I have emailed Byjus several times to request the cancellation of my enrollment because my child was unable to comprehend the material and also did not show any interest in going to the class there is a decrement in my child's marks instead of an increment. I have contacted Byjus regarding this numerous times by phone and mail, but they never get back to me to cancel the enrollment.

We have enrolled Byjus course for 4th 5th 6th standard package . Initial days as they said "mentor will help the kids. And the guide"
Now in 5th Std they are not evening checking the kids what kid is studying.
Currently my finical status is low - So I am asking them refund or Stop my emi payment as we are not interested to proceed further and similarly they are not interested to know what kid is studying but...

Many time I have mailed Byjus for cancellation of my enrollment because my child was unable to understand the things and also she was not take interest to attend the class. Many time I have called and mailed to Byjus regarding this but they are not responding to cancel the enrollment.

I had purchased 4 year Byju's program 2 months back being told that it'll work in Canada also. The sales agent was Mr. Akhand Singh.

But even after 2months the classes link is not working and I was told a month ago that they would refund my money.

Byju's Byjus Cancel the Subscription and refund the Money---AASTHA-CLASS-9TH

BYJU'S is doing the unethical and unprofessional practices.

on the previous complaint on the same platform, they have refunded the amount of Rs 32424/- out of total money Rs 42424/-
Rs 10, 000 is still pending from there side. Promise to pay after receiving the TAB.

We have applied for refund as per Byjus policy but they are not responding with any confirmation to refund our money...

We agreed to try the trial period of time for a month Byjus subscription for my son 8th standard. With in the period of trial time we decided to cancel the subscription but byjus does not showing interest to cancel and keep giving counselling for us and dragging and irritating to asking again and again "what is the reason for the cancellation?". They have expressed that they will not be refunding the amount, instead they have come with an alternate solution.

Till date there is no action on the solution they have given. Neither have i received the syllabus not the refund amount.

I have not yet received my salary for working in Byjus as BDT. It was said that it will be credited on or before 20th Aug but still nothing. Even after sending several mail there was no response from them. What should I do now....

I have purchased a course for my younger brother, but after taking 2 classes he did not feel okay with the course. Soon after, within 15 days from the delivery of their first item, on 2nd August I have requested for cancellation.
