I subscribed and purchased a product from byjus 14 days before.As per policy the request of cancellation should be raised within 15 days.
Byju's representative told us that there will be 4 online class in one week but only one or two classes was conducted. Sometimes mentor not present in the class. We truly disappointed with byju's. Please I request you that return my payment and cancel my subscription immediately. please do the needful at the earliest. hope justice still exists.

    I purchased a product from byjus last month.As per policy the request of cancellation should be raised within 15 days of receiving the materials and tab.
    As my daughter did not like the online course i raised a cancellation request to byjus within 8 days
    inspite of repeated calls and mails still the cancellation has not happened
    my first EMI got deducted from my bank account
    i got to know from many other parents also that they cheat everyone this way.i have all the proof.please do the needful at the earliest.hope justice still exists

      I return byju's product 6 days ago but byju's is no response about down payment and courier charge and lone cancellation. Please I request you that return my payment and cancel my subscription immediately

      yes madam.am also a parent like you..being tortured by these fraudsters.i think a aguy by name vivek Dubey came home from byjus.
      we all should start a agitation in a big way so that these guys should not raise there heads forever.
      they want to loot our hard earned money of a common man..
      I pay byju's 5000 thousand dawn payment and when I return byju's product I pay 2091 rupees courier charge, but byju's refund only 3000, I request byju's refund my panding money immediately .

        standard to 5th standard on date 21 August 2022 for my daughter Navya Jat
        through senior counsellor ( Vishal bhausahe Ingale, ID - TNL[protected] .
        Unfortunately, financial problems comes on me and 10 families members
        depends only me So Due to this I want to cancel my registration(admission). and i already cancelled of byjus course from my end. with returned book and tablet.I already talked with senior manager of byjus & customer care of byjus to many more time(frequently daily basis) from last two week. Please may be proceeded to request of my refund as soon as possible.

          Took this course two months ago, I am not able to pay my bills due to my poor economic condition.cancel my course and stop EMI.

          yes sir..we are all facing same issue.they are runnign a fraud scam in the name of education.
          we all should start a big agitation against these goons...hope byju Raveendran CEO has anything to say while is image is tarnished because of so many fradulent complaints raised against byjus..

              I trying to contact byjus for my cancellation more then 40 times in the last one week but my problem is still didn’t resolved they didn’t cancel my product.                 Dear sir/ ma’am,

                I have taken the subscription of Byju’s, and I wish to cancel it now. I have been receiving calls from the bank for the remainder of the EMI. I have been mailing and calling you for the last one month but still didn’t get a proper reply. My next EMI date is approaching soon and I am not at all in a financial condition to pay the EMI.
                I request you to please understand the concern and cancel my subscription and send me the confirmation as soon as possible.

                  I took Biju's subscription on July 20, 2022. And exactly 10 days later on 30th July 2022 mailed for cancellation because I was asked to email.                       I Have paid 15000 rupees for the Byjus admission purpose.But My daughter is not interested in learning with Byjus app So I decided to cancel the Byjus.During the admission, the counsellor had promised me that he will help me to cancel the Byjus courses.After knowing that my son is not willing to study in Byjus, I have applied cancellation. So I asked help from counsellor to cancel my courses.The counsellor told some methods to cancel. After that, the counsellor is not even responding to my call
                      He had blocked my number.This counsellor had cheated me.Whenever I call him, he send a message that he is busy. and he is not respond

                        Dear Sir/Madam

                        Wish to inform you that we had decided to cancel admission of my sons Swastik Sonar, studying in class 8th CBSE Board at Byjus cause of improper co-ordination and false commitments on timings and classes. We have tried multiple time to get connected to sort out the issues but unfortunately no responses. Our decision to cancel the admission was now final and irrevocable as we had escalated mail for same on 6th August 2022 and acknowledgement was also sent from Byjus. We had also stated to help to refund the amount of Rs 5000 paid during the admission and also help to cancel the Cardless EMI Ecom Loan no LCFTNE[protected] EMI from ICICI bank as EMI was supposed to start from 3rd Sept 2022

                        But inspite of sending repeated mails on 10th, 26th, and 27th August and also making it clear telephonically to Mentor Ms Jyoti and sales person Mr Vipul Bhamare on whatsapp that we dont wish to continue multiple times. Still cancellation was not done as a result of that our first EMI got initiated today. We had tried contacting bank to cancel Ecom Loan but we were being told that it can get cancelled only from merchant side which was communicated

                        I am writing this complaint to escalate the unethical/ unprofessional behaviour demonstrated by Byjus and forcibly making consumers to fall trap to continue to Byjus against there will by delaying the cancellations request. Looking forward to your speedy help for resolutions, cancellation and refund of the entire amount

                          At the time of demo class... byju's team forced me to take subscription... i have taken only onone condition i.e, the syllabus should be inline with school academics and we can;t put pressure on 5yr old kind with 2 direction in learning at this age. Byju's team agreed for the proposal that's y i have taken subscription happily. they also mentioned like"daily mentor will take one hour class as per students convenience". this is all just false
                          and the the learning station is very low in quality, the display badly damaging eye like anything.i was asked to changed but they are delaying like anything, for emi payment i am getting calls multiple times, sent many mails to byju's from " swathi.[protected]@gmail.com", their team is very irresponsible, i think byju's working for looting peoples money, i just lost confidence and i can's waste my money hence i requested for cancellation . but it is not getting processed even after many mails . by undestanding the tone of my saying here atleast Byju's should process my cancellation request atleast now and should return all my money paid by cancelling subscription and i am getting calls repeatedy for emi payment, i don't want to pay please. kindly help in this regard

                                BYJUS IS A BIG FRAUD COMPANY. NEVER TRUST THEM.
                                I have returned the product i purchased from Byjus of amount 56000, (Fifty six thousand).
                                I got it financed from the Bajaj Financial as loan.
                                Which was processed by BYJUS sales person on my behalf..

                                As promised I have returned the product. But I am still been deducted for EMI of Rs 4667 per month from last four months.

                                BYJUS has neither refunded my EMI nor stopped the EMI.
                                I have totally been deducted by Rs18668/- till date.

                                They Byjus contact person is not responding. They just have same excuse for extending the dates.

                                  I applied for the cancellation, i requested more than 50 calls but i didn't get any positive response from the department, I'm facing some financial issues and health issues also, i quite my part time job because of health issues, I'm not have a single rupee for the payment of byjus, please help me to solve my problem

                                    I applied for the cancellation due to helath issues and financial issues, they are not responding properly i made more than 50 calls but they always told like cancellation not possible, please help me to solve my problem, my parents have 10 lakh loan, i doing part time jobs for the emi, lot of health issues i quit my job, I'm not have single rupees

                                      Hi mam I purchased UPSC course on may 10, they said first 15 days you only studied then after we will call you but they don't call me anymore. If any doubt I was called mentor no but they call me after next day I'm busy with my office work. This inconvenience may happened every day. And no proper guidance no proper schedule form their side . And also I'm suffered financial problems So need to cancel my loan informed on June 10 but still they no respond me properly. Avane calling me every day to ask loan amount so can't to pay the amount. I'm not using tablet also from June 10 but they don't accept my reasons. Please help me immediately Before sep 7. The next month due will generate I'm can't to pay the amount.

                                        Dear Sir / Madam
                                        It is to inform that I want to cancel the course offered to me last saturday [ 20.08.22 ] for my son and want to cancel all related processes with immediate effect
                                        - Same cancellation info. was given on Sunday 21.08.22 to Byjus counsellor Mr. Sumit (through a phone call followed by whatsapp message) who had explained the same to me, that I don't want to go with the course offered on Saturday and don't want to go for free trial class also this time.
                                        I have received the payment receipt today only, so proceed to formal email communication, As I experienced a totally different feedback & treatment from Byjus company this time.
                                        Based on his verbal explanation about a bright future for my son, I had initiated payment from my credit cards ( HDFC bank [protected] ) for Rs 85, 000 dated 20.08.22 at time 2.44 PM ( On 24 month no cost EMI basis ) - Done to Think & Learn P Ltd, through Byjus Shopse ref : BYJSSE[protected] [ receipt is attached ]
                                        SO CANCEL AND SEND CONFIRMATION TO MYSELF AND HDFC BANK ALSO FOR REVERSAL OF FUND.

                                        This cancellation decision is due to the following reasons
                                        1.On last Sunday fortunately we met one of our old neighbours at a common friend's function and received very negative feedback about BYjus Live classes & finance team threatening customers. [ their son was taken Byjus Live classes and they had bad experience about class and from Byjus finance team )
                                        -The negative tone was joined by Other available members and similar type complaints are available on the website itself.
                                        - So that incident damage the image of BYjus & immediately we have decided to cancel and I had informed to Sumit to cancel the course and process for return/refund of fee.
