BYJUS IS A BIG FRAUD COMPANY. NEVER TRUST THEM.
I have returned the product i purchased from Byjus of amount 56000, (Fifty six thousand).
I got it financed from the Bajaj Financial as loan.
Which was processed by BYJUS sales person on my behalf..

As promised I have returned the product. But I am still been deducted for EMI of Rs 4667 per month from last four months.

BYJUS has neither refunded my EMI nor stopped the EMI.
I have totally been deducted by Rs18668/- till date.

They Byjus contact person is not responding. They just have same excuse for extending the dates.

    I applied for the cancellation, i requested more than 50 calls but i didn't get any positive response from the department, I'm facing some financial issues and health issues also, i quite my part time job because of health issues, I'm not have a single rupee for the payment of byjus, please help me to solve my problem

      I applied for the cancellation due to helath issues and financial issues, they are not responding properly i made more than 50 calls but they always told like cancellation not possible, please help me to solve my problem, my parents have 10 lakh loan, i doing part time jobs for the emi, lot of health issues i quit my job, I'm not have single rupees

        Hi mam I purchased UPSC course on may 10, they said first 15 days you only studied then after we will call you but they don't call me anymore. If any doubt I was called mentor no but they call me after next day I'm busy with my office work. This inconvenience may happened every day. And no proper guidance no proper schedule form their side . And also I'm suffered financial problems So need to cancel my loan informed on June 10 but still they no respond me properly. Avane calling me every day to ask loan amount so can't to pay the amount. I'm not using tablet also from June 10 but they don't accept my reasons. Please help me immediately Before sep 7. The next month due will generate I'm can't to pay the amount.

          Dear Sir / Madam
          It is to inform that I want to cancel the course offered to me last saturday [ 20.08.22 ] for my son and want to cancel all related processes with immediate effect
          - Same cancellation info. was given on Sunday 21.08.22 to Byjus counsellor Mr. Sumit (through a phone call followed by whatsapp message) who had explained the same to me, that I don't want to go with the course offered on Saturday and don't want to go for free trial class also this time.
          I have received the payment receipt today only, so proceed to formal email communication, As I experienced a totally different feedback & treatment from Byjus company this time.
          Based on his verbal explanation about a bright future for my son, I had initiated payment from my credit cards ( HDFC bank [protected] ) for Rs 85, 000 dated 20.08.22 at time 2.44 PM ( On 24 month no cost EMI basis ) - Done to Think & Learn P Ltd, through Byjus Shopse ref : BYJSSE[protected] [ receipt is attached ]
          SO CANCEL AND SEND CONFIRMATION TO MYSELF AND HDFC BANK ALSO FOR REVERSAL OF FUND.

          This cancellation decision is due to the following reasons
          1.On last Sunday fortunately we met one of our old neighbours at a common friend's function and received very negative feedback about BYjus Live classes & finance team threatening customers. [ their son was taken Byjus Live classes and they had bad experience about class and from Byjus finance team )
          -The negative tone was joined by Other available members and similar type complaints are available on the website itself.
          - So that incident damage the image of BYjus & immediately we have decided to cancel and I had informed to Sumit to cancel the course and process for return/refund of fee.

              I am not able to continue the couse my child is not interested and we dont want to force the child for this. So I need to cancel the course bank Emi and need refund
              The person who comes for addmission is not responding on calls and messages.
              The mentor is saying that why you dont have money to pay. Why your child is not interested. We dont cancel your course and Emi. We investigate that why you dont have money to pay. Give us proof where your money has gone. If you lost your job then share us the termination letter. We investigate then call you.
              I need to know that by taking a tution from Byjus I had done a crime?
              My request is to stop the course and Emi.

                six months has been passed still Byju's not refunding the money

                Rs 10, 000 is still pending. Out of the total money of Rs 42424/- only Rs 32424/- is received.

                  I have purchased byjus for 11th and 12th grade fro our child. At that time byjus counselor told us that if you didn't like the course within 15 days, we will cancel your subscription and refund your money.

                  Now I have told them many times to cancel my course. But they didn't even reply and if they pick up the call they always ask the same question that why you want to quit.
                  I told them many times but they always tell us a new way that create a impact on student.
                  They are seriously mentally Torchering our child to study from here only.

                  I told them within 15 days of period but they are not Canceling my course.

                  And now they are also not answering for my calls.

                  The byjus has not canceled me yet and the juice. 5000 will not even refund said. I am upset for a long time because it has been more than a month since I have been doing emails and calls for cancellation and the date of installation is also near I have neither a salary nor financial condition is not good that I can give the installment.
                  Please don't bother us so much that I do something wrong with myself.

                    Subject: Admission cancelled on the same day/Seeking Refund my amount of Rs.101000/- as per Company Policy.
                    I Mr.Santhosh Kumar P V, F/O Shreyank, this is inform you that I have received the callas from Byjus staff regarding offline tutorial class to my children and they have asked me to come down nagasandra Byjus tution centre, as per this I have visited Byjus tutorial Nagasandra Bangalore on 31-Jul-2022, and Bijuys representatives interacted and assured that there will be a 4 offline classes and also additionally 2 is optional offline class will be conducted for student and all the Class 4th academic syllabus will be covered by the Byjus teaching staff, later they ask me to take subscription to 3 years which cost Rs.101000/- and if you are not satisfied with this class then within 15 days you can go for cancellation and you will get 100% Refund as per Byjus refund policy and same conditions will be mentioned in the fee receipt also (and also shown the refund policy in their website i.e. https://byjus.com/btc/refund-policy/ .
                    By trusting the Byjusmarketing staff words, I have made full ONE LAKH ONE THOUSAND RUPEES, later they asked me to come on 07/08/2022(Sunday) for orientation class. I have attended the orientation class on said date and I came to know from centre coordinators that there will be only 2 offline class and also only MATH AND SINCE subject will be covered, so I understood the truth and also about false assurance of your marketing team, I refuse to take the study material kit including Lenovo Tab and immediately filled the Refund application and also requested for Refund my entire amount as per their refund policy.
                    I have received many calls from Byjus cancellation team and try to convince me by giving more cash back offers, but I clearly told them to cancel and refund my full amount, then they have put the condition that unless they get the feedback from my kid they cannot process my refund, later I have arranged the call from my Kid and given the feedback also and the cancellation team was assured that they will process my cancellation and refund my amount.
                    I have been waiting from more than 30 days and keep calling the cancellation department and again and again they are telling that our team leader will call back, after receiving the call back from Byjusmanagers and they were literally torturing me by asking all the stories from the beginning, after listening all stories they are saying that our Sr.Manager will call you, and whenever I received the calls from your Sr.Manager they all keep saying that they will process it. I am really fed up with this kind of process and just passing the days and also some time they are saying that we have not received the course product (i.e Books & Tab) itself from Byjuscentre Nagasandra Bangalore and when I called to nagasandra ByjusBranch they are telling we have sent the product long back and they are just passing the time, infect i have not received any of the byjus product, not even single paper also.
                    Now a day’s when I called to Byjus customer care (i.e [protected]) number I am frequently getting improper & also rude answers and some time we don’t have proper details with in 24 hrs we will get back to you and then they keep the telephone.
                    I am very much afraid and it is my heard earn money which is kept reserved for my children education purposes.
                    I am requesting the concerned authorities to take a needful action and help me to get my money refund ASAP...

                      I want to cancel Byjus product.since 10days I was calling to Byjus mentor helpline no but no one is responding. They said that you will get call from the authorities of your concerned term. But I didn't get any call from them.
                      So please consider my request to cancel Byjus premium and amount refund as soon as possible.

                          I joined byju's ias one year course and I do not receive proper education from them but they are asking for payment and threatening to pay the amount. I am also having health issues I'm unable to pay the amount when I'm enquiring about the cancellation of the loan they are denying to stop the course while joining they didn't inform about the cancellation of the course. Kindly help regarding this please do the needful for me..

                            This is regarding the cancellation of the admission booking amount and refund of the amount paid for this.

                              I want to cancel my education loan for my economic problems and
                              dissatisfaction. Already I have submitted a cancellation request in
                              [protected]@byjus.com. They said that my cancellation is progress and
                              would get call from byju's soon but I have not received any call or email
                              from them . I called customer care of Byju's. They said that my
                              cancellation is processing but I get massage for EMI loan from Byju's
                              FINBJC . I don't want to give any loan because I don't want any product
                              from them and my child didn't attend the classes within after 1week trial
                              period . My child didn't like it and it was boaring. I said that please
                              give me the solution for this in customer care service. I recorded the
                              customer call. Why massage are being sent after I request cancellation. Do
                              I need to take legal action? Please let me know about this matter.

                                I have ordered a course of 91000Rs on 26th July. And I have already to requested to cancel order on 7th August as per conversation with Vertika in byjus Clint . She said to I have approved your cancellation order. Then I talk to with her senior manager Simran she said I cancel your order sir .But still it has not been cancelled.

                                      Hello I am a student and preparing for neet exam, so i visit for good education, on internet, around feb 15, 2022 mr Soham singha (TNL[protected]from byjus team called me and said he is senior sir of byjus and want to came to my house for counseling and admission, so he came to my house next day and convince very smartly told that byjus is very good, students get chance every year from him to my parents to admit me in bujus, after taking all documents he admitted me in byjus and take 5000 Rs for admission, my total course fee 87000 for 1 year (emi 7250/month, for 12 month) told that my class will start from next 15march 2022, after 15 march i contact with him and asked when the class will start he said, it will be start from april, and then may then june but class not started, but money deduct for 3 month without a single class, and the customer care no of bujys also not working, i call them but not reachable, after 3 month of taking admission on 20 june they call me and said my class start from 27 june, then i eagerly waiting to start then i saw the batch which is start from 27 june the batch in alredy started before 1 week, one chapter is completed, then i call them and told to change my batch then they shift me on 11th july batch, after taking online class i realized so much issue in class, many time i call them and told to solve the prblm they didn't take seriously they said it will be solve soon but not solve, and some teacher also not so good, if anyone told to repeat something teacher said go and see the recorded lecture, totally bad system nothing is serious in byjus, in the time of admission the counsilor talk so sweetly but now don't reply to my question and mentor change again and again i told my prblm, but didn't take seriously so i told to cancel my subscription and mail many time and also told to mentor but they didn't respond for cancellation, again and again asked what is your problem i told them many time my problem but repeatedly they asked same question every time they call i answer same but nothing is solve, so i want to cancel my subscription, i don't want any refund which i pay in 4 month(7250×4=29000)+5000 which i give to cousilor on the time of admission, i give this money and take only 15-20 days class, so i don't want any refund, want cancellation only because the avanse finance company called every time and told about the loan

                                      Hello I am a student and preparing for neet exam, so i visit for good education, on internet, around feb 15, 2022 mr Soham singha (TNL[protected]from byjus team called me and said he is senior sir of byjus and want to came to my house for counseling and admission, so he came to my house next day and convince very smartly told that byjus is very good, students get chance every year from him to my parents to admit me in bujus, after taking all documents he admitted me in byjus and take 5000 Rs for admission, my total course fee 87000 for 1 year (emi 7250/month, for 12 month) told that my class will start from next 15march 2022, after 15 march i contact with him and asked when the class will start he said, it will be start from april, and then may then june but class not started, but money deduct for 3 month without a single class, and the customer care no of bujys also not working, i call them but not reachable, after 3 month of taking admission on 20 june they call me and said my class start from 27 june, then i eagerly waiting to start then i saw the batch which is start from 27 june the batch in alredy started before 1 week, one chapter is completed, then i call them and told to change my batch then they shift me on 11th july batch, after taking online class i realized so much issue in class, many time i call them and told to solve the prblm they didn't take seriously they said it will be solve soon but not solve, and some teacher also not so good, if anyone told to repeat something teacher said go and see the recorded lecture, totally bad system nothing is serious in byjus, in the time of admission the counsilor talk so sweetly but now don't reply to my question and mentor change again and again i told my prblm, but didn't take seriously so i told to cancel my subscription and mail many time and also told to mentor but they didn't respond for cancellation, again and again asked what is your problem i told them many time my problem but repeatedly they asked same question every time they call i answer same but nothing is solve, so i want to cancel my subscription, i don't want any refund which i pay in 4 month(7250×4=29000)+5000 which i give to cousilor on the time of admission, i give this money and take only 15-20 days class, so i don't want any refund, want cancellation only because the avanse finance company called every time and told about the loan

                                        I said before i don't need any refund, i want to cancel my subscription, your counsilor came to my house in the month of feb and admit me in byjus then he said your class will be start in the middle of march but the the class started from july, class started very late but i give 7250, 4 month without taking any class, so i told to cancel my subscription but you don't cancel my subscription, in your system education is very bad, become a business why your counsilor go door to door even i couldnt call him if your system is good they not need to go anywhere, you capture students
