I have purchased byjus for 11th and 12th grade fro our child. At that time byjus counselor told us that if you didn't like the course within 15 days, we will cancel your subscription and refund your money.

I joined byju's ias one year course and I do not receive proper education from them but they are asking for payment and threatening to pay the amount.
