Dear Sir
I am domestic consumer of electricity under the CESC Ltd customer ID [protected].
I regret to inform you that the electric bill for the month of April 2021(Bill No. [protected]/04212) amounted Rs 2930/- which was paid on 19th May 2021 through Google pay with ICICI Bank amounted Rs. 2900/- vide UPI transaction ID[protected]screen shot attached).
Therefore I have received Current month bill which is showing the above bill was unpaid and the amount added as arrears with May electricity bill.

I spoke to the ICICI Bank and they shared me the massage with RRN No.[protected] which shows that the amount already credited to CESC Account (massage attached).

I would like to request you to look into this matter by rechecking the above mentioned electricity bill and adjust the paid amount in current electricity bill.

I hope you will sympathetically deal with my case and do the needful at the earliest.

    When will the current come in Pallishree area? It's already been 3 days. The current has come to the surrounding area but did not come to pollyshree area.

      Customer ID: [protected]
      As per my electricity bill, there is nothing written in previous reading but present meter reading is 4148. It is written that unit consumed is 136 Unit. Please clarify your calculation of 136 Unit.
      My connection is more than 11years and my consumption of electricity is very less as we do not have electrical gadgets like Refrigerator, Television, washing machine, mixer etc.
      The average unit consumption is less than 40 Units. Last month( April, 21), I paid Rs.170.Bill for month March, 21 was 19 Units and Rs.190. Bill for Feb, 21 was Rs200 (25 Units)
      So, Bill in the month of May, 21 how I have consumed 136 Units?
      Please do the needful.

          I have ten years old all bill therebut in this my every month bill generate amount 500 plus and nothing more but from this 2020 i received 1000+ amount bill amount in my house have one tube ligh two fans but it working sometimes only one tv but it will working on night time only and one water pump moter it will run every day 10 minutes only then just tell me why i received 1000plus amount i will show u my all bill last from ten year's but why Cesc doing like this with me my consumer no [protected]

            There is no electricity in my area since 3AM. Till now the electricity has not been restored. In this Covid times when everyone's working from home, what are we supposed to do without our phones and laptops charged?
            Since there's no electricity, there's no water too.

                  Address: Nearby residents

                  In the Gangulybagan Area near LP -142/2/1, there was a Transformer. An year ago, there was a huge fire on that causing complete damage of the same. Due to this incident almost the entire area got a power cut for around 40hours. After all the corrections from CESC, still the electrical lines near it are connected in a temporary way and are hanging loosely nearby a road. Big vehicles while going touches the cables. Even tree branches are also entangling with the loose cables. Requesting you, to immediately look in to the matter and make the electrical wire well dressed and also trim the branches of the trees.

                        Since the ongoing of this corona from last year the electric bills are coming with unexpectedly high bills. Last year I had complained against this, but you gave the excuse of the lockdown for this pandemic situation and workers are not able to come and take the readings. This is really ridiculous. Your billing system is also ridiculous, which increases with increasing number of consumed units. So your workers are not coming and you are sending bills by combining the units of six months /two months. Why we are penalised for your default.
                        You should decrease the value instead of increasing for this corona situation. Go back and cross-check the bills of 2019 and before. There is monetary crisis in most of the families and you are sending these high bills, which are nearly leading to heart attack.
                        Please do the needful so that these bills are not burdensome for us, the consumers.

                          I have been charged an extra electric bill for the month of May 2021 in accordance with the amount of electricity consumed. My customer id is [protected]. Please check and confirm it as I think that there has been some mistake from your side. I do not use a refrigerator or television or an air conditioner. No other machines have been used from my side which might generate a huge amount of electric bill. The only electrical items used at my place is tube light and fan, which cannot generate such a huge amount of electric bill. Please check and try to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I am confident and looking forward to a positive reply at your end.

                                I am domestic consumer of electricity under the CESC Ltd customer id [protected] I regret to observe that the electric bill for the month of May 2021 (Rs.5600.00) seems too high in relation to other bills of the previous months . My six months consumption is as follows :
                                November[protected]units
                                December[protected]units
                                January[protected] units
                                February[protected]units
                                March[protected] units
                                April[protected]units

                                The amounts charged in the bill of May 21 (Rs. Five thousand Six hundred only) is heavier than what I actually pay every month, while the consumption is usual.

                                I would also like to request you look into the matter by rechecking/recalibration of my electric meter.

                                      I am a domestic customer of cesc. From my past record my monthly consumption maximum go to 170 units to 300 units. But at last month april 2021 when bill came it shows total cousumption is 837 units. I can't understand how it is possible. I have in my house one 1.5 ton ac 3 fan and one tv one refrigerator and light only how unit consumption happen 837 units.

                                      Where as in my building mother meter where 24*7 lift running pump running it's total monthly bill came 2000 to 2800 maximum then how in my house 837 units consumed in one month.

                                      And one more thing which i want to inform you that i had a pending bill of 1380/- but in next month its goes maximum 3000/- but now my bill came 9830 and unit consumed show 837 units.

                                      I request you please do the needful in this matter because in this pandemic situation i can't give this too much bill which actually not justified. Please do the needful in this matter.
