      The Byju comapny personal had assured that, after 15 days when company personal calls you can opt for cancellation if the ward is not satisfied with the course, for which the company has failed and is harrasing with messages to complete the payment.

        We had purchased a course for our kid who is in 10th class. He is not studying from your tablet and he is going very depressed and it is not any given any help to us. The product is not for us. We don't want to continue the course. We had purchased 10th to 12th course neet for 1 lakh 20 thousand. Kindly help in returning the product.

          I have purchased Byjus course (LKG-3std) after that we requested for cancellation due to my financial issues and my daughter health issues.

          We requested to cancel it and got canceled after so many days, but still my EMI's not stopped, loan department people are daily calling and sending messages asking to pay the EMI's, it's becoming daily metal pressure for me.

          I have informed the same Byjus team about that cancellation (from the last 3 months) but still, we didn't find any solution, instead, they are calling and asking us for EMI payments.

          Hello sir/madam
          I have purchased a byjus product (LKG-3) grade for my kid Dhanishka Shri on 20-feb-2022. We have paid some dues for the product, we didn't get proper response from mentor side and also due to my child health issue we can't able to continue the subscription.

          We requested to cancel the product and got cancelled in August month after so many problems, but still now my ECS process is not yet stopped. From September to till now my ECS process is active. I have reported about this to mentor but they didn't solve my problem. Financial team also calling and torturing to pay due after cancellation.Due to this I'm facing many
          mental problem and financial problems too. Already I have mailed and gave call back request for my problem. I didn't get any help. I want to get my ECS process to stop otherwise I will file case on you

            I was sold BYJU's subscription with a 15 days full money refund guarantee, but I don't see any proper response from BYJU's staff, even after multiple follow-up via calls to their customer care number or emails. I don't get a proper response but only as 'Our Senior Manager will call you within the next 24 hours to help resolve your concern in the best possible way'.
            I have not received any call or email from any Senior Manager from past 10 days since my request was raised.

              Sir maine 3 mahine pehle aakash byjus ki online classes liya 90000 me isme unhone mujhe tab or books diye or maine abhi tak 23000 de chuka hu or meri har month ki emi 6667 ki rehti hai aab mera bhms me addmision ho gya lekin ye cancel nhi kr rhe hai mera product or refund bhi nhi karenge bol rhe hai or bol rhe hai ek link send karenge usme 19000 dal do to cancel kr denge aisa bol rhe hai sir 😞😞😞😞

                My daughter is studying in Class 4 in Kendraya Vidyalaya in New Delhi as the education in the school is below par from her earlier school as observed by us. So, we were looking for an online tutor/education for building up confidence and personality development in her.

                Unfortunately, we contact Byju's, Mr. Shubhanshu Singh had discussed the things with us and obtained all information about my child and arranged counselling, the package was given to us for four years up class seven for all classes of the curriculum and a personality development class was also promised to us at a cost of Rs 50000/- (Fifty thousand only) with tablet.

                We paid Rs 5000/- immediately on 24.07.2022. we again paid Rs 50000/- (Fifty thousand) on 01.08.2022 with promise that earlier Rs 5000/- paid on 24.07.2022 will be returned back.

                After 10 days, we received a call from byjus mentor Drshan and he told us taht our program is only for 3 years (4rth 5th and 6th) and our child Aadhya was enrolled with some other child Lavanya in sibling case in Bangalore. We were shocked after listening this.

                It was mis selling which was never expected from a growing start up in Education system.

                So we decided to discontinue the course as byjus has broke our faith and trust in initial stage. They don't give program as per promised and also enroll our child with another child at another location. They also enroll with some other mobile number and some other email id everything is very confusing for us. We never received any written communication from Byjus also about our enrollment. So I request you to cancel our program we don't want to continue more with team byjus .it's looks a fraud case.

                Kindly request to byjus team to cancel our program and return back Rs 55000/- immediately.

                We mail byjus team almost daily from more then one month but their team never call back us I didn't recieve any call regarding my refund of money from their side when I call to their call centre they told me that their manager call within 24 hr but I didn't received a single call till now.They just wasting our money and time. They even don't provided promised study material, tablet and even we don't able to login with our registered number to take classes. They took money from us and cheated us and even do not provide services also. They are total fraud.

                  Hi, I have took BYJU'S subscription for my daughter (Shree Vidya) for 1st to 5th class. Which cost me 88000rs/- (down payment of 18, 000rsl-, Byju's advantage EMI option of 70, 000)and after using the course more than 2 months. I understood that course is not useful for my daughter as she is having trouble understanding the English. So I have mailed the BYJU'S team on 18th Sep 2022 mentioning above reason for cancellation. I did not get proper response and no followup given on the refund amount. Till now I have paid down payment of 18, 000rs/- and EMI of two months which is 5833rs/- per month and I asked refund the amount for the course that I haven't used yet. But I'm not getting any proper response for them.

                  I got a call from a BYJU'S mentor and they are asking the issue from beginning. Also they are saying not possible to cancel the subscription and refund the amount. I asked why should I continue the subscription. They are not considering the customer point of view and act irresponsibly.

                    I have paid the Tution fees for Byju's Gradeup program for AE/JE EXAMS. I HAVE CALLED SO MANY TIMES, but the Sr Adviser Karan everytime saying that i have send the query to the backend and the course will activate within 2 hrs, but the is yet not activated, I have purchased the course on 28 September 2022, and paid all the fees to Byju's, but they are fooling me. From tomorrow itself they are not receiving the calls. Please register the necessary action against the people who are fooling us. I am attaching the payment proof and whatsapp chat details. Please escalate my problem.

                          I was purchased the product two months back till date mentor or sales person will not contact for us. I send the mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount but one of the person ms swapna contact but she told refund is not possible because already two months is over but i am paying 2917 per month emi. Now i don't want above product because no body will responding. They are cheater. Please cancelle the application and refuno the amount.

                            I was subscribed to byjus app for my ward and the next day i cancel the subscription and i didn’t even received the SD card . But I was daily calling the mendor customer care number everyday to cancel the Subscription but nothing happened and today i got an email from avanze finance that saying 95000 rupees has been disbursed to Byjus app. But my cancellation request already raised to Byjus App and Then why this amount of 95000 is disbursed.

                            Till now I didn’t get any updates regarding my cancellation.whenever I am calling the support contact number they are telling from last 1 week that I will get call from senior manager daily before end of day, till now I didn’t get any call

                                      We had taken a program for my kid for 15days which is free, we received the product on 5th of August 2022. Before completion of free period we raised a request to cancel the program on 16th August 2022 through mail and from there I’m mailing and calling them to cancel the program they are not responding. After calling so many times to customer care and trainer, they sent One of Byjus representative came to my home and inspected the Tab and material and he said “ok”. Now the time is EMI deductions started from byjus, I discussed with my bank too they don’t have a previllage to cancel the EMI and it will affects on my CIBIL score. We courier the products to Byjus office on 26thSep 2022. Even today 28th Sep 2022 I called to customer care they are saying that 28days to refund, previously in the mail and calls they said 7-10days to refund. How can I proceed further to take action against Byjus.

                                        With Due Respect I Beg To State That I Had Taken Byjus Subscription At Rs.5000 On 13-09-22 And The Educational Supporting Materials Reached My Home Through Courier On 17-09-22. As Per The Terms And Conditions I Write A Mail To [protected]@Byjus.Com That I Want To Cancel My Subscription And Refund Due To Some Personal Problem. But They Call Me And Asked To Reduce The Charges But I Said I Have Some Problem Please Cancel It. But Not Listening They Simply Talking And Reducing Price Will Give You 24 Month No Cost Emi Etc Not Cancelling My Subscription, Past 1 Week Every Day I Was Talk With Byjus Persons But Till Not Get Any Updates.
                                        I Would Request You To Please Help Me For Refund My Rs5000 And Stop My Subscription From Byjus.
