Byjus is a fraud team company. Their complete team always do fake commitments. I was take a trial package for 15 days for online classes for my daughter who read in 4th class SCR Public School. On Counseling time counselor was told me that if within 15 days we don't like their products then complete package will be cancel and complete money will be refund. But after join online classes me and my daughter found that it is totally wastage product for us. After use approx. one week I mark a complaint mail to company's cancellation team for complete cancel and refund my money on daily basis from one week I mark a reminder mail for same but they have not give any response after two week their manager call me that complete package can't be cancel its not possible. He was trying forcefully that we must use their product.

I have paid 13000 for online classes, my son attended the class only one session. They told we can take through laptop but it was not working. My But my son told the classes are not worth but just read out of videos already provided, I gave the request within 15 days. They asked me to send bank details several times but still they didnot send out the money. They are cheaters

I mailed a complaint about the cancellation within 15 days of course because we are not financially capable but now they are not responding and just giving reason that we cannot cancel we can just reduce the course limit and loan

It's been 2 months since we have reporting them to cancel it but they are just neglating. I don't know how good u people teach but when a student is not interested u cannot make him to sit and force him. And either way u people are not cancelling. So I have decided file a case on your company.

I am Lavanya Balachandar from Hyderabad. My daughter was on trial classes but on fourth day I raised for cancellation. But till now there is no call or response from their side. My immediate request is to give a stop payment to EMI department and process my initial amount plus penalty charges that was debited from my account.

My father brought byjus which was sold by a seller for my sister without even telling me now he is in a debt of the loan and the service which we don't use it's been one month and we are not in the financial condition to pay it. I want to stop their service and want refund and stop the amount being deducted

I am not feeling better while studying online classes and not understanding the things which are being taught in the class so I request you to cancel my course

I have to cancel my course and I am not interested in online classes and l have not time

I asked for cancelation during the observation period and the educational counselor clearly ignored that and did not inform the team. Till Saturday they were asking about proofs wether I informed education counselor on time. As soon as I provided them with screenshots they started saying cancelation window is closed (which is not mentioned in the agreement).

Hi i am shilpa mother of aryan bhatia i bought byjus 3 years back my child was in 4th standard no one on byjus take care of my kids classes never recieved any sample papers or many services they promised us to give us now my child is on 6th standard and I can’t able to take live classes i am complaining from many days they always said they arrange a call to me to resolve the issues but no one is taking care of my issues i am requesting to give me live classes immediately or refund my money i need a solution kindly revert regards shilpa

through senior counsellor ( Vishal bhausahe Ingale, ID - TNL[protected] .This is a humble request to please cancel my enrollment and refund my entire amount which I have paid payment.
It's been more than two week I am requesting the team to cancel my enrollment and initiate my funds but no action has been taken. I am facing major a financial issue and I cannot
support this.
I don't know what else you want from a
customer to cancel his/her request. I was politely coordinating with team but some times the cancellation officer is not available and sometimes they don't have authority to cancel it.I spoke to the Sr. Cancellation Team member but she is still not understanding our situation and asking for a call back to me. I have trusted byjus so much and referred this to my relatives but after this experience my prospective is changed.
I want immediate cancellation and no further justification would be given from my family. My whole family is going through tough time and no cooperation from you guys.Unfortunately, financial problems comes on me and 10 families members
depends only me So Due to this I already cancelled my
registration(admission) from my end.l did not received tablet and book with do return process done
both tablet and book.

I subscribed and purchased a product from byjus 14 days before.As per policy the request of cancellation should be raised within 15 days.
Byju's representative told us that there will be 4 online class in one week but only one or two classes was conducted. Sometimes mentor not present in the class. We truly disappointed with byju's. Please I request you that return my payment and cancel my subscription immediately. please do the needful at the earliest. hope justice still exists.

As my daughter did not like the online course i raised a cancellation request to byjus within 8 days
inspite of repeated calls and mails still the cancellation has not happened
my first EMI got deducted from my bank account
i got to know from many other parents also that they cheat everyone this way.i have all the proof.please do the needful at the earliest.hope justice still exists

I return byju's product 6 days ago but byju's is no response about down payment and courier charge and lone cancellation. Please I request you that return my payment and cancel my subscription immediately

Took this course two months ago, I am not able to pay my bills due to my poor economic condition.cancel my course and stop EMI.

I trying to contact byjus for my cancellation multiple times in the last one week but my problem is still didn’t resolved they didn’t cancel my product. I continuously called their support team but still, my cancellation and refund didn’t process. Please help me

Dear sir/ ma’am,

I have taken the subscription of Byju’s, and I wish to cancel it now. I have been receiving calls from the bank for the remainder of the EMI. I have been mailing and calling you for the last one month but still didn’t get a proper reply. My next EMI date is approaching soon and I am not at all in a financial condition to pay the EMI.
I request you to please understand the concern and cancel my subscription and send me the confirmation as soon as possible.
