Hi,
I purchased course on 25th August, got the tablet on 28th, and dropped a cancellation request on 6th September. But till date my problem is not resolved. I want refund.

      I have registered for BYJU's class for 4th grade for my son. After attending the classes found the syllabus not matching with the school syllabus and also it is very complicated for my son to understand the classes. Since we are not happy sent a cancellation request to [protected]@byjus.com and contact support at [protected] every day but the support person informs us today that before 8 PM you will receive a call from Team. Please let me know the option to escalate this issue and get a refund.

        One day i have a project so i login in byjus with my number so they taken and called you studying school 12 or 11 asked and we said 11 they our byjus has neet jee coaching you can join said okay said and after a week a madam came and Councelled me and paid 5000 and i continued the plan for 4months and due to some personal problems I have need to cancel my byjus plan so i have called and asked they to mail and send the details given there I also sended and the team will take quick response but till now iam mailing but no one are taken response please do something

          The sales guy pitched some 'Tablet learning program under a scholarship'

          The sales guy asked the student and her mother to click a selfie, which they clicked. After some time the sales guy asked for the student 's identity card and mother's aadhar card. He straight away clicked pictures of these documents, without even asking them.

          He further insisted and said that this scholarship test is only valid till today and asked to pay the fee by today. Upon asking for some time to think, he cleverly stated that the scholarship fund is only for this child and it has to be utilised by today.
          He asked for Rs.5000 and said that 'if you are not happy with the course, you can cancel it anytime within 15 days and your 5000 will be returned.
          Lured by this offer, my mother gave him 5k, but the game started there,
          He then asked for Aadhar card, Pan Card and bank passbook and other emi details of our personal account.
          My mother, being innocent, was about to give those documents, but hopefully she abstained.
          By that time she realised that while talking to the sales man, the sales man cunningly asked her about many personal things, such as office address, bank details, school timing of the child and many more.
          Not only this, the sales man, by playing emotionally and by lying, somehow convinced my mother to buy the product

          Such behaviour of the sales man is not acceptable, also the collection of such personal information is of most concern.

          Now all my personal details is in the hands of the sales Man, which is of most concern

            My name is Sanjay Garg and my daughters name is Ritika Garg, we
            purchased the byjus course for class 7-8 and 9. When I purchased this course she was in 8th Grade in ICSE board in Pune, Due to COVID and some personal reason I have to shift to Indore and she got an admission in 9th Grade but in CBSE board.
            She is very good in academic and 95+% marks student.

            I requested to Byjus to change the syllabus to CBSE for 9th grade.

            That I requested sometime in April and they committed to do that, but since that I have made at least 200 calls, but no resolution so far and unfortunately my daughter has not attended single class.

            Every time new person picked up the call and committed to resolve in 1-2 weeks, but it could never resolved.
            I strongly recommended everyone not to buy byjus course, they are simply making the money and least bother about the kids career .

                  I have been requesting Byju's for course cancellation and money refund for almost one month, no one is responding properly, every time customer care days your cancellation request is in process and tomorrow 10:00 to 12:00 you will receive call back from cancellation team.                     I have joined my son for 3 years bijus class and they said that I connect on class from netherlands.

                    But once I came to netherlands, I'm not able to connect online class saying gdpr issue. It's seems Bijyus is not available in netherlands. But Bijyus agent told that I can connect online class from netherlands which is wrong. I need refund of 100000 RS

                      two year cource[protected] &[protected] but 1 year cancel the cource no any status or reply any custumer support team any cancel manager . no any mantor call or resolve the two complane.
                      1 cource cancel
                      2 sd card pin validation code of both tablet.
                      in one month
                      you cheak my call record in 5th month and your empalloye call record im two month,
                      if call me in your side technical team or cancelletion team break or cut the call in any status defind me.
                      only custumer support speek today defenatly call the manager in 8 o" clock per day in one month but
                      not any call receved . short out the problum faceing i am or your are also reply in 1 year leater when the student come to 9th grade.

                            The Byju comapny personal had assured that, after 15 days when company personal calls you can opt for cancellation if the ward is not satisfied with the course, for which the company has failed and is harrasing with messages to complete the payment.

                              We had purchased a course for our kid who is in 10th class. He is not studying from your tablet and he is going very depressed and it is not any given any help to us.                                 I have purchased Byjus course (LKG-3std) after that we requested for cancellation due to my financial issues and my daughter health issues.

                                We requested to cancel it and got canceled after so many days, but still my EMI's not stopped, loan department people are daily calling and sending messages asking to pay the EMI's, it's becoming daily metal pressure for me.

                                I have informed the same Byjus team about that cancellation (from the last 3 months) but still, we didn't find any solution, instead, they are calling and asking us for EMI payments.

                                Hello sir/madam
                                I have purchased a byjus product (LKG-3) grade for my kid Dhanishka Shri on 20-feb-2022. We have paid some dues for the product, we didn't get proper response from mentor side and also due to my child health issue we can't able to continue the subscription.

                                We requested to cancel the product and got cancelled in August month after so many problems, but still now my ECS process is not yet stopped. From September to till now my ECS process is active. I have reported about this to mentor but they didn't solve my problem. Financial team also calling and torturing to pay due after cancellation.Due to this I'm facing many
                                mental problem and financial problems too. Already I have mailed and gave call back request for my problem. I didn't get any help. I want to get my ECS process to stop otherwise I will file case on you

                                  I was sold BYJU's subscription with a 15 days full money refund guarantee, but I don't see any proper response from BYJU's staff, even after multiple follow-up via calls to their customer care number or emails. I don't get a proper response but only as 'Our Senior Manager will call you within the next 24 hours to help resolve your concern in the best possible way'.
                                  I have not received any call or email from any Senior Manager from past 10 days since my request was raised.

                                      My daughter is studying in Class 4 in Kendraya Vidyalaya in New Delhi as the education in the school is below par from her earlier school as observed by us. So, we were looking for an online tutor/education for building up confidence and personality development in her.

                                      Unfortunately, we contact Byju's, Mr. Shubhanshu Singh had discussed the things with us and obtained all information about my child and arranged counselling, the package was given to us for four years up class seven for all classes of the curriculum and a personality development class was also promised to us at a cost of Rs 50000/- (Fifty thousand only) with tablet.

                                      We paid Rs 5000/- immediately on 24.07.2022. we again paid Rs 50000/- (Fifty thousand) on 01.08.2022 with promise that earlier Rs 5000/- paid on 24.07.2022 will be returned back.

                                      After 10 days, we received a call from byjus mentor Drshan and he told us taht our program is only for 3 years (4rth 5th and 6th) and our child Aadhya was enrolled with some other child Lavanya in sibling case in Bangalore. We were shocked after listening this.

                                      It was mis selling which was never expected from a growing start up in Education system.

                                      So we decided to discontinue the course as byjus has broke our faith and trust in initial stage. They don't give program as per promised and also enroll our child with another child at another location. They also enroll with some other mobile number and some other email id everything is very confusing for us. We never received any written communication from Byjus also about our enrollment. So I request you to cancel our program we don't want to continue more with team byjus .it's looks a fraud case.

                                      Kindly request to byjus team to cancel our program and return back Rs 55000/- immediately.

                                      We mail byjus team almost daily from more then one month but their team never call back us I didn't recieve any call regarding my refund of money from their side when I call to their call centre they told me that their manager call within 24 hr but I didn't received a single call till now.They just wasting our money and time. They even don't provided promised study material, tablet and even we don't able to login with our registered number to take classes. They took money from us and cheated us and even do not provide services also. They are total fraud.

                                        Hi, I have took BYJU'S subscription for my daughter (Shree Vidya) for 1st to 5th class. Which cost me 88000rs/- (down payment of 18, 000rsl-, Byju's advantage EMI option of 70, 000)and after using the course more than 2 months. I understood that course is not useful for my daughter as she is having trouble understanding the English. So I have mailed the BYJU'S team on 18th Sep 2022 mentioning above reason for cancellation. I did not get proper response and no followup given on the refund amount. Till now I have paid down payment of 18, 000rs/- and EMI of two months which is 5833rs/- per month and I asked refund the amount for the course that I haven't used yet. But I'm not getting any proper response for them.

                                        I got a call from a BYJU'S mentor and they are asking the issue from beginning. Also they are saying not possible to cancel the subscription and refund the amount. I asked why should I continue the subscription. They are not considering the customer point of view and act irresponsibly.
