[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — charged higher price than should | |||||
This ccd is located at kaikhali, service road. I ordered one cappuccino costing 110. They said i would have to take the king size because it was puja. They charged 230rs. When i asked for the bill i saw they had added espresso with the cappuccino and calculated gst on the total. When i questioned them they made up things. They gave me the coffee in a paper cup while i saw other customers having it in a cup. When i asked why? They said because those people came 3hrs before. I feel cheated being a regular customer. Visited your naipunya Nagar .. shop today and two guys were there and I waited there for 20minutes to order. After that time one guy came and said that only self service is there and they can't serve on table. They insulted and family with this behaviour and it will effect to your brand name too
There are more hidden charges. When We ordered a cappuccino at CCD AECS Layout Bangalore with Rs.118 in menu is charged Rs.170.Gst is 5%, does it increases cost by Rs. 52? This difference is huge. They have to revise there menu card first and show cost including all charges.

My wallet got deducted with Rs. 22 (3 times), total of 26 is deducted and the payment was not successful, got the message from CCD as well that payment didn't successful. Then how money got deducted thrice.
