      2 month back a sale person named vamnshith ([protected], [protected]) came to my house to sell the product of byjus. That time he convinced us to purchase the product and took details of credit card to make EMI. Also assured that amount will refund within 15 days if you don’t want to go ahead. Next day my kids told not interested to additional tuition (byjus) but want to join other extracurricular activity. Quoting the same reason I requested him to stop payment. But still he proceeded for payment. Later he told to not receive products and you will receive refund. So we didn’t received the products and return through the same courier. But still nothing is done for my amount refund. Later he asked to mail the for the same to : [protected]@byjus.com; vamshith.[protected]@byjus.com; [protected]@byjus.com . But replied that concerned senior manger will call within 24 hours. But no response from the concern team. And asked to contact +91-[protected]. This number for any query. Whenever I call to this number (daily) the response is same: ‘account manger will call you within 8 pm today’ but till now I have not received any call back.
      I don’t have their products as it is returned.
      My 8 years byjus tuition fees are taken by company.
      I wanted money for my personal use and for my kids extracurricular / sports training fees which I am facing difficulties and financial crunch.
      Mental stress about losing money, without getting any benefits of it and depriving my kids of other activities.

        Hello

        I enrolled my son (Yuvraj Shrivastava - 1st)for this classes on 13th of October
        I would like to cancel it as I did not consider my financial situation.

        I called the customer care on the same day they said our senior will call
        regarding cancellation and how my money will get refunded.
        They called and without listening my concern their manager cut the call.

        And you guys have 24hours cancellation policy which is completely waste.Because it's been 4 days and it not got cancelled.

        I did not recieve any call regarding this and it's a big amount i am
        attaching the files.

        Please refund my money as soon as possible because i made the payment in 5 mins and for cancellation i am facing so many problems. Why i dont have the authority to cancel it. I dont understand constantly calling executives so that my problem can get resolved but no response from your side.

        Its written on your site We can cancel your order if a request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.

        And I did exactly the same thing
        Still I am not getting my refund.

        I would like to take legal action regarding this as 62000 is a vey big amount..

              My cousin Kathirvalan purchased a course from Byju's Aakash for Rs. 52885 on May 9 2022.
              SO: SO-[protected]
              Since the course contents were not helpful for him, we initiated a course cancellation and partial refund on July 26, 2022.

              It's been almost three months and I haven't received any refund as of Oct 15, 2022.

              I've called and mailed the Byju's customer support multiple times about the refund status. They repeatedly tell me that the cancellation is pending for approval and it'll be done within 48 hours and refund will be provided within 7-10 business days.

              I've been waiting for multiple rounds of 48 hours and multiple rounds of 10 business days and haven't received refund yet.

              Few customer care representatives have yelled at me for rightfully and politely pointing out their process flows while requesting reason for delays. It's been mentally exhausting.

              I wonder how they confirm an admission within minutes after down payment while cancellation takes more than a quarter to be confirmed. And similarly they are absolutely sweet and convincing, punctual up until we make a purchase that it makes me wonder how they are even capable of yelling at their customers.

              I'm fed up with their system and would never purchase any products from Byjus or Aakash in future. Honestly, there are many references books and free source videos that do a much better job at teaching kids at a lower price.

              For the time being, I request Byjus to please expedite my cancellation and process refund as soon as possible (within 7-10 working days in their preferred terms)

                Hi Byju's Team,
                We had opted for Byju's learning programme and the product was delivered on Sep 21. There was a 15 day trial period and also Byju's had promised that it can be returned back within 15 days or any time during the course if we are not satisfied.
                We had written to Byju's team for Cancellation at [protected]@byjus.com and had got the cancellation request no. as 40125623. We also had registered the cancellation request with Customer care compliant No. +91-[protected].
                From that time onwards, (Oct 5th) we are getting a constant response that a Senior manager from Byju's will give a call within 8 pm of the same day. We did not receive any calls from Byju's. Everyday we keep calling multiple times but the response is repeated for everyday but we are not getting any calls.
                We had also written to [protected]@byjus.com where we get the similar response telling that we will get a call within 24 hours. The same response we are receiving for past 9 days through email as well. We had not received any calls from Byju's team.
                We would request to get the programme cancelled, and refund of the paid amount as promised by Byju's.

                  I have called byjus customer care and spoke to them severel times I think nearly 8 times to stop sending messages. Everytime they used to say that they will unsubsidized or stop sending messages even I did OPTOUT severl times. Still the issue is not resolved. I am literally getting frustrated and will approach legal way for my mental harassment.

                    I purchased course on 25th August, got the tablet on 28th, and dropped a cancellation request on 6th September. But till date my problem is not resolved. I want refund.

                        I have registered for BYJU's class for 4th grade for my son. After attending the classes found the syllabus not matching with the school syllabus and also it is very complicated for my son to understand the classes. Since we are not happy sent a cancellation request to [protected]@byjus.com and contact support at [protected] every day but the support person informs us today that before 8 PM you will receive a call from Team. Please let me know the option to escalate this issue and get a refund.

                          One day i have a project so i login in byjus with my number so they taken and called you studying school 12 or 11 asked and we said 11 they our byjus has neet jee coaching you can join said okay said and after a week a madam came and Councelled me and paid 5000 and i continued the plan for 4months and due to some personal problems I have need to cancel my byjus plan so i have called and asked they to mail and send the details given there I also sended and the team will take quick response but till now iam mailing but no one are taken response please do something

                            The sales guy pitched some 'Tablet learning program under a scholarship'

                            The sales guy asked the student and her mother to click a selfie, which they clicked. After some time the sales guy asked for the student 's identity card and mother's aadhar card. He straight away clicked pictures of these documents, without even asking them.

                            He further insisted and said that this scholarship test is only valid till today and asked to pay the fee by today. Upon asking for some time to think, he cleverly stated that the scholarship fund is only for this child and it has to be utilised by today.
                            He asked for Rs.5000 and said that 'if you are not happy with the course, you can cancel it anytime within 15 days and your 5000 will be returned.
                            Lured by this offer, my mother gave him 5k, but the game started there,
                            He then asked for Aadhar card, Pan Card and bank passbook and other emi details of our personal account.
                            My mother, being innocent, was about to give those documents, but hopefully she abstained.
                            By that time she realised that while talking to the sales man, the sales man cunningly asked her about many personal things, such as office address, bank details, school timing of the child and many more.
                            Not only this, the sales man, by playing emotionally and by lying, somehow convinced my mother to buy the product

                            Such behaviour of the sales man is not acceptable, also the collection of such personal information is of most concern.

                            Now all my personal details is in the hands of the sales Man, which is of most concern

                              My name is Sanjay Garg and my daughters name is Ritika Garg, we
                              purchased the byjus course for class 7-8 and 9. When I purchased this course she was in 8th Grade in ICSE board in Pune, Due to COVID and some personal reason I have to shift to Indore and she got an admission in 9th Grade but in CBSE board.
                              She is very good in academic and 95+% marks student.

                              I requested to Byjus to change the syllabus to CBSE for 9th grade.

                              That I requested sometime in April and they committed to do that, but since that I have made at least 200 calls, but no resolution so far and unfortunately my daughter has not attended single class.

                              Every time new person picked up the call and committed to resolve in 1-2 weeks, but it could never resolved.
                              I strongly recommended everyone not to buy byjus course, they are simply making the money and least bother about the kids career .

                                      I have joined my son for 3 years bijus class and they said that I connect on class from netherlands.

                                      But once I came to netherlands, I'm not able to connect online class saying gdpr issue. It's seems Bijyus is not available in netherlands. But Bijyus agent told that I can connect online class from netherlands which is wrong. I need refund of 100000 RS

                                        two year cource[protected] &[protected] but 1 year cancel the cource no any status or reply any custumer support team any cancel manager . no any mantor call or resolve the two complane.
                                        1 cource cancel
                                        2 sd card pin validation code of both tablet.
                                        in one month
                                        you cheak my call record in 5th month and your empalloye call record im two month,
                                        if call me in your side technical team or cancelletion team break or cut the call in any status defind me.
                                        only custumer support speek today defenatly call the manager in 8 o" clock per day in one month but
                                        not any call receved . short out the problum faceing i am or your are also reply in 1 year leater when the student come to 9th grade.
