow-up calls but no response till and it's not resolved yet, and mentor Manish he is talking rude and while talking they will talk nicely and comes to cancellation talking rude and telling what ever you want do like that talking please do needful... I need help... Please do needful

                We had been contacted for a Scholarship programme from Byjus and had opted for learning programme. We had written to [protected]@byjus.com within 15 days of opting for it on Oct 5th. Even after mutiple follow ups we are not receiving any calls. On oct 14th we had received a call from Senior Manager Kiran kumar and had spoken with him for 30 mins and clearly communicated that we wanted to return the materials and proceed with the cancellation. He had mentioned that Byju's Field engineer will give a call back within 48 hours to proceed with the cancellation process further but we have never received anycalls from that time onwards. We are following up mutiple times in a day to just hear from Customer care that will get a call back within 8 pm on the same day. The student councellor who came for initial session was not picking any calls. How long will Byju's team take to resolve this?

                  The course punched by Byju’s (for 6-7-8) is different from one bought (7/8/9) . They could not fixed in almost one month, didn’t send the purchased Tab abd SD card. Did not do any class for 7th grade ever.

                  Now even after cancellation request sent formally to emIl, not closed the course or money refunded.

                      I canceled my subscription plan in the last week only after making multiple calls to customer care.
                      After one week got a call from Krishna Kumar(Praveen) to process the cancellation request.

                      As per the discussion received in an email from Byjus, it is clearly mentioned if someone cancels a plan during the trial period, no extra amount will be charged, today Krishna Kumar called me and asked for bank details to transfer deducted amount. As per discussion with Hemanth, EMI transactions will be canceled automatically and no charges are applicable but as per Krishna Kumar, if you have paid the amount via RazarPay, we won't be having the option to cancel that EMI transaction. So If I ask my credit card bank(Axis) for the cancellation, they will charge foreclosure charges to me. Who is going to pay those charges? I don't want to pay a single rupee or any foreclosure charges. If they will charge anything, Byju's has to take care of such things. Krishna Kumar is also asking me to courier that product to the Banglore head office, so I won't be doing anything like that, as per conversation with Hemanth, it is your responsibility to take that product from me.

                            2 month back a sale person named vamnshith ([protected], [protected]) came to my house to sell the product of byjus. That time he convinced us to purchase the product and took details of credit card to make EMI. Also assured that amount will refund within 15 days if you don’t want to go ahead. Next day my kids told not interested to additional tuition (byjus) but want to join other extracurricular activity. Quoting the same reason I requested him to stop payment. But still he proceeded for payment. Later he told to not receive products and you will receive refund. So we didn’t received the products and return through the same courier. But still nothing is done for my amount refund. Later he asked to mail the for the same to : [protected]@byjus.com; vamshith.[protected]@byjus.com; [protected]@byjus.com . But replied that concerned senior manger will call within 24 hours. But no response from the concern team. And asked to contact +91-[protected]. This number for any query. Whenever I call to this number (daily) the response is same: ‘account manger will call you within 8 pm today’ but till now I have not received any call back.
                            I don’t have their products as it is returned.
                            My 8 years byjus tuition fees are taken by company.
                            I wanted money for my personal use and for my kids extracurricular / sports training fees which I am facing difficulties and financial crunch.
                            Mental stress about losing money, without getting any benefits of it and depriving my kids of other activities.

                                    My cousin Kathirvalan purchased a course from Byju's Aakash for Rs. 52885 on May 9 2022.
                                    SO: SO-[protected]
                                    Since the course contents were not helpful for him, we initiated a course cancellation and partial refund on July 26, 2022.

                                    It's been almost three months and I haven't received any refund as of Oct 15, 2022.

                                    I've called and mailed the Byju's customer support multiple times about the refund status. They repeatedly tell me that the cancellation is pending for approval and it'll be done within 48 hours and refund will be provided within 7-10 business days.

                                    I've been waiting for multiple rounds of 48 hours and multiple rounds of 10 business days and haven't received refund yet.

                                    Few customer care representatives have yelled at me for rightfully and politely pointing out their process flows while requesting reason for delays. It's been mentally exhausting.

                                    I wonder how they confirm an admission within minutes after down payment while cancellation takes more than a quarter to be confirmed. And similarly they are absolutely sweet and convincing, punctual up until we make a purchase that it makes me wonder how they are even capable of yelling at their customers.

                                    I'm fed up with their system and would never purchase any products from Byjus or Aakash in future. Honestly, there are many references books and free source videos that do a much better job at teaching kids at a lower price.

                                    For the time being, I request Byjus to please expedite my cancellation and process refund as soon as possible (within 7-10 working days in their preferred terms)

                                      Hi Byju's Team,
                                      We had opted for Byju's learning programme and the product was delivered on Sep 21. There was a 15 day trial period and also Byju's had promised that it can be returned back within 15 days or any time during the course if we are not satisfied.
                                      We had written to Byju's team for Cancellation at [protected]@byjus.com and had got the cancellation request no. as 40125623. We also had registered the cancellation request with Customer care compliant No. +91-[protected].
                                      From that time onwards, (Oct 5th) we are getting a constant response that a Senior manager from Byju's will give a call within 8 pm of the same day. We did not receive any calls from Byju's. Everyday we keep calling multiple times but the response is repeated for everyday but we are not getting any calls.
                                      We had also written to [protected]@byjus.com where we get the similar response telling that we will get a call within 24 hours. The same response we are receiving for past 9 days through email as well. We had not received any calls from Byju's team.
                                      We would request to get the programme cancelled, and refund of the paid amount as promised by Byju's.

                                        I have called byjus customer care and spoke to them severel times I think nearly 8 times to stop sending messages. Everytime they used to say that they will unsubsidized or stop sending messages even I did OPTOUT severl times. Still the issue is not resolved. I am literally getting frustrated and will approach legal way for my mental harassment.
