    29/05/2022 को भानु शर्मा पुत्र श्री विनोद कुमार शर्मा (रेज. ईमेल - [protected]@gmail.com, Reg Mob no. - [protected] ) का रजिस्ट्रेशन किया गया जो की (course name - 9 to 12 pmt neet) है, जिसकी फीस 1, 00, 000 बताई गयी और रजिस्ट्रेशन अमाउंट 5000 ले लिया गया . जो की इस शर्त पर था की बच्चा क्लास ले क्र देखेगा यदि उसे नही समझ आता ह तो वह 1 मंथ के अंदर अंदर सूचित करके अपनी रजिस्ट्रेशन फी वापस ले सकता है . इसके बाद 1, 00000 की बैंक ई ऍम आई भी काटने लगे. जिसके चलते विद्यार्थी के पिता के खाते से बाउंस चार्जेज 590 अमाउंट 2 बार कट चूका है .
    लगातार ईमेल और कॉल करने के बाद एक ही जबाब मिलता. की आपका रिफंड करवा दिया जायेगा. और आज उनके मेनेजर का कॉल आया तो अब अपनी पालिसी का हवाला देते हुए कह रहे है धमकी भरे लहजे से ( रिकॉर्डिंग अटैचमेंट मई देखे ) की आपको अब सेटलमेंट करना पड़ेगा और 17000 रू दे कर 9 वी का कोर्स ले लो तो उस लोन को बंद करवा सकते हो... और कोई लीगल एक्शन लिया तो हमारे वकील एक्शन लेंगे .
    अन्य किसी तरह जानकारी के लिए कॉल कर सकते है (Natwar lal odaka, [protected]) ऑडियो फाइल अटेच नहीं हो रही .

      Byjus person met me during July 2022 and gave a demo of product. As I was not interested in paying, he ask me to give a try by giving an amount which was refundable. He sold me many products which later I realised, I didnt need and that the procedure which Byjus person had asked me to do has actually initiated a loan !!! after discussion with Byjus team they said they will give better support and I can go ahead with only 1 year and they will refund the amount. However nothing such happened. Byju's team is not resolving any issue and my EMIs are getting deducted.
      I am extremely frustrated with Byju's and will suggest people to stay away from such company. THEY ARE CHEATERS!!
      I am looking for immediate stop of loan and full refund of what I have paid so far.

        BYJU's of represented Gaurav Sharma(Email Id-gaurav.sharma28byjus.com, Mob No - [protected]) connected with and try to force to take online classes with this commitment that you can take initial 15 days classes, if you like you can continue or if you don't like, you can call me I will cancel your registration and amount will be refund within 15 days, After taking initial 2 days classes we didn't interested to take further classes so we called to Gaurav and told to canceled
        the registration he told he will process the request but from that day he is not picking our call. we have sent mail on 6th September and calling per day to customer support No([protected]) but not getting any response from BYJU'S

          Through this mail I want to cancel the subscription of my son rohit as per
          the policy of 15 day cancellation period from the date of delivery program
          I informed mantor and your counselor as well but not getting any proper
          response so writing mail here
          reasons are given below:-
          1. As per commitment mentor support is Nil.
          2. No live classes scheduled as well which have given us on joining time

          3. My Son is not taking interest in Program due to lack of doubt solving by
          byjus.
          4. Syllabus is Different from School Syllabus.
          5. And I'm also not satisfied with a program which is more helpful than
          tuition.
          6. Monthly EMI is very heavy for me, I can't afford this much.
          7. more important u guys never care about customer satisfaction at all

          I request to you please cancel my program immediately and effectively
          from today, and initiate the refund in my account that given below and
          closed the loan

              We have subscribed BYJU's for my daughter (Aarohi Abhijit Chavan) from grade 3 to 6 in Jan 22.
              After try of several days, it seems that it is not effective learning as well as we feel that it is not useful subscription.
              We would like to cancel the subscription. Till date we have paid lot of our hard earned money. But now we want to stop it.
              Please cancel the subscription as well as stop the EMI/monthly deduction.
              We tried to call and send many emails at "[protected]@byjus.com" but nothing happened since last 2 and half months. Please stop the EMI getting deducted from my account. And check if the amount paid can be refunded or not.

                Dear Aakash BYJUS..

                I have joined my son in Aakash BYJUS a month and half ago…till now books not send…you took the money and not bothering at all…

                Your customer care services are pathetic…they will hang up our calls without solving the issues…

                Mentor by name only…Berber her/his number…we can reach…

                There is no one is there to contact…

                Sometimes…people will call with fake promises…will provide unreachable mobile numbers…

                You have collected 88000₹…

                Moreover ur useless institution water our valuable time..

                We are asking to solve this issue soon.

                  I registered my son for Byju’s classes in June and paid 5k + 90k. Made numerous requests via email and customer care to cancel membership & refund the amount upon dissatisfied with quality of classes. No response till now from almost last 2 months. Urging you to refund ASAP

                    I have raised a cancellation request to BYJU's with in 15 days.
                    BYJUs has made all false promises and none of the promises has been met.

                    The request number is: 38133436

                    We want to cancel Byju's subscription on an immediate basis due to
                    following reasons:
                    1) The online classes assigned are not the correct classes and those are
                    some old running batches with doubt sessions, and it's a complete waste
                    of time for the student to attend these without actual class.
                    2) While joining made promises that the whole syllabus will be covered
                    starting from first regardless of joining date, but now things seem
                    different.
                    3) When reaching CustCare / Mentor getting different types of answers each
                    time and no one knows correct information and just managing the things
                    instead of being sincere.

                    *Overall we are not at all happy the way things are happening and lost
                    complete trust in Byjus that at least things will get corrected. So instead
                    of wasting our time, I want to cancel Byju's subscription before 15 days,
                    as Byju's promised that full refund will be provided upon cancellation.*

                      After 9 months you are telling me my request will be closed, how it's possible, only you have done EMI for 12 to 24 months and still have not received any mail of what you promised...

                      Am asking direct questions to you, every day I am calling & sending mails to the cancellation team of cancellation, these days what they are doing.

                      It's totally irresponsible of your's and when I am trying to speak about my issues, the team will disconnect my calls with no manners.

                      Do my cancellation request as soon as possible and other ways will go for other sides to close my issues.

                        We enroll our ward for three years course of BYJU's on Sunday i.e. 11/09/2022 at night and due to family medical emergency we dropped the plan and informed the same to BYJU'S through their mail id ([protected]@byjus.com, [protected]@byjus.com and customer care number [protected]), .we didn't received any acknowledgement from them regarding order cancellation and payment refund. Everytime we call them, executive states that they will arrange call back from senior authority, I didn't received such call, once I get call back from executive only he also said that will arrange call back soon.
                        Within 3 days BYJU's harassed a lot to us they don't give proper reply, counsellor cum sales executive disappeared after payment, he didn't respond to our calls.
                        Being middle class family we are shocked and frustrated as we pay total Rs. 52000/- (Rs.5000/- by Gpay and Rs.47000/- by Credit Card which will be later converted into EMI) Due to medical emergency in family we couldn't afford the course expenses, so we cancel the plan immediately by thinking that if order gets cancelled at initial stage it will be easy to get payment refund but all in vein.
                        After stating complete story to customer care they didn't show courtesy to acknowledge us.
                        This is our hard earned money. Please we requesting you to help us out.

                          I am taken educational subscription by off line with byju's employee name Gyanendra Tripathi on dated 28.08.2022 with registration fee amount Rs. 5000.00 and balance amount 68000.00 processed through loan.
                          He told me if you are not like my subscription within 15 days you can cancel and refund your amount.

                          I am mailed to byju's website ([protected]@byjus.com) for cancellation of registration / subscription on 03.09.2022. but no response after daily followup.
                          I am also filed complained on byju's complaint section and generated Request ID: 38272214 on dated 11.09.2022 still no responce.

                            Myself Om Prakash Shaw I want to say that I will registered a cancel email or call reason counseller say me that the company offers me Rs 10000 full course and he convince that I will pay 5000 as a down payment and I will pay but then he say that you verify a loan verification as 67000 then he say you cancel this course so I registered my case in 30 july 2022 since today my course is couldn't cancel please help me because my father have kidney problems because my father have 1 kidney it is very rare case. So, please help me Indian government

                              We have paid Rs. 63000 for Learing Course but atthe time of taking course the counselor Mr. Urvishkumar Soni has promised that in any case if student do not understand the course or if we do not want to cointune the course than within 15 days we can make the cencellation request and claim the refund for the amount paid.This also has been written in the email provided my Mr. Urvishkumar Soni that within 15 days of observation period we can make a cancel request and claim the refund. Now in present scenario my Daughter is suffering from headche while learing on tablet. She Complains the headche while she learns with the tablet even for he 5 minutes. and due to this i have requested to the company to immidiatley cancel the program and refund the money but they are jsut passing the time and not making the refund for the amount paid.

                                I want to cancel my son Hridhan's trial class of Byju's.

                                When your councilors Vashimbhai and Brijrajbhai came to our house, they told us that you can do Byju's trial class for 15 days, but for that you have to deposit 5000 rupees first, only then the trial class will start and after 15 days you have to cancel. If you want to do it, you can do it and if you want to continue the class, you have to take a loan. So we approved for the trial class and they did the procedure of the trial class at our home and also told them that I will call you daily via Whatsapp and solve any problem you have etc... But after started the trial class no one called us or consulted with us. So we are not satisfied with what they said so we want to cancel the trial class of our son. But we could not have any contact number of vashimbhai and brijrajbhai we contacted the customer care of byjus.

                                In addition, we have talked to different mentors on the phone in Byjus customer care to ask about the cancellation process and they also told us that we will process the cancellation as per your request. After that When we called the customer care to ask whether canceled the trial class and the loan? they said that you have not given approval for the trial class but have done the registration class, we were very shocked. But as we do not have the phone numbers of Vashimbhai and Brijrajbhai, we could not talk about this. Thenafter Vashimbhai contacted us and said that first of all we will cancel your trial class and loan only after you approve the loan, your trial class will not be canceled until then. According to Vashimbhai and others, we have approved the loan but till date no loan or class has been cancelled. And from the month of October we have EMI. will start, so we request you to cancel our process as soon as possible.

                                So I request you to cancel our loan and class otherwise I will take legal action against you.

                                  I paid full upfront payment for 3 years for my son and 5 years for my daughter. The payment made on 23rd Aug 2022. Till now i don't get any communication regarding the tab delivery. I did multiple followups and the customer service is saying they don't have much knowledge on why the order is not processed.

                                    I am Aritraa Banerjee, a student of class-6. 2 months back, The employee of Byju's came to my house named Mr.Anubhav Roy and Mr.Swaraj Ghosh. He made my parents sign in some papers and which also consist of some loan papers and made us join in Byju's. Then I received a broken tab. I applied for refund of tab and for cancelling the Byju's contract within 15 days.But they ignored there 15 days refund policy of tab. They also didn't cancel my contract. The apps were also not functioning properly. They didn’t provide us sufficient service as the employee said.
                                    The loan company is threatning us and also the emi was taken.Kindly cancel the contract so that the loan company doesn't threat us anymore.
