I want to cancel my education loan for my economic problems and
dissatisfaction. Already I have submitted a cancellation request in
[protected]@byjus.com. They said that my cancellation is progress and
would get call from byju's soon but I have not received any call or email
from them . I called customer care of Byju's. They said that my
cancellation is processing but I get massage for EMI loan from Byju's
FINBJC . I don't want to give any loan because I don't want any product
from them and my child didn't attend the classes within after 1week trial
period . My child didn't like it and it was boaring. I said that please
give me the solution for this in customer care service. I recorded the
customer call. Why massage are being sent after I request cancellation. Do
I need to take legal action? Please let me know about this matter.

    I have ordered a course of 91000Rs on 26th July. And I have already to requested to cancel order on 7th August as per conversation with Vertika in byjus Clint . She said to I have approved your cancellation order. Then I talk to with her senior manager Simran she said I cancel your order sir .But still it has not been cancelled.

          Hello I am a student and preparing for neet exam, so i visit for good education, on internet, around feb 15, 2022 mr Soham singha (TNL[protected]from byjus team called me and said he is senior sir of byjus and want to came to my house for counseling and admission, so he came to my house next day and convince very smartly told that byjus is very good, students get chance every year from him to my parents to admit me in bujus, after taking all documents he admitted me in byjus and take 5000 Rs for admission, my total course fee 87000 for 1 year (emi 7250/month, for 12 month) told that my class will start from next 15march 2022, after 15 march i contact with him and asked when the class will start he said, it will be start from april, and then may then june but class not started, but money deduct for 3 month without a single class, and the customer care no of bujys also not working, i call them but not reachable, after 3 month of taking admission on 20 june they call me and said my class start from 27 june, then i eagerly waiting to start then i saw the batch which is start from 27 june the batch in alredy started before 1 week, one chapter is completed, then i call them and told to change my batch then they shift me on 11th july batch, after taking online class i realized so much issue in class, many time i call them and told to solve the prblm they didn't take seriously they said it will be solve soon but not solve, and some teacher also not so good, if anyone told to repeat something teacher said go and see the recorded lecture, totally bad system nothing is serious in byjus, in the time of admission the counsilor talk so sweetly but now don't reply to my question and mentor change again and again i told my prblm, but didn't take seriously so i told to cancel my subscription and mail many time and also told to mentor but they didn't respond for cancellation, again and again asked what is your problem i told them many time my problem but repeatedly they asked same question every time they call i answer same but nothing is solve, so i want to cancel my subscription, i don't want any refund which i pay in 4 month(7250×4=29000)+5000 which i give to cousilor on the time of admission, i give this money and take only 15-20 days class, so i don't want any refund, want cancellation only because the avanse finance company called every time and told about the loan

            I said before i don't need any refund, i want to cancel my subscription, your counsilor came to my house in the month of feb and admit me in byjus then he said your class will be start in the middle of march but the the class started from july, class started very late but i give 7250, 4 month without taking any class, so i told to cancel my subscription but you don't cancel my subscription, in your system education is very bad, become a business why your counsilor go door to door even i couldnt call him if your system is good they not need to go anywhere, you capture students

                This is Shakti.I had taken a subscription for my daughter for 3 years (lkg, ukg, standard1) for 60k.I had done payment through credit cards (5K + 55K).I took this subscription from a sales person who had visited my house.Honestly speaking i took this wrongly as daughter is just 4.5 years old and she was already having some health issues in eyes and body.So I thought to cancel and so i sent mail to the customer care for cancellation.In a day/two i got call from their team and they started arguing with me like why i cancelled.I tried to explain them but they were not listening atall.
                Only lady called 'Anshu' from their team had called and she was arguing like anything.She asked me to give medical proof and she told at last if can not give medical proof then she will not cancel it.
                I have called multiple times to the customer care and even i have sent mail to them, every time find people are so rude, they do not listen anything.Their simple agenda is NOT to return money.I am wondering what to do with these guys who do not listen anything and they do not have any respect for customers.Even I tried to call the person who had sold the subscription, he told like he can not help anything as I am cancelling .I feel so helpless now.

I searched on Youtube and Google to confirm whether we get the gift or not and when I saw the results, it showed a student got the gift which was from the year 2022. Even my classmate got his gift.                     I have order from Akash Byju website the tablet program sd card, upon completion payment receipt and order confirmation was send to my email. But even after 25 days no news regarding order status, tracking number, etc. has been provided to me. I have called the customer care numerous times and they are useless in resolving my problem. i have already paid a huge amount of money and i have never been so frustrated ordering something from the internet. If not resolved soon I plan of taking legal action. Very bad experience ordering from such a reputed company.

                      Dear Sir,
                      We had taken Byju's subscription for my son (Class -7). We were living in Aligarh, we had taken this subscription from Aligarh Byju's tuition center.
                      Due to some family reasons, we shifted to Lucknow. This we informed the Byju's tuition center in Aligarh. They assured us that we would also get the same support and care in Lucknow.
                      When we finalized our residence (Asiyamau, Rajajipuram) in Lucknow, we came to know that Byju's tuition centers would be very far from our residence, and it would be very difficult for my son to go to the center and for my wife to drop him to the center leaving three kids at home in a new city to us.
                      We informed verbally all these to Byju's tuition center in Aligarh (Shubham Maheshwari & Faraz) on[protected]. They assured us that we will be provided a free cab for the pick and drop of my son.
                      When we coordinated with Byju's tuition center in Lucknow (Sapna-[protected]) on[protected] she assured us that she will confirm with the center manager and inform us regarding the free cab facility for pick and drop. Then on[protected], she replied back that they will not provide the free cab.
                      After all this, it was very difficult for us to continue with our subscription, as my son will not be able to go to the center which was our main concern at the time of admission.
                      So we decided to cancel our subscription and called to customer care number ([protected]) on[protected]. Then Miss Shewali saikia called us and convinced us to continue the subscription with some added benefits (Which are a change of Board from CBSE to ICSE and restructuring & rescheduling of EMI of our loan as per the new discount given by her).
                      We accepted her offer on[protected], and since then we are waiting for her to comply with the promises and changes she made. I wrote several emails but neither did she replies back on the email nor resolve the issue of changing the education board and loan EMI.
                      Now almost a month passed and our issues are not resolved, it made us disappointed a lot and we don't want to continue.
                      Hereby I am requesting that please cancel our subscription and provide us a full refund.

                          I have emailed Byjus several times to request the cancellation of my enrollment because my child was unable to comprehend the material and also did not show any interest in going to the class there is a decrement in my child's marks instead of an increment. I have contacted Byjus regarding this numerous times by phone and mail, but they never get back to me to cancel the enrollment.
                          I am paying EMI for things I have not used, and I am extremely frustrated by everything.

                            We have enrolled Byjus course for 4th 5th 6th standard package . Initial days as they said "mentor will help the kids. And the guide"
                            Now in 5th Std they are not evening checking the kids what kid is studying.
                            Currently my finical status is low - So I am asking them refund or Stop my emi payment as we are not interested to proceed further and similarly they are not interested to know what kid is studying but they are not cancelling it and not refunding money ...

                            I have almost paid for 66000 Rupees but no use.
                            Please help me in this ...

                              Many time I have mailed Byjus for cancellation of my enrollment because my child was unable to understand the things and also she was not take interest to attend the class. Many time I have called and mailed to Byjus regarding this but they are not responding to cancel the enrollment.

                                  I had purchased 4 year Byju's program 2 months back being told that it'll work in Canada also. The sales agent was Mr. Akhand Singh.

                                  But even after 2months the classes link is not working and I was told a month ago that they would refund my money.

                                  Its been a month and I have still not received my money. I am mailing their support team every 3rd day but I just get the automated reply. No one is contacting me personally.

                                  Can you please help me get my refund.

                                      Byju's Byjus Cancel the Subscription and refund the Money---AASTHA-CLASS-9TH

                                      BYJU'S is doing the unethical and unprofessional practices.

                                      on the previous complaint on the same platform, they have refunded the amount of Rs 32424/- out of total money Rs 42424/-
                                      Rs 10, 000 is still pending from there side. Promise to pay after receiving the TAB.

                                      I have already sending back the TAB through Blue Dart Airway Bill number [protected] and same was received on 11th July-22. No revert on mails after that, Mails enclosed for your reference.
